Lovely apartment complex. The gated entrances provide a comforting sense of security. There is more storage space here than many apartments of a similar size. The pool is clean and pretty. Someone has fabulous taste in landscaping here too. All of the blooms make walking my dog even more enjoyable.
I moved in May. The apartments are very nice and Cory made me feel right at home. He’s a super nice guy and always makes sure everything is taken care of as soon as possible. All of the staff are really nice every time I see them! I’ve yet to have a bad experience, I love living here! It’s so peaceful and secluded which is my main reason for choosing Claiborne. I also feel safe here, which was at the top of my list. The only downfalls are parking and trash. There could definitely be more spots especially for tenants. If you try parking after 4pm you’ll have trouble getting close to your apartment. Usually after a weekend there’s litter around the community which is the tenants fault, I do wish everyone had respect for our little neighborhood. Those are only very minor issues that I definitely overlook because I love living here so much!
The community is wonderful, the apartments are really nice. The communication from staff is honestly the best Ive personally experience compared to other apartments and condos Ive lived in before. Only down thing is I do wish maintenance staff would give a warning they are showing up on specific days we request maintenance because theres been many times where I put in a ticket a week a ago and I get startled awake by knocking on the doorThats the only reason why its 4 out 5 stars and not 5 out if 5.
I recently moved in and have been thoroughly impressed and happy with the availability of the staff to help me through this process. Had a small maintenance issue but the staff was able to respond to my request and fix it within just a couple hours. Great community, awesome amenities and quiet neighborhood, which were all the things I was looking for in a new home!
Claiborne Crossing is hands down the top apartment complex in the East end of Louisville! Gated complex, kid friendly, gorgeous pool, safe, secure, lush landscaping, car wash and very responsive maintenance crew. If you ever have an issue people will be at your door quickly! Everyone is very friendly and will communicate with you all the time in a friendly manner. Claiborne Crossing is also next to wonderful schools and is convenient to all interstates, Kroger, Walmart, Target and numerous restaurants within 5 minutes. Could not be happier and in no rush to get back into a house.
Cory @ Claiborne Crossing was very PROFESSIONAL, CONSIDERATE, & very DETAILED with the apartment showing!!! He made the community feel like a very safe place to live & made me feel welcomed as if I already lived there! He is an EXCELLENT agent & I wish every person I did business with was exactly like CORY! What a Blessing to have such a nice experience!
Great employees! Always fast at fixing issues when it comes to any maintenance repairs. Also gated community is a bonus, everyone is friendly and no issues with neighbors.
Grounds are beautiful, maintenance is prompt and the Claiborne staff are professional. We moved from GA here and I’m glad we decided to! I would definitely recommend ones move here.
I have been living in Claiborne crossing for 10 months now and I love it ! The management is really good and everyone in the office is nice and I wouldn’t prefer to live anywhere else! I’m so great ful to the staff .
So glad we found Claiborne. The application/moving in process was so smooth. Super excited to be living here.
The staff is wonderful The property is beautiful they are always updating me on everything I would highly recommend This place to everyone
I love this place The Staff is amazing and the property is so beautiful I would recommend this place to all my family and friends
My husband and I moved in 4 months ago and the couple of small issues we had were addressed immediately. It is quiet, safe and the residents are kept well informed.
What a great place! Cory was the best showing us the community, and we found that this is where the next place we will call home be!!!Thanks Cory for your professionalism, and expertise!!
We love it here! The people are great, the kids LOVE the playground, and its not too far yet not to close to the city so you dont get much of the noise, but still easy access to all the amenities. Also the kitchens are BEAUTIFUL and the bathtubs are huge! Above all for us is how safe the area is especially with little ones. 🥰
We have the worlds best maintenance crew. They respond quickly to any issue and explain how not to have similar issues
Cory Lanham helped us from beginning to end of the move in process! He is quick to respond and helpful in answering questions. The property is beautiful and my apartment was in great shape when I moved in. Impressed so far!!
