I never thought that a mere visit to my friends apartment would end in my financial ruin, but it has. Last night I popped over to my friends who lives in the Bell Flatirons. Im well aware of the parking policy in force inside the campus which requires a registration even for visitors. Fair enough. But I never thought that I wouldnt be safe from the evil hooks of a shady towing company this place has a contract with by parking on what for all appearances would be a public street! I parked on S. Tyler Dr literally fifteen feet up from where you turn onto it from Rock Creek Pkwy. This is a large two lane in both directions county maintained road that connects to Coalton Rd. Much farther down Tyler there are small signs suggesting that there is no unauthorized parking in the resident areas and driveways, but NOTHING SUGGESTING I WAS AT RISK on the street. Additionally, my hosts were also misinformed when they told me it was safe. Calling the Bell Flatiron Management did absolutely no good Unsympathetic ears told me that it was paid only parking for an entire square mile and they didnt care if Id just lost my house because of a tow. Presumably theyve instructed the tow company to prey on cars on that street because its low hanging fruit and they get a kickback. So the long and short is that I shell out $350 (that will come from where?) to get my car back that I use to live in and was my primary source of income because I was laid off because of covid. And all of this because I dont think I did anything wrong or out of the ordinary anywhere but here. Where do I go now? What do I do? Bell Flatirons wont help me with their arrogance toward others whom have very little left to loose.... These people are monsters...
Since staying at Bell Flatirons, Ive spent the majority of my time working from the community center. The space is designed beautifully and Ive really enjoyed the calm environment overlooking the lake. The staff is very helpful. Ive had the best experiences with Manny (always going out of his way if I need anything; he even gave my 2 yr old niece crayons to use) and Marissa. She has such a heightened emotional intelligence, always sensing when I need something. Marissa has made me feel beyond welcome here on a daily basis! Wonderful employees!
Where to start… once you’re here things are pretty good. Everything leading up to getting here is terrible, completely unresponsive. Endless phone calls and multiple emails over multiple weeks going unanswered. Which is incredibly stressful when moving across the country and wanting just basic information and to know if you’ve been approved to lease (1 week after applying with multiple unanswered phone calls) Turned out I was approved within a day and they just hadn’t gotten around to telling me! Thankfully Manny the concierge is an absolute god send! Manny is the only person in the place that answered the phone, he was finally a friendly, welcoming voice on the other end who could help connect me. He truly portrays customer service at its best. This place needs many more Manny’s! He also sets up all the social activities which have been really fun and welcoming especially to someone new to the community looking to meet others!
They will call and have you towed right off the public street if you dont buy a pass from them. I hear that Webster recently elaborated on their definition of Highway Robbery by adding the name Bell Flatirons Apartments to the text.they should warn people about their racket to make money right as you turn off of Colton into the community -- instead of intentionally hiding any notice for another quarter mile down the street (where youre unlikely to see It and its too late anyway)⁹
I recently looked at Bell Flatirons and was helped by Gina. The landscaping there is meticulous and the apartments are very nicely designed. Gina was exceptionally pleasant and helpful - and patient as I switched choices several times. In the end, I chose to rent at a condo community because of the high fees at Bell Flatirons. So in summary, Bell Flatirons is beautiful and the staff are exceptionally accommodating but I gave only 4 stars because the rental add-on fees are more exhorbitant than any other place I looked.
Its a nice area and i enjoy my apartment. They gym and community center are both great amenities. However, iv lived here for almost 3 years and the main pool they advertise as opened year long has been closed for most of my time here. its a bummer considered it was the main reason why i moved here. They charge $30 for a trash pickup service that collects the trash from your door just to throw it on the side of the road and pick it up 3 days later. parking is awful, there are no visitor parkings spaces and your overnight guest will be towed and it will cost them nearly $500.
This is the biggest thank you to Marissa Laicer! I wanted to use the kayak but there was no concierge employee to rent one. Marissa was on a conference call but she excused herself from the call and immediately took care of me. She fitted me with a life vest and helped me off the dock and into the water. She made me feel like I was welcomed there.Thank you, Marissa, for going out of your way to help me with a smile on your face!
