I love have fast an responsive the maintenance team is, the office staff is down right incredible! Love being able to go in and be able to talk about business but also having a good laugh with everyone, every time I stop by! Love it!

Not bad. I live here. It’s nice. I like the creek. They’re very timely with repair work which is great. Kind of older buildings and sometimes can hear the floor creak when the neighbors walk around. But otherwise no major complaints.

Good area close by almost anything you can think of. staff is super nice and helpful will answer any questions you have. they have been more than helpful with our application process.

Pros: The apartment staff here are nice. If theres a maintenance issue, theyre quick to schedule you and get someone over to try to fix the issues. Been here for several years, seen a couple different complex owners now. This is a better group than the first. During the day, theres no issues.....Cons: I actually dont feel safe here at all after 6pm. I feel like this place has caused ptsd and anxiety. After getting my car broken into and seeing crime happen, Im having nightmares. I would never raise my kids here. I wouldnt let my kids outside here after 5pm. Neighborhood is getting worse. My neighbor and I had our cars broken into some time between 3am and 6am. Theres people going around checking to see which cars they can break in. The cops wont do anything about the people trying to steal the things in cars. I hear gunshots (semi automatic) every 1-2 months at night. Unfortunately I cant afford to move somewhere better. Again, the apartment staff are nice, but the neighborhood and area is terrible. Id feel better if they had cameras installed around the apartments.

Very down to earth and welcoming staff members. I’ve received nothing but genuine help from the amazing ladies in the office and the maintenance guys have always helped to take the utmost care of me. I love this place. Friendly community, I’ve never had an issue with any of my neighbors. Extremely welcoming environment.

The people in the office are Extremely professional and friendly, First class customer service. Living here has been a very wonderful experience. The handful of times Ive needed anything serviced theyve always communicated and are very prompt with getting everything fixed as requested. Very happy I found this wonderful community to live ❤

When I first moved here the name of the complex was Cedar Park, that was in 1990. I have move into 3 different apartments and 2 different townhouses. Since the remolding phase of this complex, it 100% better. It wonderful to be able to have washers & dryers in the apartments now. I like consistency, hopefully Chrissy & BJ are here for awhile.

Really good staff and good prices

Ive been here for 3 years and Ive had minor hiccups. But they have always been resolved quickly. The staff and the maintenance guys are always really helpful and friendly. I mostly keep to myself and for the most part its a pretty quiet area. Occasionally some of the younger folks around get a little loud at night. But not so much that it would drive you crazy. Its also a really great location. Every store you could think of is basically a 5 minute or less drive. Ive enjoyed my time living here. The only thing Id change is Id have a washer dryer hookup....but thats my fault for not choosing that when I moved in.

The stonewater apartment is really good appointment I like it, when you went there in the office you found good service I love my people in the office 🙏

Its up to residents to call when laundromat is not working right the residents dont call or leave notes to other residents when they have issues so now Im spending 2 hours to dry my laundry and 38 minutes to wash! So if you move in be aware u will have to call and give them a six digit number on that machine and that is the only one they come out and fix not all of them get serviced because of one machine!

I love Stone Water apartments, it is so amazing and I am not lying to you guys. The new management is amazing, Miss K and the M. Crew are always there for you. Always! When I have a problem, They fix it that day or the next.. Theres never a long wait. We have awesome newsletters every month, different months and new theme. For Christmas we had a decoration in our front yards and whoever won got gift cards (i won second place!!!), For this month, they had the children make valentines day cards. Its a great place for kids. It is very quiet. Every once and a while you may hear dogs but nothing bad whatsoever. The one bed room apartments have HUGE bedrooms and its a great space to live. Miss K is the sweetest women ever and the crew are all nice guys that are ready to help. Honestly, they deserve a party. If you are thinking about renting an apartment. You should rent here. Its place you can call home very easy. I love it here. You absolutely will too.

