I have been living in this complex for 3 years and have nothing but great things to say about it. From the office staff being friendly, caring and always upbeat, to the maintenance being prompt and efficient. You can tell the people here go out of their way to make sure you have the best living experience possible, and it is very much appreciated by the residents.

My husband and I recently moved here and already our experience has been amazing. Our apartment search was extremely difficult until we came across Fenwick Place. Fortunately we came in contact with Kathy in the leasing office and she has been wonderful. She made the process very quick and painless. All of the staff here are so nice and friendly and maintenance has been quick to help any time we have needed it. I would 10/10 recommend these apartments to anyone looking for the perfect place to live!

Very quiet compared to most apartments Ive lived in previously. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is great! The front office solves any issue Ive had very quickly and professionally. This is exactly the neighborhood I wanted to be in. Close to restaurants and things to do. The dog park is very nice to have on property.

My husband and I are new to Fenwick Place Apartments. We looked at many places before making the choice to move into Fenwick and we are so happy here. The girls in the office made it so easy for us. We worked alot with Kaitlin but they are all very welcoming. This past weekend the girls invited everyone in the community for a BBQ dinner. Ive come to notice they have special things like this quite a but. I am happy we chose Fenwick Place.

I’ve lived here almost a year and love it. It’s super quiet, dog friendly, and has a super helpful staff. Kim helped me move in and made the process uncomplicated. The complex has food trucks come almost weekly (COVID-19 makes this hard at times) and has fun things for the residents to take part in. It’s location is close to everything I need to feel at home.

I lived at Fenwick in 2001 when I was a young girl with my mother and we always loved it. Now i’m a young adult and live here with my boyfriend, we live in a 1 bed 1 & 1/2 bath with a loft and we love our apartment and plan to stay for years. The staff is always helpful - Kathy the assistant manager is the best!! She is so prompt and helpful with any given situation. Happily will call Fenwick home for years to come :) Thanks for all you do maintenance and leasing staff!

I moved into my apartment in August 2019. From the moment I first got to view it, I knew it was home. The staff have been amazing, courteous and kind. I just signed my lease for a second year, because I couldnt be happier.I have had no real issues with my apartment. The complex itself is in a rather quiet place off of the street and out of the way, but still convenient for getting to near by shopping and food.My neighbors are quiet and very nice when paths cross. Everyone I have spoken to have all said how much they enjoy living here, and I am just as happy to call it home. I have seen many families to single individuals living here, and plenty of dogs and cats call it home. I got in the pool today, and it felt wonderful to do so.Im glad that I found this apartment, and I really dont have any real complaints about being here.

Fenwick Apartments have been great! As nervous as I was moving across the country... Fenwick Management made that move very easy. The greenery here is amazing and very clean. Staff is great and always come on time! Apts are also very spacious which I love as a student 🙌🏼

Wow, just W O W. The staff here is 1) amazing. 2) helpful. 3) fast! Any questions I have or if I had concerns (haven’t had any) they’re so great for the fast response! Along with that, 24hr gym 10/10, and they take such amazing pride in treating the residents with food trucks & activities to win prizes! I love an interactive community, and Kim the property manager just makes you feel appreciated and loved like a mom!! 🙌 thankful I found my home!

We’ve been living here since 2015 and I cant say enough how wonderful this place is! The staff is always friendly and they treat you like family. The community is kept nice always. They always have fun events at the club house like yard sales, chili cook offs, pool parties, paint and sip, fall festival, etc. it’s a great place for a family to live. They are pet friendly which is a great thing because we love our fur babies. Anytime there is a maintenance issue, they are fast to fix it. I highly recommend Fenwick Place apartments!

I lived at Fenwick for over 2 years. I love this complex. It is always clean, maintenance is incredible (responded to any issue the day that I called), and the staff are always so friendly! I also loved that I could take my dog to the dog park on site and walk down by a small creek. Its a beautiful location, very safe at any hour, and great place to call home.

Fenwick Place apartments is a lovely place to live. The property is well kept, staff is friendly, and location in town is well placed. Were right next to the train, but Ive found that it doesnt bother me at all.

I love living at Fenwick Place! The apartments are spacious, the grounds are beautiful, and the location is convenient to everything I need.Close to Six Mile Lane, it’s fast and easy to cut across town avoiding the heavy traffic and congestion elsewhere.It is pet friendly and has a dog park, a walking track, and a child’s play area with no cars in sight.The staff are friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Oh, and they treat us well with special community events. Looking forward to the upcoming “Yappy Hour” for residents and our dogs.