I love the community itself, it has great amenities and I love my mountain view. But they really need to do something about their towing company! There is no guest parking between 10pm and 6 am without a permit. But the fact that they start towing right at 10 is rediculous. Our friend left at 10:15 and his car was already towed! That means they had to of literally started towing his car at 10! I understand if it was like 3 am but right at 10? The towing company must view bell flatirons as a gold mine and bell is just encouraging it. Also the fact that my car and many others have been broken into...I have to constantly put in requests for the dog trash bin to be emptied because they cant do their jobs. Its these reasons I have to leave a bad review.
Bruce, Bell’s maintenance supervisor, has been AMAZING for us over the last two days with a few issues we had at our home. His team are also just as AMAZING. We picked Bell sight unseen when we moved from Texas and we’ve been so happy here over the last four month. But, knowing that Bruce is here leading his the way makes even HAPPIER to call Bell Flatirons home! BF staff please please please give Bruce all the hugs, high fives and praise he deserves!
Gina has been incredible throughout the leasing experience helping answer any and all questions and making sure I am comfortable and settled in my new place. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well and seem ready to assist with anything. The Unit itself is really nice and a good value.
Love our new place!! Beautiful apartments in such a good area. The only reason I’m rating low is because we have many issues that maintenance just won’t solve/fix. Garbage disposal won’t work, broken blinds, a mailbox with no door, red paint splattered all over the walls, the list goes on and on. We requested a lot of these back in April, have called several times regarding them, and still have no outcome or estimated time frame to be fixed and it’s JULY! Thanks for a beautiful home but it would be easier to call your own repair person. Oh did I mention we had water leaking from our neighbors and it took them all day to get out to us? Love the place! But hate their response time and follow/through.
The community center is amazing.The grounds are very well maintained.Maintenance issues within my apartment have been addressed within 24 hours every time Ive had an issue over the last 3 years.Peak Pools had done an amazing job keeping the 3 satellite pools clean and beautiful.Kara the regional manager has gone personally out of her way to address ALL of my concerns.My studio is incredibly quiet and well maintained.The lake and beach area are very nice.Rebecca in the Residential Services office rates a solid 10 in Customer Service.Mary the manager has replied to every email about my concerns and in collaboration with Kara, has improved tremendously the issues of dog waste baskets being emptied regularly, replacing broken furniture in the pool areas, landscaping around the pool areas, etc.The community center has great fun activities scheduled like Bingo, Trivia night, Comedy night, etc.I said when I moved in that I felt like I lived in a resort and while things did seemingly falter for a while, every issue except the main pool and hot tub have been restored to resort status.Im hoping to hear good news on the main pool and hot tub restoration as they used to be open year round and with the satellite pools being open seasonally, everyone agrees that having the main pool back is extremely important.Im more than grateful to enter in to my 4th year, hoping that the proposed increase in rent will be close to the Colorado norm of 3%.
Do not ever move here it is all a big joke. we have lived here since June 14 maybe around there our oven is still broken, my moms car got towed last night because she was saving my dad a spot because he worked late, it is a big joke i do not enjoy living here at all the amount of money i pay to live here. those pictures was the day after they supposedly “fixed it”. and the trash here is ridiculous everywhere i look down there are trash bags, furniture, anything u can think of. its a ridiculous living at this place.
I am extremely impressed with this complex and the employees I’ve contacted. Gina and Chloe have been so cordial, professional, and helpful. This complex is beautiful and I am looking forward to using the reservoir and other amenities. The upgraded interior design is very tasteful. I am excited to call this place home.Charles and Brandon are incredible and fixed several things a few days after my move-in date. They are professional, friendly, and do a great job!
Trash service is irregular. No need to pay for a service fee for something this inconsistent. I got locked out of my storage unit on my porch, a two minute fix that was promised to deliver within 24 hours of my request and hasn’t been met... I pay for a pool that hasn’t been fixed in six months since the day I moved in near the club house. When I went to the pool that was opened none of the grills worked for me. So many unnecessary fees that aren’t even available. Within my first 4 months my whole apartment flooded and when I called in to say it was an emergency it took two hours for maintenance to even respond. By the time my “emergency” was responded to I had two inches of water flooding my whole apartment. I moved out to this beautiful state 6 months ago and the only problem I’ve had with Colorado is my living situation. Glad to see that a review response will probably be quicker than any issue that I’ve had.
Bell Flatirons is beautiful! We can see the mountains from our bedroom! There’s also a lot of grassy areas which is much nicer than other apartment complexes we looked at which were just a bunch of parking lots. The leasing / community center is stunning and there is so much to do. We feel like we’re living at a resort! And it backs up into Autrey park with a dog park and bike paths.
