I am more than pleased with the new management. The improvements and upgrades that have been done since they took over has tremendously increased my experience at this apartment complex. Nazaret, one of the property managers, has always treated me with respect and taken care of my requests in a timely manner. I can’t say enough how much this team has really improved the overall appearance and atmosphere of the Indigo at the Park.

This is a great location next to Iroquois Park and the new management has made strides to improve the overall quality of the property, not just cosmetically. The staff is efficient, kind and always willing to work with you. The renovations have greatly improved the quality of the property overall. Great place!

Property management at Indigo at the Park is fantastic! They are extremely timely in their responses and have answered every maintenance request with efficiency. They have made renting an easy and smooth process and have turned this apartment complex into a great living community.

It is a good place to live they are renovating this apartments and is amaizing, they look great, are quiet and the staff is very kind, maintenance is excellent Rafael is a very kind and helpfull peeson, he answer. Very quikly.

I am absolutely over it. Plumbing issues like no other, water gets shut off because of it, hallways are always dirty, neighbors were beyond loud and horrible (they are no longer here though, must have gotten enough complaints), and everything in apartment is updated. I only gave it 2 Stars because of the potential of what it COULD be with the updates units and it’s next to the park. I’ve been here almost 3 years and nothing has changed but management. I’m over it.

This property has made some amazing improvements in the last year.

You could boom 3 times a week youll still see roaches everyday no matter how clean you are the come from the vents and also black mold in the bathrooms

Bugs 🕷 🐜 are everywhere and they never come when you ask them to fixed something also always increases price with out telling never open the pool it’s really not recommended 🤮🤮.

I was a long time resident and lived in multiple apartments. I had multiple issues with plumbing that took nearly three weeks for them to fix. I was not able to use either sinks or shower during this time. I complained multiple times. When I moved out, they gave me a check for less than half of my deposit. After arguing for months, I am finally giving up. You win. I turned in my keys and moved out on time. The paper that stated this was scanned into the computer but somehow magically got lost and you all added nearly two weeks extra time on my move out date, costing me $300. Good luck to all residents on getting your deposits back.

Just moved in Monday. Few things werent ready in our apartment but as soon as Melody knew she had someone over in 10 mins. Melody has been truly helpful with this move and altogether just wonderful.

Update... after a while the management changes. The new management does not do any maintenance. In one unit of the building, there is a leakage. This leakage caused the building to smell very bad. At this situation, rats starts to appear in the apartment. We are trying to get pest control, but of course they did not get them. We are trying to move out now, however they are asking for two months early termination fees.Location is good. Apartments are spacious. But management is too bad. Very late response for every thing. Pending maintenance requests for more than a month. unqualified technicians. Also, the apartment was bug infested when we first received it. They sprayed it later after multiple requests and emails to the owners.

DONT DO ITI have been a resident here 2 years ago. The maintenance and management become worse and worse . They are never respond to any maintenance request . The building full of bugs and rushes. Even there is a plumbing problem in the basement that makes the building smells nasty and since when there are mice everywhere. I dont recommend this place at all .

The lady that answers the phone is very rude

The apartments are nice but the basement floods when it rains and the water sinks inside my place along with others and my thing are currently wet. Was told it will be fixed but that has not happened yet. Totally frustrated!!

These apartments are really nice and they have a pool.

