Our AC needed repair and I called Allgeier Air based on some positive feedback from a friend who used them for service. They were on time and the service technician Andrew was very thorough and super nice. He fixed our problem in no time and went over some recommendations for future repairs. This young man was top notch with his knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend using Allgeier Air for your service needs. I know without a doubt that we will be calling Allgeier Air for an AC replacement and all future service.

Weekend service call for inoperative a/c on one of the hottest days this year. Our service club membership kept the cost down. We were squeezed into the schedule. Patrick did a great job testing the system and diagnosed the problem (not the A/C but a faulty 50Amp breaker). Diagnosis was later confirmed by electrician from a different company.A/C has been on since breaker was replaced. Polite, efficient, and accurate work. great Job!

Jeff Wright was our HVAC Service Technician.He was on time & fully prepared to service our systems.Jeff did all the essential resets & walked me through his process.Jeff was clean, organized & professional.Over the years, I’ve been through a bunch of these.But, Jeff was really thorough. Had A/C go out on a Friday evening and called to check on getting service done. I believe the lady I spoke withs name is Barbara. Even though she stayed in contact with me through the weekend, unfortunately they werent able to get anyone to me until Monday. However, Andrew is the tech that came to diagnose the issue with my system. He was extremely professional and thorough and gave me several recommendations as well as answering any questions I had. The system was about 25 years old and I decided to replace with a new unit. I was able to get a new install scheduled and completed within 2 days.

By far the best customer service and professionalism I have encountered with a heating and cooling company. Like always, companies like this are always backed up with jobs; they were booked out for about four days and I mentioned we have a nine week old at home, they showed up within two hours of my initial call to help us with a AC problem. As a new parent, this shows they truly care about their customers and people in general.

This is the second time we have used Allgeier Air - the first time was such a good experience, so when our AC didnt work, they were our first call. Jeff was great! He explained everything in a way we could understand, did a great job fixing our problem, and the cost was very reasonable. We have been using Allgeier air for the past few years. We have always enjoyed how personable everyone is. Missy in the office is always so sweet to hear any issue we have and get us with someone who can help. They come out to the house quickly and are always on time. They recently installed a new HVAC unit for us. It was handled by Ronnie who walked us through everything. There was an issue with the new thermostat and he worked hard to try to get it up and running. When that wasn’t possible, Kyle and Dylan (I may be confused on names :P) came out and got it all squared away with our old thermostat. They also found an issue with the ac unit from the installation but fixed that at no charge to me.

Original system was installed quickly, system is functional and very efficient. Two service calls placed over the past two years were responded to quickly and issues resolved immediately; on the same day of each call. The responsiveness and tenacity of Missy got us up and running swiftly. The technicians also called before they arrived, worked neatly (booties), and finished quickly. I have used their services several times and I have been very pleased each time. Technicians are knowledgeable and explain things in terms I understood.

Just bought this condo and 2 weeks later the a/c went out. David was the first tech out and found a faulty circuit board in the a/c unit itself. They ordered the part and Andrew installed a few days later. I was stressed over the cost of the repair but was relieved when the repair came in at a very reasonable cost. So the A/C was working great until a few days later when I adjusted the thermostat upward. The unit kicked off and never came back on. I called the office early that morning and Barbara was exceptionally helpful to squeeze me into the schedule as the second call that morning for the technician. Jeff not only quickly diagnosed the problem with the thermostat but upon further inspection he found several areas in the HVAC unit itself that had faulty wiring and/or was not wired correctly. He quickly rewired those areas then went out of his way to secure a loose panel in the unit with larger bolts, something he didnt have to do. He then went on to re-attach a broken wire and re-wire more faulty wiring in the thermostat, which had been attached to the wall with velcro. Jeff again went above and beyond to secure the thermostat to the drywall. All at no charge to me!!! I would highly recommend Allgeier Air for all HVAC diagnostics and repair. They are not only professional, prompt and efficient, but friendly and VERY reasonable cost-wise, which was one of my major concerns. And they stand behind their work! Look no further than Allgeier Air for exceptional yet reasonably priced service. A great team!

We have had excellent service from Allgeier Air. Last fall they repaired a duct into our furnace and replaced a very important part of our air conditioning unit. Recently, thanks to Missy and Patrick, the company returned to replace the filter in our furnace. We have found them to be polite, professional and very responsive.

I have a geothermal system that Allgeier Air installed eight years ago. I am on a maintenance contract that I highly recommend and I have gotten to know several of the technicians and office personnel on their bi-yearly included inspections. My unit suddenly went down this week. I called Missy at Allgeier and she sent Jeff out the next morning. Jeff worked on it for quite some time and consulted with his supervisor Matt in trying to fix it only to discover that an out of stock factory part was needed and it would require five days to ship it in. We were very disappointed at 5 days without heat during this frigid upcoming week but were stuck. Matt somehow was able to locate the part the same day and Jeff returned later that day to install/repair. Caring, knowledgeable people are what make a business thrive and I couldn’t more highly recommend the people at Allgeier Air.

We have a geothermal unit that Allgeier installed and has been doing maintenance on for years. They do regular maintenance twice a year, spring and fall. I feel that the maintenance has kept our system in tip top shape. Their employees are very kind, respectful, clean and safety conscious. I would highly recommend them.

Patrick, this guy was wonderful. Let me say it wasnt his considerable professional knowledge but his patience in helping make sure our units were and would run smoothly. It was late in the day,his last stop, Im sure. Regardless, he thoroughly explained a couple thing that would need attention in the future. He assured me all was well in the meantime. Servicing both the furnace and AC, he was accompanied by an old dog, young cat, both interfered equally and he still had a pat on the head for both. My grandson, only 4 and unsure of social negotiations, threw a ball that hit him when he was servicing the AC. Apologizing I said he was trying to get Patrick to play ball. Patrick stopped for a minute, picked up the ball and engaged him in throwing it back with a Here it comes. and Oh, almost! then right back to work. At the end of the visit, there was some confusion on the billing, I didnt know if I paid or not, and he made two calls to make sure all was settled. In no hurry, he bid us a good night and headed out as the sun was setting, taking a minute to wave. Andrew was the most awesome technician I’ve ever experienced. He did a beautifully wonderful job and gave me so much needed information. Gave me information on what degrees to keep my condo on in winter and summer. He replaced my thermostat so I can better see exactly what the temperature is at all times. He told me that my air/heating unit is 17 years old, and I may need to replace it eventually. He even opened up vents as needed ( I am 5’ tall, couldn’t reach them.) Lol. So far Allgeir Air is the absolute best place Ive been employed as a HVAC Service Tech.

Our HVAC unit stopped blowing air. We phoned Allgeier Air and made an appointment for the following day between 2-5pm. At 12:15pm I received a call to ask if the technician could please arrive early. Andrew and Patrick arrived at approximately 12:50pm, wearing masks (Covid-19) and booties over their shoes to protect my carpeting. Within 10 minutes of their arrival, I was shown a blown fuse from the control board. They could have simply replaced the fuse and left, and I would have been quite satisfied with their service. They continued to investigate the cause of the blown fuse and eventually found a 1.5 inch section of wiring chewed on by some critter, probably a mouse. After replacing the section of wiring, they secured it and taped it to make it more secure from another such incident. Both Andrew and Patrick were professional and personable, not a combination often seen or appreciated enough. Thank you, Allgeier Air! You bet we will be calling you first the next time we need any type of air conditioning or heating services and you would be well advised to do so, too.

Logan was out to do the winter service. He arrived on time, was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to understand! Ended up needing a new heat pump unit. He explained the process and got everything squared away for us. Would recommend to all!