We just moved in to Bell Flatiron 3 weeks ago. It’s great community to live in superior with excellent views, however management is non responsive for any kind issues. Townhouse was not ready for us to move in.. we drove 17 hours from Indiana we were very tired and exhausted and we had to resolve this problem, carpet was so dirty had a pet pee smell from previous tenants, air conditioner wasn’t working. The parking permit program is a bummer, we have to pay $8 a month to park in our own private driveway on top of rent, e. We were trying to pay rent online 1st day of month and they are charging 2% on top of rent which is ridiculous..we had to go out of town for family emergency on 4th weekend, when we came back we received latter to pay late fee $150.. which is a lot for late fee. I went to management office to explain and requested to waive late fee but no help and still haven’t heard anything nor received and help..
I’ve been living here for over a year now and have to say that the management always handles situations in the right way. I recently had a package that was delivered to the wrong address and Manny G. helped me track it down. He treated me with kindness and was very willing to help me in this situation. Today, he called me letting me know he found the package and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again!

Great location, maintenance staff tries their best and are friendly, the worst resident/customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere.
Bruce from maintenance does an excellent job.Apartments have some issues with old carpets otherwise decent place outside of Boulder to live with good amenities.July 2021 - Horrible upkeep and trash service. ValetLiving services this community and the pickup schedule is horrendous. It goes 3-4 days without trash being collected from your apartment doorstep. And no way to opt-out.Additionally, the cleaning of pet waste bins rarely happens despite multiple complaints about it.
Not much positive to say about living at Bell Flatirons. The main pool has been inoperable for nearly a year, trash service ($25 monthly) is spotty if at best. If you enjoy peace and quiet, certainly dont consider Bell Flatirons either. Neighbors have cars that are so loud they shake your walls from across the street, nearly every A/C unit outside is failing creating the most awful, constant humming and vibration noises (FYI -- the fix by maintenance staff is to place large rocks on top of the units...). We measured the dBi from our front porch and it read over 70. 55dBi is the threshold for a residential area in Superior. Live here and you take the chance of getting a unit with the noise level of an industrial zoned property directly outside of your unit (anything over 70dBi is considered industrial)
Throughout our stay at Bell I experienced very professional and very helpful staff members. The hard working gym/pool staff were always helpful as we used these amenities quite often. But most notable was the assistance provided us from Tyler Werner. Tyler stood out in that he represented the Best of what Bell Flatiron staff should all achieve. That is confidence that he will do is very best to exceed our expectations and follow-ups to ensure we are more than satisfied. Tylers efforts will be remembered by us and will be the one we will mention when others ask us where they can find an apartment. We cant thank him enough.
Moving from out of state has been a crazy ride, but Gina has made our experience so much more easy and even enjoyable. She has been SO polite, responsive, understanding, and an all around trooper. The community is incredible and I truly believe this is going to be the most wonderful experience of our lives.Gina,Can I just say how much I love our emails back-and-forth. Every single time I get an email from you, I smile. You always make our moving process so much easier. So thank you for that. I did not know that those fees were being waived right now. We are not going to be moving on December 22, but thank you for letting me know. But we really appreciate the special waiving all of those fees. It is a huge brake in what is already and expensive move and makes it that much easier for us to make our decision.Thank you again,NatalieGina, thank you again for being just so wonderful and helpful. This company deserves 5 star only if they get handle on taking care of service requests and contract a more professional towing company. If not, it is long ways away.
I was towed from a section of street that had no parking related signage for not registering my car. I later found a sign several h hundred feet away across an intersection. There was no parking congestion where I was. The community has specifically partnered with a company that is known to engage in predatory towing and towed my car on a Friday night so they can charge an extra high fee for housing it “after hours.” If you ever plan on having any visitors do not move here.
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I’ve had such a great experience. The community is quiet, well maintained and the people in the neighborhood are kind. The staff who work for this property as some of the best people I’ve met. They’re kind, patient and have always communicated well.During most recent meeting with resident services, I was helped by Tyler Werner. He was very kind, happy, professional and quick with processing my paperwork. He was genuine and I felt prioritized during my interaction. Thank you Tyler!This is a great neighborhood to live in because it’s convenient and central to shopping centers, restaurants and the outdoors.