I have lived here for over 4 years. I love my apartment, they are large and quiet, have wood burning fireplaces, dog park, pool, fitness center and much more! The manager and office staff are always friendly and helpful.

This place is the first place I can call home since moving to Louisville Kentucky. I feel safe, constantly welcomed when I go into the main office by all staff, and I am truly proud to bring friends here and be able to call this place home. This place is absolutely beautiful and offers so many incredible amenities. I have the ability to go to the gym 24 hours a day so I can work out according to my schedule. When the weather warms up I can swim at the pool and play tennis as much as my little heart desires. I have two dogs that get unlimited access to a dog park 24 hours a day. Theres so much land here that when I walk my dogs I can take them on a different route every single time. The Landscaping here is beautifully done plus there are doggie stations where I can clean up after my dogs every couple hundred feet which is very convenient! The neighbors are so quiet and respectful and keep to themselves but are also kind and wave at you. And best of all, this is the most centrally-located apartment complex that you could possibly live at. Im a very short drive away from all major highways but not so close that we have to hear all the noise. I am a quick 2 minute drive right into town where there is an unlimited amount of shops, the movie theater, good places to eat and jobs to apply at. I can also hop right onto the highway for less then 2 miles and be at mall st matthews. My favorite part about this place is that it doesnt feel like Im living in an apartment complex it feels like a really nice home community. The moving process was quick an easy and you dont feel pressured and the staff truly cares about your well-being and the customer service they offer is unprecedented because they truly care that you feel welcomed and at home here

This is my first apartment rental, and what can I say its amazing! I enjoy this area a lot, Fenwick staff makes the moving experience great! The Women in the office are absolutely incredible,and have been extremely helpful! They are all very Social and polite. The price you pay is well worth what you get.The Location is the best Louisville has to offer. I travel often and the sense of security I get from being far from home at times is great. Fenwick is a very peaceful place.I work hard so I can enjoy the amenities around me! I would recommend this community to everyone!!

Ive lived here a little more than a year and Ive been very happy with my apartment, the neighborhood, and the employees. Everyone is very nice. Maintenence has always come out to investigate issues same-day, then resolve them asap.Edit: Beware! I am so disappointed by what I experienced today. Though our leases state that rent is due on the first of the month, for me the rent payment transaction has never once been submitted to my financial institution any earlier than the 3rd, but often is as late as the 5th or 6th. I confirmed this with my credit union for all transactions over the entire duration of my time living here. This month the rent transaction was submitted on October 31st and attempted to come out of my account on the 1st of November. Knowing that rent always comes out on the 3rd or later every month, I didnt have funds transferred into my primary account until the 3rd so I was hit with a bunch of unexpected late fees. Ive paid my rent on time every month for the entire 17 months Ive lived here they will not waive any of the fees for my first late payment. Its terrible to know that these people think it is acceptable to make extra money in this way. I understand that this is all perfectly legal, but the lack of good faith and ethics is appalling and drives away customers. To boot, this type of bad business could send less fortunate people into permanent financial ruin, especially now with so many people struggling financially because of covid-19. When my current lease expires I am sad to say that I will be looking for a new place to call home. I wont give my money to crooks any longer than I have to. Im glad I was presented with this opportunity to see the true colors of Michelson realty at a time when I can afford to pay the financial cost, and I hope this helps someone avoid paying needless fees to this greedy company. I am so deeply disappointed in Fenwick. I really thought they were above this type of behavior. Navy Federal credit union, on the other hand, waved all fees to overnight a cashier check so I could avoid further fees from Fenwick and so I didnt have to pay for a money order.Edit 2: now theyre harassing me about my renters insurance, saying that it has been canceled or expired even though I paid my yearly premium on April 20th of 2020 and sent them updated documents. They really know how to tell someone they arent welcome here.

Very welcoming community and staff to me and my fiancée! They worked with us and made sure we got the perfect apartment for our family. SUPER pet friendly, they love seeing my dog and have an amazing playground and dog park. The maintenance is super friendly and it super easy to request them to come fix something, the apartment just got an app actually we can get ahold of them even easier now!the host lots of community parties too so you really feel at home with them!