My family and I have lived here for about 6 years. We moved in when they were still completing construction on the last 1 or 2 buildings. We have seen several management teams, maintenance crews, and owning entities. The latest owners, management staff, and maintenance has worked hard to improve the overall quality of the community and does make the best effort to serve the residents well. The manager we have now has had to deal with the consequences of a pandemic and tried to keep some amenities available, even when other communities were shutting them down, by implementing the proper safety precautions even though he was not required to by the owning company. He and his team have also massively improved the overall aesthetics of the grounds. We will be leaving soon, but only because we are moving out of state. I would highly recommend living in this community, especially for people with pets and/or children as the community is pet friendly and a great place for kids to get out and play!
I love it here! The staff is amazing and very professional. The apartments are very well done and dont feel like apartments. I love my home and proud to have people know that I live at Claiborne Crossings.
10/10 recommend Claiborne Crossing! The community is clean, safe and well cared for. The location is phenomenal and very conveniently located near the grocery stores, shopping, several food options and close to the freeway. The units are absolutely beautiful, the neighbors are all wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The staff in the office is incredible, Zach, Peyton and Arden are all very knowledgeable, quick to get us answers and always cheerful and have a warm welcoming smile on their faces. Maintenance does a great job and has always handles our requests promptly as well as efficiently. We couldn’t imagine living in a better community! We love Claiborne!! Thank you staff at the station, keep up the great work!
Love living here! My kids love the community pool, playground, pool and game room and I love the security, staff, and my absolutely beautiful apartment! I’ve made great friends here and happy to call it home!
I’ve been living here at Claiborne for right at 1 year and will be resigning our lease for the maximum amount we can (14 months) because of, three wonderful staff member that work in the office, Peyton, Zach and Cory! Whenever COVID hit and we fell on hard times, they was super understanding, went out of their way to make sure we was taken care of and if we needed anything to let them know. We had our first child during COVID as well and knowing that my home and my family would be taken care of was a stress relief I could never put into words that would justify how much it meant. The community itself is super and clean and truly beautiful, especially during sunsets. The maintenance crew is respectful honest and great guys, and the pool is to me the best part of this place with private cabanas. My wife loves to walk at night with just her and the baby, and never once has she felt unsafe when doing so.If you are looking for a community, an apartment complex that will meet and exceed all of your expectations, this is the place for you.*** PS use my name Michael Tackett on your application and I’ll receive a small referral bonus 😊
Weve been here since February 2018. The entire staff has been so easy work with. We have a dog Lucy who loves the dog park. Our apartment is spacious with updated appliances and decor. Its very quiet and we love it here. Big plus the community room and pool as we have used them several times.
What can I say, I love, love, love living here. My apartment is up to date, the club room, gym and pool make life easy (when its not COVID). My experience from the beginning with the staff has been amazing. Zach, Craig, Arden and the rest of the team have been great and responded to my every need. The location is so convenient too. Thank you for all that you do !
(Bate and switch) the new display apartment was very nice and I couldnt wait to move in and I had to wait over a month and the leasing agent wouldnt let me see the apartment until I signed the leasing agreement and thats when I realized the new apartment wasnt even close to what they show you. The carpet as soon as you enter next to the kitchen heavily stained and was loose in several areas and they didnt want to replace it and that wasnt the worst thing. I opened up the bottom kitchen cabinet and found a LIVE ROACH running around in the daytime. I called my friend who used to work for a pest control company and he said if you saw one than they are thousands in the walls that you dont see. I showed the leasing agent and he tried to dismiss it by saying it must have came in during the turn over and I explained to him that I wouldnt be excepting the apartment and he tried showing me another apartment but it looked terrible as well and his response was that I was to particular and my expectations were too high. I explained that what he showed me wasnt close to what you really are getting and especially for the amount of money you are paying. I would recommend to everyone to stay away from choosing this apartment complex. And now they are even trying to change me money when I never excepted the apartment or even moved in and its been over 4 months ago. Stay away unless you want the same outcome.