We just started living here, so this will be only about the initial leasing process: we visited few of the apartment complexes in the area and checked out similar size (1bdr 700-800sqft) apartments and decided to go with Bell Flatirons because the apartment had great view, it seemed to have more natural light and there was a playground in the middle of the complex. + a detached garage was included in the rent.Special thanks to Gina for the smooth leasing process and great communication!

I have been in flatiron for past 3 years. Its been a great experience since then. management has been so responsive for any maintenance issues. Rent in comparison with other communities with amenities offered are very competitive, I would say much better. We have lived in Bell Flatirons for more than 2 years by now, and its easily one of the best community to live in Superior. Yet, the new parking permit program is a bummer which i believe will be re-visited by the management. Resident services is great and i should mention Tyler, who was just awesome with the way he interacted and helped us recently during the lease renewals. Keep up the good work and i believe some of the concerns by the residents will be addressed in the near future.
It was an awesome stay @ Bell flatirons for 5 years - all was easy accessible for anyone who is coming to bell for the first time from a far place - schools are accessible - shops and schools - we will highly recommend to anyone - if we have a chance to come over we will definitely select bell- a big thanks to Curt & Kristina who helped us remove the chalk board which was concerning to us before we move - Really appreciate him to come and do it before we leave to India - a big thanks to Kristina for making this happen and taking our concern and clearing it out before we leave - thankful to Susan & Tyler Werner who has helped us resolve all timely service requests and concerns. They helped us in smooth transition of move out process
We love living here. The units are beautiful and reasonably priced for the area. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very helpful. Tyler in the rental office has been great to work with and James from the maintenance staff is always so polite and helpful.

This apartment complex isnt the worst. The units are reasonably priced, if not well updated.However, the management company loves cheap cash grabs. My roommate and I are renting a townhouse unit with a private, attached garage, and a private driveway in front of it.We were notified we would need to register our cars to leave them in our own private driveway, else they would be towed without notice. Registering our cars will be $8 a month, so long story short, to park in our own private driveway, we will need to start paying $8 a month each. If we want a friend to be able to park in our driveway, they will need to pay $2 a night. Its a fix in search of a problem, and I cant help but assume the management company is getting a kickback for this. Its absolutely absurd to do this when we already pay $2300 a month for the unit, which comes with the driveway.
The man who came (Bruce) did such a good job. He was so kind and helpful! He came within an hour of me making a maintenance request. It was a really good experience! 10 out of 10, 6/5 stars!! (:
Marissa at the Bell Flatirons front office is INCREDIBLE!! I had a package come in before I had the chance to set up my parcel locker and they were going to send it back so she took it for me and placed it in the locker once I was able to set it up. She even offered to stay at the office late for me! I am so grateful!
I have been living here since last 4 years and its one of the best communities to live in Colorado with excellent view and a well maintained recreation center.The staff is really helpful and quick to reply to emails and phone calls for any maintenance issues. For instance, Tyler Werner recently helped us to do a hassle free lease renewal.
We had a rather traumatic event happen where our house burned down and we were forced to move literally overnight. After checking in with other apartment complexes in the area we found that not only were the Bell Flatirons the most affordable, they were the most spacious (for our small family of 3, and a dog), and were able to accommodate our need for an immediate move-in. I cant speak enough about how friendly the staff were (we worked directly with Chloe and Marissa), and how seamless they made our transition. Chloe was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of the (very many) questions we had given the circumstances. They definitely were able to turn our negative experience into a very positive one. Id highly recommend this community.
Abbey E. is one of my big reasons for my signing a 6th 12 month lease. She remains professional, friendly, courteous, and respectful. Theres a delicate balance and she has it down. Friendly but ready to serve, help, and more.
Maintenance crew: Joshua, Rob and Curtis replaced the springs in my garage. Excellent job. Great guys, quick response. Thanks Bell. Also Id like to praise Ms. Chole Anderson in the Sales office. Ms. Anderson helped me find a wonderful apartment and could not have been a better representative of Bell Flatirons.
Five stars for Aaron today. He came around to fix multiple issues. When he showed up, I was getting ready for work, and it was no problem for him to come back an hour later. He completed or replaced everything on our list... plus left a super detailed list of what he had done and left his personal cell just in case. Super friendly and accommodating. Appreciate the maintenance team!