Christy and the office staff are awesome. Since I have lived here I have had some issues but they were addressed quickly. Maintenance staff has always responded within 24 hours or less. The only issue I have would be parking. The size of the complex should allow for more parking.

Everything about this place has been a terrible experience first we had major mold damage the office and maintenance took 9 months to finally move us to a new unit but only after charging us hundreds of dollars to do so. Any time there is an issue the office responds with it’s not our problem. The laundry facilities are very seldom cleaned I’ve seen maintenance men cuss and scream at other residents. and this is just a few of the issues we have had over a two year span so do your self a favor and avoid this company they come across as friendly at first but as soon as you sign those papers it only goes down hill from there.

We have lived here for 6 months now and are incredibly happy with our home. The complex is well maintained and peaceful. The office personnel are friendly and quite personable.Our apartment has all new appliances and a nice combination of carpet and hard-wood style flooring. The kitchen is impressive in style and space.I wish that the bathroom was larger and there was a bit more storage, but these wouldnt deter me from living here.

There is new management, and they’re fantastic. Krista is definitely very fair and kind and is doing a fantastic job getting this place back to being worthy of 5 star rating! They have had a few issues like the pool got closed early and they had to find a new landscape company but I can really see this community improving under the new management. They have a great upkeep, they come change the filters regularly and they are very quick in getting someone out to fix any issues. I called to say my fridge needed a new light bulb and went to the store came back and it was already replaced. Great service!

I love these apartments! Ive lived here almost a year and a half, and plan to stay a few more years. Its super close to everything; I hardly ever have to drive more than 5 minutes for something I need. Its a quiet neighborhood, and all my neighbors are friendly. The apartments themselves are spacious, priced well, and the management is great.

Stonewater Park Apartments are absolutely a great place to live! The new renovations are amazing. Our bedroom was huge, there is all brand new appliances, cabinets, carpet, paint, etc. The neighborhood is great and close to everything you need. The apartments next door look a little old and run down but we never had any trouble with neighbors. It was comforting to see people walking in the neighborhood with their kids and strollers. Jessica, the apartment manager, is absolutely amazing to work with. She is understanding, takes care of any issues immediately, and you can tell she loves her job! I cant say enough good things about this place. If we didnt have to relocate, we would still be there!

This place is really nice. The office staff is good and the maintenance staff is outright amazing. They get the job done quickly and efficiently with little to no wait time. They keep the grounds cleaned up daily. The apartments are nice and spacious and clean. The entire place is well taken care of by the maintenance team and it shows. Its also a beautifully designed complex with a nice pool and some nice views that feel serene despite being just down the road from a busier area. It is a bit pricy but you get what you pay for when it comes to service, ammenities, area and niceness of the actual apartments. Overall i totally recommend.

Stone Water Park Is a very nice place to live.The Leasing Agent and Property Manager are very professional . They never fail to address any concerns that are brought to their attention. Stop in and allow them to give you a tour and here you will find a place to call home. I DID And I Do!

Service Manager and Maintenance Team are the best youll ever find! Totally professional, friendly, respectful, attentive and quick to repair our issues! Love living here and will definitely be renewing again because of them!

OK ..... Where to begin..... I was happy when I first came but after being here awhile you start to realize the defects of the apartments. The floors (at least on the first floor) are made of super cheap material. I understand you need to make it cost efficient because you have so many units but seriously anything that is heavy at all makes indentions in the floor and forget about moving the fridge / washer/dryer to clean around because the floor just rips. Hopefully when renovating you can take this into account. Next is the parking ....... You can NEVER EVER get parking in front of your complex . I always have to park next to the dumpsters and I live 2 complexes down from there. Many of the tenants that live in the complex have 3+ cars and try to park ALL 3 in front. I wish you could have at least ONE designated parking per unit and then an overflow else where. Again something to think about. Lastly is the marijuana use that goes on..... It is sad because most have small children and you cant take them outside because of the smell and odor. You (owners/management) should walk around the complex in the evening to get a real concept of just how bad it is. Again just things to consider.