I have just recently moved in and the help, patience and support I got from my sales associate, Cory Lanham was beyond great! He was super helpful explaining everything, giving me a detailed tour, and accommodating everything I needed to move in. The complex speaks for itself with the quality, but the associates truly make it a great experience.
Claiborne Crossing is a grade A community. I love all the amenities and the location! 10/5 stars.
I applied for a 1 bed, they showed me a model of a 2 bedroom and said it was just like the 1 bedroom minus a few things. He expected me to sign the lease after seeing the 2 bedroom but i refused to sign until i saw the 1 bedroom i applied for, out of fear of a bait and switch.. Cory had the audacity to ask me Why do you want to see the 1 bedroom apartment? (The apartment IM MOVING INTO). He attempted to pressure me to sign before seeing the apartment MULTIPLE TIMES. Also, they didnt ask to see paystubs proving that i can pay rent, which is what most responsible landlords do. I would like a landlord who does things the right way or …else that could be a sign of more bad things to come. That was another red flag for usI was seeing through Cory’s BS and i believe they noticed it, they assigned another employee to give us the tour of the 1 bedroom. Even though Cory told us he’d do it. During the tour i decided to jump on the counter with my socks on and check the top of the cabinets for dead cockroach bodies and/or feces. I told the tour guide “Hey, come look at this hole in the wall”, the tour guide then jumped on the counter just as i did, and looked….. After the tour, i decided not to sign the lease and to back out, over a phone call, i didn’t trust them…Cory got bitter and said “FINE, BUT WE HAVE BUSINESS TO TAKE CARE OF! YOU JUMPED ON THE COUNTER, THATS GONNA COST YOU $125 DOLLARS! We have to get the cleaners to come in and clean THE WHOLE APARTMENT AGAIN.” That clown really thought he’d get a penny from us. What a dork😂 . Then i told him, we wore socks throughout the entire tour and also the tour guide stood on it too. He then replied “Oh Nevermind, we’ll let it slide this time.” I backed out because there was something fishy about the entire situation. I was right, as Cory showed his true colors and what type of complex is really being run here. Thanks Cory. Theres something very off about this complex, and you’ll find out as you do business with them.
The staff is great! The neighbors are the worst - most vile selfish people on the planet. If youre not awful, please move here so these other people will leave! lol
I DO NOT Recommend anyone ever moving here. They have the worst maintenance and management in the world. Staff never knows what’s going on. I lived here for 3 years and since I moved in I have made maintenance request that were never completed and I had to call over and over. My final year there was a nightmare. My shower wasn’t working and staff claimed they “forgot” to put an order in after our conversation. For this high of rent I recommend you move somewhere else. This place always has a broken gate and nothing ever works. Car wash is always broke as well which is insane considering you pay for all these amenities!. Last but not least I had my apartment invaded by their previous maintenance man he went through my things and stole personal belongings. So I installed a cámara after that and in my last year there I informed front office of me going on vacation and asked where to park my truck because they where redoing the parking lots. And to my surprise my apartment was broken into and I got notified on my phone. Here is the catch there was no damage to my door someone just opened it and walked in 🤔. These people are extremely dirty and will steal your stuff and maintenance are all horrible!!! My AC needed to be fixed 7 different times. My apartment had cracks everywhere that where never fixed. Carpet had holes in it and rips. Stay away from the broken place!!! Below is a picture of staff in my apartment without permission. I have sensors and lights come on when you walk in.
We just moved to Claiborne three months ago. Everything went smoothly with the move in. The staff was very helpful. This was the best choice of apartments in the city. Hats off to Claiborne Crossing!!!