We have been living here for two years now. Its a great community. Its clean, quiet and safe for children. Lease renewals and service requests are attended to promptly and effectively. Wed like to give a special mention to Tyler and Joshua at Resident Services for their 5-star service.
We made a request to have our leaky sink fixed. Cody fixed it up no problem. Good service.
Gina gave me an excellent virtual tour including the amenity at the office and a unit I was looking at. She answered all my questions and explained all the monthly recurring fees.
Joshua was very professional, polite and ensured all our work orders were complete properly. He also went above and beyond to ask if we needed anything else. We’re thankful for genuine workers on your team!
My five star review is for Cory! Who was great when he fixed my furnace. In regards to the apartments. Living here is the worse! I find it comical how in order to give maintenance a good rating I am forced to give the whole complex a good rating! I guess it’s what they have to do to increase their ratings! Although maintenance is great, living here isn’t. I have many stories of where I have been treated terribly and insulted by people in the leasing office. I will not add everything to my review just yet since I still live here only due to how close it is to my job.
Better watch out living here, invite someone over late at night for a couple hours, their car might get towed.In response to your response. I do not recall coming into the office you are either mistaken or lying.
(review is for maintenance, not overall experience)Have had two emergency maintenance requests while living at Bell Flatirons - one was a heating issue, the most recent was a plumbing leak (on Christmas Eve). Both incidents were responded to very quickly, the leak turned out to be a broken hot water heater - it was completely replaced within 2 hours of me calling. Bruce and Rob were quick, polite, and informative. Another company was called to clean the water from my carpet and put some fans in place to dry things out. 5 stars for emergency service/Bruce/RobOnly other request Ive put in was for a broken fireplace. This took 3 weeks to fix and required a few follow up calls but now it works as it should.
Just renewed my lease and Tyler was really helpful in getting back to me quickly! He was super friendly, timely, and even negotiated a lower rent on my behalf. I am looking forward to enjoying my apartment, the gym, the pool, and the lovely community center for another term.
Trevor quickly knew what the problem was with the fireplace. He was very courteous and explained how he would fix it. He did a great job. Our fireplace has been working perfectly ever since. Thanks Trevor.
A great place to live if you like having your car broken into. This has happened to us and several other residents we know. We’ve lived here over 2 years and the place has gone downhill in that time - facilities are falling into disrepair, and the rent goes up significantly every time we renew. Beware of taking on a short term lease, as they’ll benchmark your renewal rates based on that.
Trevor and Joshua quickly fixed a slow drain for me. They were courteous and professional. I had previously asked Trevor to check on a slow work order and he did so personally. I was impressed by his personal attention to detail. Excellent service!
I have had a very good experience with Bell Flatirons Apartments and while it is on the more expensive side you do get what you pay for.I have had wonderful interactions particularly with Tyler Werner the Resident Services Consultant, he does a phenomenal job and is always prompt with his responses to my questions and emails. He is always very accommodating and understanding if I ever have issues or questions and is polite professional and truly an asset to the company.I have had a few issues with a garage break in and general questions about my lease and rent payments and he always walks me through everything to make sure I understand and is very efficient and organized when asking for a copy of my lease or forwarding paper work for my garage break in and getting me in contact with the right people to help.
Thanks a lot Trevor. You saved my Thanksgiving and the weekend. I am so happy my dishwasher and washer got fixed so quickly. You offered a quick and a great service. Really appreciate. Thanks!!
Awesome work by Nicolas. He was very patient and communicative, explaining what he was doing, even showed my curious 7 year old how his tools worked; because he was so fascinated. We also had a bird somehow get into our water heater closet, Nicolas helped me to gently remove the bird and let it fly out a window. Super nice! He even came back when he noticed we had had a few other work orders already in but hadnt been addressed. We have had them in since the beginning of the pandemic when we moved in, and understood they werent exactly a priority due to the quarantine etc, but Nicolas made sure to go over them and see what could be done. As of yet no work has been completed, but he said he would talk with his team to see what/how they could fix the issues we had.Things had been really slow and unresponsive for a long time during the quarantine, but they have made a strong effort to get caught up and take care of the work orders as they come in. We usually see someone respond and try to fix a problem within the same day if not 24 hrs.
The maintenance team here is awesome. Cody especially was on top of it, friendly, fast - super helpful!
When is someone coming out to fix our issues??!!! Pictures have been taken, when is the work actually going to get done?! Also when is my phone call going to be returned?