Amazing living facility. Very nice landlord. I came into the office middle of April looking for an apartment and Kim and Katie were able to get me approved and moved into my apartment the same day. They literally went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. Prices for apartment is very reasonable and they will work with you to get you the price that fits your budget.

From my first appointment and the viewing of what is now my home, my experience has been A+. Louisville is obviously a big city and there are several options in regards to living but you WILL NOT be disappointed with Fenwick...Cathy is amazing as all the office staff and maintenance crew. Fenwick place has been the best apartment complex I have lived in and I am glad I chose to rent here when moving to Louisville. The staff is very friendly and care about the residents. I also like the curb appeal and courtyard leading to my front door.

I would give it a 5 star because it is the maximum of stars that i can offer here, if there was more I would have be more happily to add. clean friendly and nice place. you are treated like family from day one. Staff are out standing and friendly. maintenance requests are fast and fixed professionally. To be honest if I was not relocating I would have never left this place. from the front desk to maintenance to all Fenwick staff and neighbors thank you sooo much.

An office staff that is always attentive to the needs of their residents and an overall atmosphere that feels like home. My experience here at the Fenwick Creek Apartments as been nothing short of excellent. The staff is wonderful to work with as well. Also, any time I have needed maintenance to fix anything in my apartment, its done and completed by the next day. Overall, I rate these apartments at a 5. I would and have referred my friends and family about moving to the Fenwick Creek apartments.

Been living here for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and property. I moved here when my other apartment had asks us to leave because of their pet policy and the Fenwick staff was very helpful in helping me find a place that was suitable in such a short notice (less than a month). Had my car damaged on property and they were extremely professional and cared about the situation. Only suggestion in that case would be to add cameras on the property for other occurances that may happen. Mantenance staff is timely and professional also. Would highly recommend this apartment complex to other people.

Such a bummer- I hate to leave poor reviews, but advise you live somewhere else unless youre a repair man/woman who never gets mail. Biggest issues have been with the staff. Management is great, but have made hiring choices costing us time, money, headaches, and SO much frustration. Office staff illegally kept time sensitive packages from us. Even after I requested that they check for any and all packages to our address. Cherry on top was the disrespect and passing of blame involved. Maintenance staff are kind and quick, but it takes several requests on the same major issue (a/c, appliances) to get them in working order. Im upset now, and sure to be upset several times again before we can move in a few months. Such a bummer.

Theverything apartment we lived in for 3 months, dated and dirty. Day we moved in the police were serving a eviction notice. Told the office about a bag of garbage outside a door that had been sitting there for days. Had to sir in the office before the girl decided to get the bag of garbage. Well the rent was 1180.00 per month for a rat hole by the railroad tracks. We left after 3 months, they changed 20 percent of the rent for the last 2 months rent. But, the charged back the so called discount they gave us for living in a rat hole, a discount of 105 dollars a month. LOL... So to get out of our lease it cost a total of $2500.00 dollars. Never Never rent from this establishment. Oh yeah the roof leaked, if you were no careful the hot water would scald you. Management is nothing but a joke. STAY AWAY FROM FENWICK APARTMENTS.

Everthing Has Been Taken Care Of By Fenwick..Thank you..Update. We have contacted the office several times about standing water in our back yard and sewage smell bad. Nothing has been done. Its been at least a month.Now the man across our back yard put a Rick of wood on his back porch and we have seen lots of mice and rats. . this is bad. Getting worse. The activitie of them are around 1 am and on. They are running in the yard and going in and out of the wood pile. No one has made him get rid of the wood. My bf has went to the office n told them n nothing. He has called and I have...? ?Please help someone.We smoke outside n cant sit on our back porch at nite or let our dog back there. We havent heard nothing back from the office assuring us they are getting this under control.Unhappy, upset rentersUpdate... All was taken care of. We are certainly Pleased. Thank you !

I love this location and very beautiful apartments. Ive had a few problems with my neighbors calling the cops on me... Most likely because this environment is populated with older people and their tolerance for noise is at an all time low, so I wouldnt be surprised if they called the cops because my tv is too loud. But all is well!!! Just annoyed with the nosey neighbors who look at me crazy because Im younger and can afford to live there lol!!!

Im currently sitting in my car locked out of my apartment due to maintenance and guess whos not answering the phone? THE 24 HOUR MAINTENANCE WORKERS!!!!! Im so angry!!!!!!!!!
