This company saved my day! Thursday morning my AC went out, I called them and they were here in no time. The technician quickly recognized and fixed the problem and our AC was back to cooling. On what seem like the hottest day of the year and with a newborn at home it was much appreciated. I highly recommend them!

Had them come look at our mini-split system. Lots of great information. Just so you know, you need to run these things all the time to keep down humidity. The guy who came out was very thorough and very informative. Will probably use them again when needed.

William installed a NEST learning thermostat 3 for me and took the time to get it online and help me to sync it with the program on my phone. I was going to have him do the annual maintenance on the AC unit, he checked the unit out and come back with an honest assessment, the AC unit managed to fuse some relays and some other components and remained us the unit was 25+ years old, he said he would be glad to fix it but it wasnt going to be cheap, he suggested replacing it.What I liked was he wasnt pushy either way and he didnt badger me for the work.I got a home warranty I cant wait to see there reply. Honestly if it was up to me I would keep William and his company instead of whoever the home warranty people send, they were all disasters, Im trying a different home warranty this year home there professionals.

AC went out and Elder came to my rescue. The system is old and Tommy, my technician, responded promptly (masked and wearing shoe covers) and kept me informed on everything that is needed to get it going again. I feel very comfortable in knowing that Elder is taking care of everything.

We built our house 3 years ago. Elder heating and air installed our air conditioning. Every single year we call them because our air stops working. The first year while under warranty they guy told us that it was a slow leak and he fixed it. The second year the guy said he fixed it it. The guy was very rude. We are going to call them tomorrow now that are warranty is up because our air is out again and see they will do but I am not hopeful. If they charge us I am looking for someone else.

They do great work. I just got a bill from them for 187.00. Last year a tech missed his appointment. He had to the hospital. I had to make the appointment for another day.He said that he cleared it with his boss that we would get this years cleaning free of charge. The man already came and cleaned the ac unit. Just got charged for freon. They would put it in the computer. its not right.

Great professional service

Our air conditioner went out on a very hot day. My wife has a very rare disease where she cannot be in the heat because the pain in her feet and legs is so severe because of nerve damage and blood vessel damage. Elder was called in late morning and within a couple hours the gentleman came out, found out what the problem was. The Motor going out on the air conditioner there wasnt one to be found at the time but he was headed out to borrow a motor that was Universal to every air conditioner so we would have air conditioning. As it turned out when he did go out he did find a new motor he put it in he worked I know at least 2 hours or more past quitting time. This repairman was such a lifesaver for my wife and the company weve dealt with him before and theyve always been sincere and honest. I hope this gentleman is recognized for how responsible he is and how honest he is.

I could not be happier with my experience with Elder. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would be there. Before coming into my home they took care to put down tarps where they would bring the equipment in and wore shoe covers to make sure they didn’t track dirt in. Late one evening recently our furnace stopped working. Elder was quick to send a service technician to our home that night. It was determined the furnace was unsafe. Elder gave us a price and ordered a new furnace. Even though it took more parts and extra time Elder stood by the original price. They installed the new furnace quickly and were very professional. The men were very respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves.We talked with the installers about a humidifier and They encouraged us to try the new furnace out for a few days before spending extra money. While we ultimately had them install a new humidifier, we appreciated their recommendations and work. My heat went on in January they came out the same day and fixed my issue, I will always cal Elder with any HVAC issues!!!

The time between the estimate and finished was very short. They didn’t try to oversell me. They were courteous I would highly recommend them

Dauenhauer tried to rip me off by telling me it would cost them $1200.00 to clean my unit, on top of charging me $60.00 to come out, and I needed a whole new one at $6,000.00. Elder came out, assessed the problem, absorbed their fee into cost of replacing some Freon (which Elder only charged me $100.00 per gallon while Dauenhauer told me it would be $130.00 per gallon) for a couple hundred. Literally, I spent $200.00 with this company and my air is working again. DO NOT GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY than Elder. Trane, Dauenhauer, all the others will try to rip you off because they work off commission. Elder is HONEST, and they are doing right by their customers. And I can PROMISE all those other lying companies, when it comes time to replace my unit, Ill be giving Elder my $6,000.00 because they didnt try to rip me off like you did!