NOT luxurious, but wannabesThis place really thinks that they are doing us a favor for living here. The Manager and assistant manager have an attitude and never take responsibility for anything. All they do is make excuses!! They talk/send emails out like we are children, and are talking down to us as residents. I am moving out ASAP!! If I’m going to pay for what you call “luxury apartments” I should also get treated like I’m paying for that. When you go to Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, or Acura I get treated right. But not here!!! Everything is at their convenience NOT yours. DO NOT move in here!!! Your better off buying or renting a house for those prices.NOT luxurious, but wannabes. Everything is done sloppily, look close.....
I absolutely loved living here! Both the office and maintenance staff were all around fantastic. My apartment was spacious, extremely well taken care of, and spotless when I moved in. All of the shared amenity spaces like the pool, playground, dog park, and outdoor grill areas were always well maintained and ready to use! The ONLY reason I left my home at Claiborne Crossing was due to a job transfer out of the area. If you are looking for a luxury apartment home in one of the best areas in Louisville, I highly encourage you checking this place out. Once you take a tour, there will not be a doubt in your mind!
Super happy with the amenities and cleanliness of common spaces. Love my spacious apartment and the location is perfect. Also all the staff are incredible nice and helpful.
This property and team is all around amazing!! Zach is the best manager I’ve ever had to work with and he’s went above and beyond to find solutions to our problems. No place is perfect but this place comes very VERY close. The apartments are gorgeous, the community is clean, the only negative are some of my fellow residents. Some of the people around me are just Mega Karen’s. They need to get the hell over themselves, grow up and take responsibility for their own reactions. If they’re going to keep acting like trash, the compactor is by the car wash (which is fabulous!)
Beautiful Community and Grounds! Peyton helped me through the leasing process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job of providing a tour of the community. I really appreciate his time and thoroughness. Thank you!
I recently moved in about 60 days or so and i have to say its been a wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely outstanding and i have had the pleasure of help from Peyton, Tammy and Zach and its amazing the treatment they give to their tenants. I never seen a staff so caring and helpful for the tenants. That means a lot to a new renter because you feel you are being treated with respect and they are taking care of your concerns! I really love living here the grounds are always clean and the apartments are quiet and am really enjoying living here plan to renew for sure!
Amazing place to live! Apartments are big and residents are quiet. I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff here are! They are so kind and accommodating! Maintenance comes the same day (sometimes even within the same hour!!). Seriously, they are so sweet here. The only reason Im leaving is because I got a job thats an hour away. If you are looking for a safe, clean, quiet place to live with helpful staff and amazing maintenance--this is it!!
LOOKS CAN BE DECIEVING!!!!We lived there for two years! it was Great at first and we wrote a good review. But after almost two years there we learned the Management staff does absolutely nothing about request or complaints. The apartment walls are so thin I could hear my upstairs Neighbor Peeing every morning at 7AM. We parked out side of our apartment at first until our Mercedes Benz was broken in to. We then switched apartments to one with a garage. Every facility they seem to shut down or brake every other month! Including the gate to get into the apartment complex. After leaving we received our final bill and of course they charge you for everything they can even though my wife and I are both professionals and the apartment we rented was in better shape then when we moved out then when we moved in! My wife is 60 years old and Loves to cook, the appliance are very cheap and constantly broke. We were actually down to two burner working most of the time.I thought we should give you heads up before you consider them!Beware
I chose Claiborne for the safety, look, and overall environment, with a rent to match these features. However, the customer care does not match the cost of rent. I was unable to use one of the bedrooms because of a foul substance smell coming from a neighboring apartment. This was never addressed or taken seriously until near the end of my stay when it was escalated to managerial level.I paid a good friend to dog-sit my toy poodle during a trip, and a service team member who misunderstood this called me at work and errantly pressured and reprimanded me to adding this person to my lease.Although my stay was a season before the pandemic, I was not able to use any of the amenities. Some of this was a seasonal, vandalism, or pandemic issue, however I did not feel there was a sense of urgency to restore use to these amenities paid for through through my rent (including the visitor entry gate that was not working for a month). A representative told me they were just bonus items and did not have anything to do with my paid rent.I had several leaks with my windows, which I was told were installed incorrectly. It took maintenance 3 months to take care of my issue. Most importantly, I felt nickeled and dimed at my move-out. The same screen windows were I had my leak were reported as damaged and even after two requests, I was not provided any documentation of the damage (an in-person move out walk-through was not completed due to the pandemic). I never opened the windows of my unit, and truly did not damage anything in my apartment. I attempted to contest the charge and explain to the staff my frustration and coincidence of damage that coincided with the maintenence repair for the leak, but it was not met with a caring attitude and was rather one of contractual and evidential obligation. After a couple of weeks, one representative ended up lowering the cost to under $50. I ultimately just paid the fee to tie up my involvement with Claiborne. There is a difference between honoring a contractual inspection agreement and good customer service and word-of-mouth for business, especially when things are limited and people are struggling during the pandemic. The customer care does not match the rent. If you are looking for a reputable apartment experience, I would look elsewhere.
