Well I put an application in for a 2 bedroom apt the lady that helped me the same day she was so nice & wonderful she is not the one that lied jo is the one that fibbed I seen the 2 bedroom apt and applied for it even if it did not look so hot. I was told to check the next 2 business days so I did. I called and spoke to the one that checked my application Jo shewas the one that checks everyones application well I called and when I did she told me she did not run my application at all, because they had no two-bedroom Apts available that was a lie because I saw one and I applied for it thats why my application was there. Well then she got were she raised her voice I said you dont have to give an attitude. She said she was not but I know and heard what I heard. Anyway, the apartments that are posted on there website looks fantastic and updated, they are not the one I saw it was so 80s and I spoke to a person at alltrade they were not shocked & understood if you look at there properties make sure they are the ones that are on the website . To me if they show you an apt and lie to you and say they have none available something is very wrong. B.B.B will be notified soon.God dont like ugly and by the way the housing needs to see these places and false advertising, you are wrong. Frankfort will need to know this everything.

Office staff and maintenance crew is very nice! I just moved in and the whole process was super easy! I worked with Jill the entire time and she answered all questions I had really quickly.

Great customer service from yours truly Miss Naomi she made me feel like i already purchased the property and the service was definitely in excellence and really great communication so the active listening was amazing yall come check it out. Also get that 42 inch do a year but do your part. Thanks Naomi you were. Awesome.

The maintenance man name Todd does a great job when he comes and when hes done he makes sure that his work is done properly and right. Todd has a real nice personality and I like people with personalities like that.

Very bad Property Management very rude to say the least. Watch out signing a year lease with this property at the end of the lease put your 30 days and they make you stay an extra month with in staying in that extra month they harass you until you get out. Warning do not put emergency contact information down they will call friends and family members without authorization. We had packages stolen when delivered. They never come fix things when they r ask to. Bug problems to say the least. Dumpster area always overflowing with garbage.Warning before you think of moving in.

I been here for 16 years and I luv it n its a wonderful place and neighborhood, leasing n maintenance is great.

I have lived in maplewood apts since 2010 . The rent price is great . when your lease is up and time to renew the rent price only goes up 15-20 dollars each year which is reasonable where you can afford to stay . I have never had a problem getting anything fix. I like having the security of my building entrance the front and back entrance you have to have a key to gain entry. The only down fall is when the neighbors cook something you dont care for the smell comes though the vents. Thats how it is when you live in apts though. The office staff knows you by name this is a huge plus to me.

Lived over for 3 years. Parking is terrible, rent is not reasonable for space an amenities. Slow maintenance response. Dangerous area.