I have been meaning for a week or so to write and thank you. You were truly a blessing to my family. I am my mothers eldest child, and have not been able to look after her as much I did in the past. This due to my military career and current station. She told me how you inspected her heating system and found that her water heater was not venting probably. And within a few weeks of your inspection her furnace broke down. I have in the past been responsible for the upkeep of her yearly maintanence, but have not been able too for the past 3 years. So it hurt me to hear she was having these issues in the middle of the winter. But I truly believe your company was Heaven sent. She told me that you replaced the furnace for a fraction of what other companies would have charged. And also that the Boss approved the work and material needed to correct the water heaters vent, without any additional charges.

Showed up in a timely manner, professional, courteous. Didnt have needed parts on truck so he ran back to the shop, got what he needed and got our a.c. running in about 2 hrs. Would recommend and will use again.

Tommy found the problem and fixed it - charging me an affordable $89.99 for the service call. He explained how my system works and what I can do to prevent further issues. This is a great honest company. I had previously gotten an estimate from another company and they gave me an outrageous quote and said my air could not be fixed at that time, until I ordered certain part. So, my son and I went another 2 days without air in 100 degree weather. A friend told me to call Elder, so I did and they came out the same day... Tommy the tech came out and got my air running within minutes. He also educated me on how to properly clean my air condition. He explained step by step what he was doing and why. I will continue to use this company in the future for all my HVAC needs...

Elder came out to my house on a referral from my friend who is a home inspector for a second opinion I was given from Bryant. The gentleman was very nice who came out. I plan on switching my annual service plan in the spring.After I was confused on how home warranty coverage would work with an out of network company regarding a replacement part for my HVAC system, the office manager for Elder gave me a call back and we were able to work through the confusion I had together. I could tell from this exchange that the company is willing to help its customers when they are able to and I was very appreciative that they reached back out to me and offered their help.

During a basement remodel I had Elder redesigned the ductwork and replaced my old furnace with a high efficiency model. The new ductwork design opened up the living area and really transformed the space into an inviting family room. The owner himself came to the house and redesigned the layout. Other companies wanted thousands of dollars over elders quote. Very satisfied with everything they did. The employees were professional and respectful to my family. My house has never been so comfortable.

Phenomenal Company!!! We recently moved into a new home. We needed yearly service/cleaning on our two HVAC systems. Two service guys were sent out....the first thing they did was put covers on their work boots! I was impressed!!! They were prompt, courteous and very helpful. Called from a small non-profit about a faulty ac unit. They said it would be $89 plus freon if that was the problem. Ended up being a cheap capacitor (I looked it up) He was here 10 minutes tops and charged $389. I felt like that was way too much for the effort.

Saw these men driving on watterson.... Speeding,weaving in and out of traffic, blaring their horn. Would speed up if someone tried to get over. Used foul hand gestures. Then continued driving like this off on newburg. Your drivers are a representation of your company. Hire more respectable people who dont act like idiots while driving.

Ok so on my way to the sitter around 6 this morning a man driving an Elder heating and air work van was riding my backside too close for comfort. I slowed down for a red light he flashed his high beams and then sped up and got over I sped up to get on the Gene and he passed me on the left and cut me off cause if me to swerve off road in a ditch when I finally got back on the road he kept slamming on his brakes and swerving to hit me so I finally pass him safely, I got his plate number and called Elder Heating and Air, Inc left them a lengthy message, I also called the police. Well its now 7:34 the company called me back and I was telling the woman what happened she asked me if I had problems with my air? I told her no I called because of a crazier driver, she was dismissive and said shed talk to the responsible driver. She never once asked me for any information on the driver, vehicle number, plate number, nothing! Im appalled that companies just let their insubordinate employees get away with murder! If I didnt have my my baby with me I would have followed him and had police meet with me!