I love to live here, I have been living here for 2.5 years. Nice apartment complex with lot of amenities. I like the fitness center. Staff members always respond positively especially Tyler Werner helped me a lot in renewing my lease and other follow-ups.
Nicholas resolved some maintenance issues in my bathroom. Super friendly and very quickly solved the problems.However while living at Bell Flatirons I had issues with squirrels in my walls. Bell did not respond to the situation. Was told to ignore and wait until squirrels died. Squirrels ate through the wiring. Yadayada big fiasco. Ended up receiving help from a friend to remove squirrels and to fix the problem.Also upon moving out Bell made a clerical error and incorrectly reported a delinquent account. MONTHS later still working to completely resolve.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER BELL PROPERTY. Management is non responsive for any issue, have to complain multiple times to get anything accomplished. Im leaving this place ASAP. Also, please see other reviews on their new rediculous parking policy. (that they implemented during COVID)
Great place to stay in and around superior area ... Especially I was helped by Tyler Werner. He proactively reached out to me about lease renewal offers/promotions, considered my case, and worked through the process very efficiently. Kudos to Tyler.

The 1 star is for the phenomenal mountain views given we lived by the Autrey lake side (Although since 2 weeks ago there is a major construction project going on right next to the lake, so it is going to be dusty and noisy for a while to come), the pool that has amazing views, and the occasional and rare service requests that were actually tended to in a timely manner. The reviews here are real. So please take your time and read them. I hope our experience here is beneficial to you. Bell Flat, which is a corporation, is one of the most unprofessionally run residential management companies that we have come across. They smile at you but that is not enough in action. We have experienced delays of up to 11 months for major maintenance issues such as: Pluming: where every time the upstairs neighbor used their shower, we would hear a loud clicking noise in the pipes that would wake us up and was highly disruptive. Again, not to our surprise, this took more than 11 months for them to fix. Finally, they admitted that they will open that section and saw that back in the day, decades ago, they did not clip the pipes properly. Maintenance and 3rd party both told us that this issue exists in a number of buildings at bell flat. A piece of the carpet was in need of change due to CAT urine under it from previous tenant and these guys not addressing it beforehand. We kept emailing and speaking to them over the phone that the smell was causing us sinus issues and nausea. This took 5 months to fix. The living room blinds crashed on my wrist as I pulled them up and nearly cracked my bone and caused a trip to the emergency room. As per the 3rd party vendors exact comments who came by to replace this set of blinds: because these buildings are more than 35 years old, the window framing was not done properly back in the day nor was it the ‘correct’ type of blinds to be installed. There are a lot of windows like this here. In addition, the windows didn’t close properly, so we had to put a tape around them to manage the winds and spiders and gnats.And again the 3rd party window specialist they sent for us after 3 months of logging it, said that the framing and windows are outdated and broken and should be replaced due to soil shifting. Another example, our shower tub was squeaking loudly every time we used it. They refused to fix it. The glue underneath had come off before we took residence and they said “oh well, this is how it is and some of our building are in the same condition.”We found maintenance and management to be overwhelmed, probably under resourced, non-responsive and unaccountable. The vibe we got from dealing with various people from maintenance to finance and admin is that this property is not being led nor inspired effectively by the HQ in North Carolina. They lack time management skills, they smile at you and are nice when they see you, but there is a passive aggressiveness that shows up in actually not taking timely action and causing incredible frustration and lack of care. We certainly did not feel cared for. We literally gave up on them. The delays in communication are long and painful. They make the front community house look really good and gardens are enticing. So if you’re going to be here temporarily, then you know what to expect. And if you’re considering long term tenancy, then be ready for what may come your way.
Marissa Laicer at the leasing office is absolutely amazing. She took a stressful situation and brought ease and sanctuary and support. I am in awe of this community already, ten stars!
Five stars for maintenance worker, Nicolás. He came yesterday to help us with one problem and then went on to help us out with other issues that had been addressed in separate work orders. He went above and beyond in helping us feel taken care of as residents here, and we appreciate his friendly personality and excellent work ethic!
Joshua provided great customer service. He was friendly and polite. He was quick to response to my water heater concern. He also came back to replace my furnace filter with a clean filter. Thank you Joshua!
