Great place to live!Everything in the apartments is brand-new. Its clean and quiet, no issues with the neighbors.Maintenance works great - a small issue with our furnace was fixed same day.

The apartments are nice, poor communication with management been here a year they raise the rent make you take a garbage disposal for $25 that everyone may not want I went from $1285 to $1325 the $25 is a fee they make you pay for garbage disposal I don’t need no company to pick up my garbage they should have worked on speed bumps they break in cars and a company drive through once a night I’ve been in cheaper apartment with better service now I see why I have seen moving trucks out here people are moving out due to the communication with management

I have been living at Covington By the Lake apartments since March this year (2020) and I am very happy so far. I am renting a 2 bedroom apartment with pond view. The place is very quiet, with a lot of amenities like a gym, dog park, a pond, swimming pool and so on. It is located in a very convenient place, just aside a Target and also very close to the Jefferson Mall. The design from the apartments is also very nice and the staff is very friendly and kind. I love being also very close to my job!One important thing to me to consider is the safety of my family, this place has a private security service in charge of guarding the complex.I would really recommend this place to live!

UNIT: 1 Bedroom StandardOverall great place to live. A new apartment complex with nice amenities inside and out. Pool is super nice during the summer months. Overall staff is friendly but can be busy from time to time. Charcoal grills around complex for outdoor cooking and grilling.PROS:- New complex- New Appliances- Low energy bills for 1 bedroom apartment- Hookups for washer and dryer.- Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living Room.CONS:- Wished it was a gated community as there is a ton of local traffic.- Lawn maintenance occasionally done on Saturday on Sunday which can disturb a quiet weekend.- Apartment prices are a bit high but they are new apartments.- Water and Sewage is not included in price.- Maintenance could do a better job of keep trash and grounds in better condition and ensuring vehicles in parking lot are not abandoned, broken down or wreck and left for long periods of time. (3 out of 5).- No Doorbell (not that knocking is hard)

My husband and I love living at Covington. We are close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. All the neighbors are friendly and we have met some really good people. We love the fitness center and that we are within walking distance to major stores. The staff is always helpful and they make sure everything gets taken care of quickly.

I have truly enjoyed living here at Covington by the lake. The maintenance does a great job with responding to emergencies or situations that need assistance. Also while dealing with Covid the complex gym has been super clean which makes me feel safe and let’s me know that the management team is very understanding of the state orders and restrictions. I have recommended a friend of mine to move to this complex (which she did) and will agree that this complex is beautiful and quiet. I love the modern amenities and friendly neighbors! If you’re needing a new place to call home .. this is it!

Everything LOOKS great, but the communication with management is terrible. If you’re going to charge top tier prices at least have top tier customer service. I’ve had better communication from cheaper places. Can’t wait until this lease is over!

We have lived here since September and it has been great! Quiet complex, and have lots of great amenities pool, 24 hour gym, and huge dog park. We rent a 2 bedroom deluxe and is very spacious!

Great experience so far. We were the first ones to live in our apartment and it’s been nothing but good maintenance privacy and great neighbors. Also a great location by target and jefferson mall.

Covington by the Lake just may be my favorite apartment that Ive ever lived in, the community is laid back and friendly, I have a view of the lake which is very relaxing and gives me peace! The staff are nice and if i have any issue (which i hardly do) theyre immediately addressed! I definitely recommend! 😇-WR

Covington by the lake is the best place to look at for an apartment. Staff is amazing and just an over all great place to live. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful ! Staff always checks up on issue and questions that you have ! If you looking for an apartment Covington by the lake is the place to go !!!

I have been living in my apartment now for almost 8 months, with no plans to move anytime soon. The location is convenient for all my needs and the amenities are exactly what I need for my two dogs and myself. The people in the community are friendly and staff are helpful in all my needs.

The apartments are of excellent quality, brand new, clean. They are in a perfect area there is a lot of tranquility. Im very happy.

I absolutely love the apartments and first floor design . . The area is quiet and located in the vicinity of multiple places to eat and shop ! Very central location and a huge convenience ! You cannot go wrong living here ! The amenities are also amazing and very contemporary ! 🤩

I wanted to give a higher rating and would have if not for the issues Ive encountered. I wasnt able to view the apartment prior to moving in because the day I came to pay and sign the lease it was being cleaned and prepped for the move-in. However, the apartment wasnt painted prior to my move-in and there are stains and marks all over the walls. I was told it would be taken care of which never happened, so being that it looks disgusting Ive decided to do it myself. Im so glad I took tons of pictures on the day of my move-in. Then there are some neighbors who leave their trash sitting outside their doors for days, the water pressure definitely could be better, and cigarettes are always thrown all in front of the building. I never dreamed this is what living here would be like. Overall its not a bad place to live. Just be sure to check the place before you move in and get whatever has to be done prior to moving in. I will never make that mistake again. Although I definitely thought all places check to see if painting and cleaning is needed prior to a new resident moving in.

Nice place. They have amenities like club house, Gym, swimming pool, and dogs park. The Apartment units are spacious, and well designed. The management are good and friendly. They have maintainence staff on site. The work orders are done quickly.The apartments are also very near to many stores.I recommend this place. 👍🏼

Great place, just one problem with neighbors leaving garbage outside their doors all day. Im tired of reporting the same ole problem,apparently they dont respect the property.