We absolutely love it here!
Applying and accepting the lease could not have been better. Peyton was incredibly professional and efficient. Needless to say a great start to joining the community. I look forwarding to becoming a resident.
I lived here for a summer for work. Excellent living circumstances. Very clean, aesthetic, and room to function. As I search for future apartments I try to base it off here.
Upon arrival at the office, I felt at home. The well maintained vegetation, beautiful clubhouse and staff put me at ease. Transition from a home to an apartment is difficult but the first class staff and amenities and units made it easier to adjust.
I currently live here and can’t wait till my lease is up. Everything is always broken and they take forever to fix anything. They do not care about their residents, only about profit. Quality of interior is also not worth the money. Can’t walk barefoot because you will feel the nails and there is no cushioning at all. Nice kitchen and countertops is about the only nice thing i can say. Security gate will be broken half the year. Will be very difficult getting in and out of complex. Just got notice they are only doing emergency maintenance now because of Covid. What’s next lol?
I toured the community about six months ago and absolutely fell in love with the community. I couldnt get over how well maintained and beautiful the grounds were. I moved in a couple months ago and things could not have been any better for me. The Community Manager is so helpful and so understanding and that really trickles down through the rest of the staff here. I would say that the staff takes their jobs seriously so if you think you are going to walk over them you may not want to live here.
Claiborne Crossing is a beautiful place to live. The prices are steep for sure but the amenities and service the workers provide make it all worth it. The only negative that Ive experienced since Ive been here is the snobby entitled attitudes of some of the people who live here.
Wonderfully fantastic experience living here! Cannot speak higher of the staff and the community. There are rules but nothing that is crazy or out of the ordinary. They really care about the complex and really the rules are rooted in that care.
I lived at this place for around 2+years starting in 2016. I usually avoid writing reviews when my experience is bad most times thinking mistakes do happen. But in this case I have several times I have several experience that make me write this review. This is so far the worst management I have to deal with. Things were good until the new management took over. It is the way the previous management handled things that made me continue to stay at that place after 1 year. There was a water leak in my apartment as the pipe broke in the adjacent apartment and I had a huge loss of my stuff because of that. On top of that they dig a hole on the wall that they never took the time to completely repair. They have gates in the community that hardly work. there is not a week that pass by with all gates working. You get the worst amenities for the price you pay. There are several better luxurious apartment complex in the area that provide competitive pricing options and better amenities. I am glad I moved out of this place.I would not recommend this place to anyone. The new management
Great amenities, fantastic front office staff, very effective maintenance! The features in the apartment are wonderful, and the gym and pool are always clean and well-maintained. The friendly and professional front office staff are readily available and always helpful. The maintenance guys are effectively, professional, and prompt. This is truly a great place! The only thing - other apartment complexes have door-to-door trash collecting, which would be nice here.