Jessica, Kayla and the bald maintenance dude (cant remember his name) are finally gone!! So I can officially give this place 5 stars. PMR communities gave this up for rent and new owners set up residence. They were very kind, seemed promising and addressed issues weve been having for 2 years now (unfinished exteriors, bugs, etc.) although we will be moving out here soon, I definitely recommend new residents to check this place out. Especially since the old management is gone.

Horrible. Wish I could give no stars. Moved into a newly renovated unit. 2.5 years later, Village Green took over management of the property and the I am renting from someone who cares feeling went out the window. This is the worst of the treatment I received was a notice to file eviction 3 days before rent was due. I addressed the next day. Following day (1 day before rent is due) I get notice to vacate within 7 days if I do not pay an amount that was $90 more than rent. I took the option to vacate; apparently they do not want me there. Now they want me to pay the inflated fee. This is the worst of their abuses. I am a corporate manager in a customer service business, I get it. Consumer beware, this is not a people friendly group.

I lived here 4 years and I love them til The new management took over and they are horrible. You can have a parking pass and they will still tow your car. Bobby and Susan are horrible managers, they act like they dont know anything. Thank goddess I am moving this week. They will have your car in the westend car wash.

We moved in 2 1/2 weeks ago, looked nice when we moved in, a leasing agent named David showed and rented the place to us, he mentioned to us that the water and trash was paid every month by the complex. Well today got a bill for water and trash and the pool has not been open since we have been here, i guess if youre to cheap to pay water and trash like other reputable complexes you sure and the hell dont want to pay a life guard so the kids and adults can enjoy it. If anyway possible AVOID this place, eleven months and counting LOL.

Please avoid this community. After Village Green took over this community it really went downhill. Police started showing up almost weekly, they switched to a community utilities pricing model, and the parking pass program was implemented poorly. I moved out in December of last year and STILL in April have not received my deposit back forcing me to take legal action against them. Way better options on this side of town. AVOID!

Absolutely horrible management very rude and unprofessional the manager Christie is confrontational and tries to intimidate you I was told in September that she would not accept my rent, an intimidation tactic she probably thought I wouldn’t pay it so she could evict me, and then when I continued to pay I was just served a 14 day notice in November to vacate.This is a dog community and I am being evicted because my 12 pound pomchi barks meanwhile there are several pit bulls that live in this community all recorded on video and are according to the lease are restricted even from visiting. From the first week of my tenancy I have been discriminated against was sent letters stating that there was illegal drug use in my apartment when I invited management into my home to prove that this accusation was invalid management refused. It has been nothing but harassment from an apartment manager who clearly has too much time on her hands and discrimination in her heart. The neighbor that is initiating the complaints has called the police while I’m showering stating that I was stomping on the ground the same neighbor called the police while I was cleaning my car for work and stated that there was a lot of traffic coming from my house when I literally was cleaning my car off from the first snow of the year. It’s safe to say that this community although nice to look at not worth the hassle of the unprofessional management and very unfriendly to live in at least in this building. I have one neighbor that calls the police on me while I’m showering, takes video recordings of me walking my dog I am a single woman why management doesn’t see a problem with that is beyond me!!! Even the police are fed up with their behavior maybe the neighbor has seen too many YouTube videos and thinks the police will shoot me simply because she calls the police either way I have more than enough evidence including irrelevant and irresponsible calls to LMPD to support a case of harassment the behavior of management has been completely unacceptable and they will be held accountable.This entire 6 months has been a nightmare

The buildings and apartments are nice. the grass and landscaping is nice, and the childrens playground is nice. my one complaint is the pool. today is June 3rd and the pool is still not open because they dont have a lifeguard yet. memorial day comes on the same weekend every year, so im not sure why it was a surprise that theyd need to hire a lifeguard. why even waste the money to clean and fill the pool if you arent going to open it to your residents? the pool is an amenity. im extremely disappointed, as my children keep asking to go to the pool, and instead of going to the pool we have right here, i have to pay to take them to a public pool. i doubt theyll ever open the pool if it isnt opened by now. dont live here if the pool aspect is important to you.

