I was in need of an Air conditioner and also a Furnace. Project was prompt in giving a quote and setting up the installation that fit my schedule. They arrived on time and completed the installations in the time they had mentioned.I have been with Project for over 20 years and they have always been on time for servicing, answering questions or anyother need I might have.They are a great Company.

Project Heating and Cooling installed a new heat pump for our home. They were able to obtain an upgraded model at no additional cost due to availability issues. The first thermostat installed did not function properly and it was replaced with a working unit promptly. The technician spent time showing us how to use the new thermostat.

This company knows their stuff. Called to get a quote for a new HVAC unit and within two days they were able to come out to install. Installation was short and sweet. The crew was very professional and kept their work area clean. The new unit is so quiet and works wonderfully. Would highly recommend using them for any HVAC needs.

Air conditioner capacitor went out late night 7/25 or early 7/26. Didnt notice house was becoming warmer until 5:01 pm. Called Project Heating & Cooling which has been our HVAC of choice since 1986. Answering service contacted on-call HVAC technician Cole Becker who came out shortly after, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes or less. Extremely skilled and very pleasant person, thats why Ive always stayed with Project Heating & Cooling!

Cole reached out to me through a post online. Every step of the way from first contact, to final touches after installation was professional and timely.We had a new 4 ton ac until and furnace installed, the hvac techs were prompt, clean, complied with our stringent covid requests.The install was completed faster than we had anticipated, the work looks tidy and well done. Our system works flawlessly. Very happy with the products, the service, and the personnel. Would recommend to anyone.

This is one of those good-news-bad-news reviews:The technician attempted the repairs, but I had to call another company to reinstall what he did. However, PH&Cs service manager did apologize and make amends. For that, I will give them a bump up to 4 stars. Sometimes the service is more important than the sale! I appreciate that kind of service!

We have been a Project Heating and Cooling customer for 30 years and have always had excellent service. The entire staff is courteous and always do their best to be helpful and timely. They only carry the best product lines. Their service men stay with them so there is consistency with service. You know your serviceman and he knows your system/equipment. They are always polite and explain what service has been performed or needs to be done.

I have an older home that has 2 units in it due to a flood they got replaced project heating and cooling Kevin massey came out gave me a great deal. Dealt with my insurance company. The price was fair to the insurance company got the units replace and I have been chill every senseThank you so much project for great work And your team the guys that came over were unbelievable thank you again

We have had them for a couple of years now and have great service. Just in the last couple of weeks they have done our Summer Tune-Up for the A/C and have helped with cooling issues we were having on the 2nd floor. Followed there recommendations and the issue is now resolved. Kevin Massey came out personally to take care of us and the technicians are always super friendly and inform us of all they are doing. Have tried a couple other companies and by far their service is the best.

Awesome Experience! Rental went out over the weekend and my tenant was getting antsy thanks to the 90-100 degree weather. Called Project HVAC at 7:40, they called back at 7:55am and got us on the books for a 10-noon timeslot that same day. Before noon they were finished and it was up and running as if nothing had happened. So please with their professionalism and speedy response. Will use again and recommend to anyone! PS. Kevin and all the guys at the office are the best!

Project has threatened my income due to their actions. I have paid Project close to $400,000 in installation and service over 13 years. They have never let me down and their service tech Craig is very knowledgeable. Today Im confused. They refused to serve me on a service call that was set up for today after they techd the issue without the parts needed the day before. Project never followed up to set the appointment. I got worried so I tracked down the parts and called them for an install appointment. Project told me the techs would be out at 1:30. At 1:45, I called to see where they were and was told probably on their way. At 2:30 I called to again check in and was told I would be called back. Their service manager then called to say they wouldnt be out at all and I should call my other heating and air company - at the last minute - when everyone was leaving town for Labor Day. I was depending on them for the work and they left me hanging on a weekend that is busy for me. You have to be able to rely on a service company in times of need. Without the AC units running I will potentially lose thousands of dollars. I understand to warrant their work they would need to source the parts but they didnt even give me that option. I even offered to pay them for the parts. They simply responded that they didnt want to work for me anymore. My only guess is this is in retribution for my using a different contractor to install a replacement HVAC unit at a savings of $1000+. Plus sourcing the parts myself to make sure the parts were on site was seemingly the straw that broke the camels back. As a business my goal is to save money, I dont know why they fault me for that. But a business is not supposed to be an ego battle. $400,000+, 13 years. I rarely write reviews but this is simply un-business like behavior and threatened my income due to their actions. If you have a business you know what Im talking about - you need to rely on your service providers. I very much caution anyone wanting to do business with Project at this juncture. Im open to them amending this issue but as yet they have simply left me hanging on a busy weekend with no HVAC and no resolution.