I have now lived at Claiborne Crossing for over a year and couldnt be happier! It is a beautiful property that is always quiet and enjoyable. The clubhouse is great and the pool area is even better. The community events that are held in the clubhouse are fun and a good opportunity to meet some of your neighbors.Ive had a few maintenance requests during my time at CC and all have been taken care of in a timely manner, including a lock out situation where the battery on our door had died while we were out of town. Tammy took the time to make sure we got the situation corrected as quickly as possible and we were into our apartment within about 20 minutes. The entire staff has been more than professional and friendly every time we have encountered them. They always speak and any time weve gone into the office theyve been super nice and accommodating. Any time there have been issues on the property (pool being closed, trash compactor out of service, work to be done, etc.), the staff has done a good job communicating via email and/or flyers.I have already recommended CC to several people and I will continue to do so in the future.
The apartments are nice. However, the maintenance is so slow. We have had AC issues since moving in (not the whole time but here and there) and maintenance will wait until the next day to come out and fix it even if its 80 degrees in your apartment. Ive uploaded a photo of the thermostat, guess I wont be sleeping tonight. Im used to better response times, and Im surprised that a community that seems upscale is lacking in this area.Update: I spoke to Zach the manager and he has addressed my concerns. I will be updating this review to reflect his commitment to resolving this issue and his professionalism.
Love it here! Its nice living in a community where the staff takes their jobs seriously and always tries to help out whenever they can.
I lived here for a year and the place was always kept clean. The office staff was consistently friendly, professional and very helpful in resolving any issues. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartments and pool are beautiful. The complex also has a lot of fun events that you can attend. I would highly recommend.
We love it here
As a current resident myself seeing these reviews Im surprised. It seems like these people writing negative reviews are expecting the office to prevent rain storms and predict the future to prevent things from breaking. My experience here has been FANTASTIC! I pay my rent, I say hello to my neighbors and the workers, and I do what the management asks me to do because theyre asking for a reason. I feel like every single person who works at the property truly cares about me and my needs.I have noticed that a lot of the reviews that get posted that are negative seem to be from long term residents before the property was bought. Maybe the problem is you and not the property staff? Sue is so sweet and Zach is so understanding and kind. Just talk to them instead of being demanding. You wont get anywhere in life by being someone who just makes demands from other people.
They have the worst maintenance and management.
We love this place. The staff is amazing . Apartments are cozy and comfortable. It basically has everything. Bark park, play area, pool, gym ... Planned activities by the management . Staff and management are very caring and friendly. We are living in style at Claiborne crossing !! We love it
Great place! Attentive management, grounds are impeccably maintained. Signed a short term lease here and they were more than accommodating in trying to lease our apartment when we needed to leave early because we purchased a home. Definitely Recommend!
Lived here for six months and have really enjoyed it, except for our upstairs neighbors that is, but thats not the complexes fault. Great pool! Kid friendly and safe with an automatic gate.
Claiborne Crossing Apartment Homes is an excellent place to live! The staff is always helpful and friendly, the grounds are lovely, and the apartments are in ideal condition. I could not be happier with my decision to become a resident here.
I have been a resident at Claiborne Crossing for a about 9 months now and I love it! Not sure about the comment someone made about maintenance but the maintenance staff here are great. They keep things looking nice. We had a bad winter with tons of snow. Not only did get the parking areas completely cleared but on that first day I got stuck outside the complex and the maintenance staff came and shoveled a path for me all the way back to a spot right in front of my building. They really went the extra mile. Also the amenities, pool area, club house, etc. are also awesome. We have also met some really nice people. A few not so respectful neighbors but most of them didnt stay long.