Bruce of maintenance was here in great time and finished the garage door and bathroom flush valve, flush flapper and handle. He did a wonderful job. The trash valet man and his colleague helped me out on Wednesday, October 14 at 8:30 pm while they were picking up tras . Give them 5 stars also. Hope the new parking monitors keep checking on illegally parked cars because there are a lot of them

In this tough time most of the amenities were discontinued without any compensation to its residents. The staff is friendly when it comes to locking in a lease, but terminating and transitioning out of the complex is another story . BEWARE! They require a 60 day notice of exit, even though there is a lease ending date .They will not reach out or contact you . I would not recommend living here . There are surrounding apartment complexes with working amenities and a more professional staff . Some of my coworkers also live in this complex and have faced similar difficulties. I hope this review saves prospective residents some grief. Good luck

When we moved in we had an issue with bats in the garage and bat bugs in the apartment. We found out from the previous tenants that this was an issue when they lived in the apartment and the lack of resolution was one of the reasons they moved out. The complex acted as if they did not know there were bats or bat bugs in the apartment.It took a lot of follow up to get the complex to get the pest control folks out to fix it. We then had issues with squirrels in the walls. We had to submit multiple tickets and email and phone call follow ups to even get people to the unit to look into it however after many months and countless follow ups the issue was still not resolved. Luckily our lease was up and we were able to move out.I would not trust that they have resolved any known issues prior to moving into this complex.

Its a kind of decoy, we raised a maintenance request and the service provided for that was really good and service man asked us to review his service and he gave a QR code. When I tried give the star up there it got added as part of the bell flatiron review. This is not the way to get bell reviewed.
Originally I was super excited to join the Bell Flatirons community. The amenities are overwhelmingly great. Chloe was super amazing with helping my family find the right place for us. Unfortunately the application process was not pleasant. I felt extremely judged throughout the whole process. Management did nothing when we asked about the application process. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided.
I am giving 5 stars to the maintenance team! We have almost always had great experiences with the maintenance crew. Bruce came out today to fix our running toilet and was right on time, quick and efficient and kind. Thanks Bruce!

As someone who had to move here on a whim thinking it was amazing with a deal they had running for cheaper rent and having people say maybe let’s looks other places first . I wish I would of listened for a studio apartment at the price I pay. I’ve had my fridge malfunction didn’t get a call for a month. My dish washer has clogged, emergency will not call back, my trash isn’t taken yet have to pay for valet trash. And to top it off I came home from a vacation to someone’s hamster which is not allowed here from what I told was in my apartment chewing my wall which they have not fixed. By the way it’s illegal to have them here. PLEASE CONSIDER ANYWHERE ELSE. They have a very nice image that doesn’t match how you are treated
Have lived here for almost 2 years and Tyler and everyone on staff that I have interacted with has been nothing but great. Amenities are well kept and up to date. Would definitely recommend.
As always, we got a quick response from maintenance. Brandon called to make sure he was ok to enter the home because it said no, and he took care of our issues with ease and friendliness, as well as reassurance that they take extra precautions entering the home during covid times. Leasing at Bell Flatirons has been an excellent experience. Tyler helped us lease a great floorplan. Maintenance services have been very responsive too. This is a wonderful community with a very convenient location.
Just want to say that The Bells Flatiron maintenance crew has been stellar. Every issues has been addressed in a timely fashion, great concern for security and respect for tenant. Bruce was by this morning and I could not have asked for a kinder and more efficient person.

It is a beautiful community with awesome amenities. Clubhouse is top class with indoor volleyball, basketball and squash courts. Gym is nicely equipped. It is all very well maintained. Lived here for 2 years and never had any problems. Bell has become a bench mark for me to compare against other apartments that i have looked at and moved to over time.
The response time was unbelievable! I expected to be paying extra for heating bills but Charles Konopnicki showed up within 48 hours and solved all the issues within 60 minutes! He was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. Couldn’t recommend a 6-star so I guess 5 will have to do!
I came to Bell to live almost three years ago. Rebecca was the first person I met when I walked onto the property and she has continued to be the most friendly, responsive, and helpful employee at Bell Ive worked with. Ive lived in three different apartments in those three years and each time, Ive reached out to her about different logistical things and each time, she makes whatever I need happen. And if she cant, shell tell me that, too. She always has a smile even when I know shes stressed. The girl hustles. Always. I count on her being here as long as I am!
Bruce fixed our dishwasher in seconds. Maintenance team is better here than the management one. So these 5 stars go to Bruce personally.