The apartments are nice, however absolute worst complex I have ever rented from. READ YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT 100% BEFORE SIGNING. Also, the complex has very racist management, openly discusses opinions of tenants and potential tenants (very unprofessional).

Ive been her for a year this place is junkie infested roaches in the apartment Parking lots they are in the stairs on the second floor walls coming out the drains they have really bad bee/ hornets/ wasps problem bad we have been complaining about no ones fixed anything the Sylling has a hole in it they been repaired with paper towels and don’t get me wrong they are nice but it comes with a lot of baggage I would recommend living I’mFed up and plan on breaking my lease Nd leaving next week DONT MOVE HERE!!!

My husbands master bathroom bathtub/shower has been broken almost a month and still waiting for them to come fix it. When I called the office they said they will get back with me on when maintenance had him scheduled again this was almost 3 weeks ago. My husband isnt very happy about not being able to use the shower in his room when we have people over. We are talking about moving because nothing gets fixed anymore and in order to fix it you have to threaten with not paying all the rent. This is ridiculous

This place is a JOKE they will try any and everything to keep your from getting your deposit back! My lease was up April 30, 2017 i had all my stuff out of there that day I even cleaned my whole apartment wiped down walls (even tho nothing was on them) I vacuumed every room, I wiped down all the counter tops, swept and moped the floors! I was raised to treat things nice and keep them clean and since I moved in and everything was nice and clean thats how I was gonna leave it. I have pictures of my whole apartment after I cleaned it for proof. They are now charging me for 2 different things that are for May 31, 2017 which isnt even here yet and after my lease is up. I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else

This is truely the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It constantly smells like marijuana. If you have any issues the management just tells you to call the police. I have already had to call 911 twice in just a few months. Its not safe at all especially for familys. Kids have solicited my door for money and they dont even have peep holes in the door so you can see whos outside! We have spoken to the propertys management company that owns this place and nothing has changed it just gets worse. Its truely a living nightmare here.

This is the WORST apartment Ive ever been not only in ky but in the united state . Ive been here 7 months they came up a couple weeks ago with a rule where they can tow any car that parked without a special parking ticket. So our tickets been in our cars as well as my other many residents there. Just because the ticket fell of the mirror they towed my car & ask us to pay $165 to release it when we r resident & pay $1200 for rent . we end up paying. It happened again last night caught them getting the car ready to tow. we run outside unlocked the car & showed them how tag fell from the mirror to the cub holder .. they can see it .. but they did not care..! We called police but its privet property police couldnt do anything they just stand there to prevent any further problems, then we called the property manager we explained everything to him & please him to stop them from towing my car, he said if ur tag on the mirror they should NOT tow it but that didnt help at all we still paid another $165 to realse our car in the spot ( my legal parking spot by my house)). They also did the same to my guest (my sis) they damaged her Audi towed it not once but twice bec she parked for 45 mins . They park towed cars in a car wash ..!!!! No privet fence no rules no nothing everybody has access to ur car if its towed unlocked! They stole my sis iPad & her RayBan sunglasses from her car. They claim theres a guest area when theres not one sign can explain where is the guest area !! Oh its the office half mile down cross 2 streets to get there .All residents in the apartments want to leave as soon as their contract finished. DONT GO THERE.

This place was terrible....... The apt smelled of marijuana all the time . the person above my husband was very noisy when I worked night shift.I never had a place to park .... And to top it off I moved out by Oct 31st and still have not received my deposit and no one will return my phone calls or messages ...... Would not reccomend this place to anyone.... Not worh the money.........

I just moved in to one of the renovated apartments and I love how large the floor plan is and I have brand new appliances. You cannot ask for a better location because you are close to everything !!! I will recommend this place to all of my friends.