We lived in these apartments for 25 months. (2 years & 1 month). Everything went well the first year (moved in Feb 2012). Maintenance stayed on their game. Landlords were nice and respective. The first Christmas in the apartment the ceiling above the tub started leaking. After that, everything kept going downhill. Mold in the windows; not an issue because they came around to check the windows and made a comment about getting new windows. So, I never mentioned the mold issue. Windows were never updated in the 2 years we were there, we forgot about the mold until we cleaned to move out. The mold issue shouldn’t be held against them too much, but it reminds me that they never went through with the plans to get new windows. The spring of 2013 (6-7 months later), the ceiling above the tub remained randomly leaking (it would go months fine). I didn’t mention the cosmetic work needed until after the leak (in the apartment above us) finally got fixed. The leak did stop that summer but the cosmetic work never happened. We needed a new furnace the fall of 2013; they cut the metal on the carpet, which got in my shoe. They left a mess from that in our living room and in the closet for the furnace. Common sense says cut metal outside NOT ON CARPET. The replacement of the furnace did happen quickly and they understood that the old one broke. The pool randomly opened, they took long breaks and it rarely opened each morning on time (during perfect weather too). We started planning on moving out and discovered that we had bed bugs. They sprayed and we moved out early. We found bed bugs in the dryers down stairs and another apartment did the process of recovering from bed bugs too (we saw bags in their car, just as we were doing). Yet, we were informed the bed bugs were just us. We had a $350.00 deposit. They told us the first treatment for bed bugs cost $200; the second treatment cost $150.00. That’s funny, how $350 treatment, matched our deposit perfectly. We cleaned and moved all personal items out of the apartment, we never saw another bug. We didn’t have them that bad. We only saw them on one cover during the whole 2 week cleaning period. We cleaned that apartment top to bottom; I plastered and sanded a mark on the wall. I cleaned out the mold in the windows. It looked perfect. Yet no deposit returned.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Let’s not go into the fact you can’t have pets, but the landlords and maintenance collect cats in the parking lot and storage sheds. Animal control should have been called, but no they took care of the cats. An opened window on a spring night results in the sounds of cat’s gang raping each other. If you have to live here, when you move don’t clean; get out. Your deposit has been lost, no matter what. Focus your energy and time to your next living space.

I must admit i was VERY excited to move here, at first. Not only was the location a perfect commute to work but the price was perfect for everything we were supposed to receive with the apartment. My boyfriend and I are paying $620 for a one bedroom, 750sq, washer and dryer facility in our complex, and a pool, what more could we ask for? We have been here since February 2018 and have yet to see the pool open one day, it’s August. The “washer and dryer facility” has 2 washers and 2 dryers with 1 washer that works, no dryer. So looks like you’ll have to go to a laundry mat if you want your clothes washed. I must admit the area is good and it is very quiet with a great view of the park (depending on where your apt is). The office staff is very nice. Maintenance is alright. We haven’t had any major issues where we needed them but there is a huge lack in communication based on an incident they had. There was an issue when someone in our complex said they had smelled gas. Maintenance went in each apartment and cut the gas off. Keep in mind with no gas there is no hot water. They left a letter on the door explaining the issue and said they would be back by Monday to turn the gas back on. This was Friday. Monday rolls around and still no gas. Tuesday... Wednesday... Thursday comes and honestly i’m sick of having no hot water! It was ridiculous we are paying $620 and can’t even take a shower in our own apartment! I called the office, like usual no one answered so I called the company Iroquois Gardens is managed by. All i wanted to know is when our water would be cut back on so i could stop going to peoples houses to take a shower! The lady i spoke to knew nothing i was talking about but said she would get back to me once she found out the situation. I never heard anything back but the next day the gas was cut back on. Like I mentioned huge lack of communication when the gas was supposed to be cut back on 5 days ago. If you think the price is well minus the amenities and ask yourself is it really worth it. If you are wanting to move here for the amenities DONT because you won’t receive them.

There maintenance sucks they dont know what theyre doing

Sad management. Dumpsters overflow regularly. Grounds maintenance is below par. Neighbors/kids noisy, foul smells in hallways, roach activity, dirty halls and floors, banisters falling apart, dirty doors and windows, window sills cracking and peeling. It is spiraling down every day. No one cares about this property.

The people ubove me are so noisily and the office isn’t open or never answers the phone so I can complain literly all they do is scream day

Never got my apartment was told it would be ready in a week a month and half later its not ready and they wont give me back my 450$ deposit I went broke because of this this place wish I never found it