I first moved here in 2016. I moved to several different apartments while living at the complex for various reasons. I first lived in a one bed on the third floor with vaulted ceilings and a fire place. The fire place is overly huge and takes up a lot of room in the living area; was not a fan. I moved to a first floor unit with a sun room. I loved the space until I had air conditioning problems and window issues. It would rain inside the apartment when bad weather was around. It took forever to fix and was messy, inconvenient and smelled.I transferred to a townhouse, which was great; only two units per building. It was very quite, had a garage and nobody bothered you.The complex was sold right after I moved into the town home. The new manager was never introduced to the complex, never made any type of announcement and never talks to you if you go to the office. The security gates randomly worked. They were installing new ones when I left, so who knows. The biggest issues was the the trash compactor, which is an absolute joke. Every weekend the trash piles up (garbage, old furniture, mattresses, etc....) on the sidewalk and you cant reach the compactor. In the end, the compactor was broke most of the time so they had temporary dumpsters in the parking lot. I felt sorry for those folks who had to live next to that mess. The last straw for me was when we had a torrential rain storm one night and my garage flooded. There is construction all around the complex, so not only did my garage flood, but it brought with it about a 1/2 inch of red mud. I reported it to the office and after a couple of days I repeatedly asked about it and was given a different excuse each time as to why they hadnt done anything. After a week, I asked for a hose so I could wash it out myself and got no reply. I finally swept it out myself after 10 days. They did finally show up to only sweep out the remainder, which there wasnt any. I was not happy!Lastly..... they now charge you for trash. Yes, charge you for a service that doesnt exist. No valet service, you carry it out your self, sling it up onto a giant pile of trash, sitting in a parking lot because the compactor doesnt work.In the beginning (2016) there were strict rules in place about outside appearances of your unit. No aluminum on the windows, nothing hanging off your balcony and the balcony was not to be used for storage or trash. When I left, all of those things were present and not very visibly pleasing. I refuse to spend $1400+ a month for this kind of environment. Its disappointing to see this complex completely go down hill.
Been waiting on maintenance to come fix my broken shower head and knob thats been broken since i moved in and front desk has terrible attitude made several noise complaints about upstairs tenants constantly stomping and it hasnt been solved replace staff then get 5 stars and their gate doesnt always work sometimes it stayed wide open and has for 3 days im paying more to be in a gated complex for a reason and not for the security gate to be wide open all hours of the night so that way hooligans and thugs and run in and rob me and my vehicle i worked hard for my possessions and i be damned if some kkk member comes and takes what i worked for or deers to run in and buck me in the face while i go on my nightly jogs. Also their gate damaged my brand new car and they refuse to pay for damages and didnt even call back to let me know they wouldnt do so. And the car wash area isnt always working. Im just saying to be paying as much as i am for these home depot display apartment.
I love the love the office workers give . I like the things the let us do too! Grill, rent out the office, swimming, buisness etc.
We had to deal with construction workers and junk spread out all over the front of our apartment for the entire lease period. Every morning the workers would gather in the garage directly across from our apartment and whistle at my girl friend when she would take the dog out. She felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. They also placed their port-a-potty right outside our garage door for the entire year. I did mention this to the office and no action was taken. Paying $1600/month and wake up to workers coming/going out of port a john is total BS. An apartment complex that charges this much rent should have gates that work, key fobs that work and not have construction equipment/toilets/workers spread outside my apartment door. - When I first moved in over a year ago it was different management group definitely has went way downhill and not worth the $ at all. I would keep looking for your money there has to be a better place to live.
Friendly management, tons of amenities (free car wash/vac) and beautiful apartments
Good apartment complex overall, but maintenance is TERRIBLE! 3 weeks or more goes by without any appearance from maintenance on urgent issues, leaving me to try to fix problems myself. Residents often leave trash or boxes outside their doors for a week or more and trash compactor frequently is full after residents do not enter appropriate code and trash is pilled up outside compactor.
I lived here almost a year this place is beautiful and the maintenance guy he work hard to
The Leasing Team here at Claiborne Crossing is extremely rude. Be careful working with them, they are duplicitous.
Nice apartments, good management. Just a little pricey.
Its amazing
Lovely! Just lovely!
Dont like the new management.. very rude and unaccommodating to special requests. Like to make up rules and excuses on why things are not done or cannot be done.
Delivered furniture here and the apartments are pretty spacious.
Love it!
