I woke up this morning and realized my ac had stopped cooling,I remember an add on waky for Automatic air. I called and left a message a short time later a man called me back and told me he could check out my situation around 11 o clock. I told my wife about it and she told me I needed to call the company that installed it,so I called the man back and relayed this info. He told me ok and let him know if he could help me. I called the company that installed the ac system,they came out and I was told my compressor was bad and that I needed to buy a complete condenser. And the unit would be approximately $4,000.00. Not sure how to come up with the money my wife and I went to purchase some window units. I suggested we call the automatic air guy back just to get a second opinion. He told us not to purchase the window units and let him come and evaluate our situation. He came over in about 20 minutes and took maybe 10 minutes to check things out. My capacitor was bad on our condenser. He said he had one in his van and let him see if this was the problem. He was correct. When asked how much we owed him he told us just for his time. Well $133.50 was a big difference.From now on Automatic Air will get all of our HVAC business. And if anyone I know has an ac problem we will suggest Automatic Air!

Awesome service. We got our HVAC and furnace replaced. Everything moved much quicker than expected, all appointments were right on time (not early or late), and the technicians were very professional. They left my place cleaner than it was when they showed up.

Cody was very accommodating in coming to our home late on a cold night when our furnace was intermittent. Apparently there were many service calls because of the very cold weather. After working all day for others he arrived with a cheerful attitude and got right to work. His technical analysis was outstanding. He repaired the problem, offered advice for the future and cleaned and tested are system all in one hour. What a delightful experience! We will definitely call Automatic Air again!!

One of our units was non-functioning and another HVAC company we consulted advised us that we would need to replace the entire unit. Neighbors who had used Automatic Air insisted we give them a call, so we gave them a try. Allen from Automatic Air arrived and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and an excellent technician. He was able to immediately identify the problem and performed a quick, albeit probably only temporary, fix (upon my approval). He was transparent and very clear about what we could expect and I appreciated his honesty and candor. He also spoke with my husband on the phone to discuss his findings and recommendations, which was much appreciated. Thank you!

I discovered Automatic Air after a friend told me they had used this company and had a good experience. I shopped around and ended up getting a furnace with them years ago. Eventually my AC went out and needed replacing. After doing research and getting some estimates, I chose Automatic Air again based on customer service and pricing/ product quality. Greg, the owner, has been nothing but helpful. It is a family run business and has been around a long time. I can see why!

The guy they send to replace the thermocouple used plumbers putty to hold it in. I only noticed after two seasons and when I called them, they said they couldnt imagine any of their guys doing something like that. They offered to come back for a fee. I had a central furnace put in by them, as well, their guys are HACKS. I had to re route the vent pipe myself. because they ran it at eye level in a doorway and refused to change it. There are much better HVAC companies out there.

We were visiting a family member in poor health and noticed that the AC was making a funny noise. Given the hot hot weather, we understood the priority for no-cool situations. However, Automatic Airs service was beyond our expectation. From the time we made our appt with Angela, who not only understood our need to address the situation while we were in town, but also advised us how to ascertain the gravity of the situation, to Courtneys on-the-nose confirmation at the scheduled time that Allen, the technician, was on his way, to the thorough diagnostics and maintenance, and straightforward reasonable fees, we cannot say enough about the prompt and great professional service provided by Automatic Airs team! Automatic Air is run by pros and they tend to hire the best and most knowledgeable techs. They came out, fixed the problem quickly and were out with a quickness.

I had my compressor fail. Called several companies that wanted to only sell me a completely new system totaling in the thousands. Automatic did some research on my compressor, found that it was still under warrenty, came out and fixed it and only charged for the Freon. Saved lots of money and have been using only this company since 2009. Always great service. Thanks guys!

Automatic came out recently to look at my unit after my basement flooded with all the rain weve had. I was extremely satisfied with the tech and the advice he gave me after he serviced the unit. Wanted to make sure everything was safe and in good order after being in 6 inches of water. I was pleased with the service and the price.

We called for an outside HVAC opinion regarding a second hand smoke infiltration dispute with a local apartment complex. Ray was able to provide us with enough evidence and photos, ultimately allowing us to break the lease without penalty. Saved thousands in the long run.

Just bought my first home back in December of last year, HVAC always ran a bit odd but thought nothing of it until it stopped heating all together. From start to finish Automatic Air was friendly and was able to work with my schedule and fix the problem quickly. They got our HVAC back up and running *much quieter* in no time.

These guys responded quickly and provided fantastic, professional service. Their cost to repair my AC was also half of what I was quoted by another company!

Our air conditioning died on a Friday and we went without it for a whole weekend with over 90 degree heat. We called Automatic Air first thing Monday morning. A tech showed up Monday afternoon and was knowledgeable and had it fixed within an hour. Very impressed by them we signed up for their service contract which will hopefully keep our HVAC unit from breaking down again.

I have been using Automatic Air for my heating and cooling needs for several years. They can usually come out the same day I call and they never try to sell me what I dont need. They are very professional and know what they are talking about.

My HVAC is under warranty, and all the Service Manager seems to want to do is cuss me out over it. I tried calling again, and when he chewed me out, I said, Oh, youre the jerk I last talked to, and his response was, Find a new jerk to talk to, because I wont. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT do business with this company!

Everyone there was amazing. After an experience with another company left a bad taste in my mouth, Automatic Air totally made everything better. They went out of their way to get me service the next day even though they were backed up and the technician answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. Ill go here first everytime from here on out.

Just wanted to chime in and post my whole-hearted endorsement of Automatic Air Corp. A great experience all around and will now be my go-to place for all necessary service in the future.

Extremely fast and efficient but way overcharge for parts, had a pressure switch fail on me, amazon has the part for 40$ other sites have it for even less but they charged me 134$. If i wasnt freezing no way I would have paid that insane surcharge but nevertheless my heat is on!

Happy with the service I got from this business. I will definitely use them again.
