Holders is so great. We have used them multiple times for different issues in our house. They are always fast at responding and getting out to fix any issue that comes up.

I had Holders Heating &Air replace 2 air conditioner units in a building in Mt Washington. I would recommend them for any heating and air needs. They were quick to take care of m y needs for new air units. They are quick and always clean up after themselves. They have been great to work with!

Stuck with this company because they ordered a new air handler through my warranty WITHOUT LOOKING AT MY CURRENT HANDLER and because they have it, the warranty company won’t switch companies for me. It’s been 2 months. I’ve called 10 times. No returned calls. No nothing. I honestly have a hard time deciding whether or not this company even exists or if it’s an elaborate scam.

A previous AC repair company had overlooked the faulty motor on my furnace and I was without airconditoning for a week during the hottest and most humid part of the summer (late August). Holders fit me into their schedule. Brandon, my repair tech, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. He installed a new motor and my air was up and running!I will insist that my home warranty company send Holders whenever I have a HVAC problem from now on. I highly recommend Holders Heating and Air. My home warranty sent Holders out after I had issues with previous companies. I needed repairs on my A/C and believe the prior company destroyed my unit. I was given the run around by my home warranty and they finally sent holders out. They found the issue and Cheryl was able to get me a brand new AC unit. Everyone I have dealt with have been patient, friendly, and was willing to explain the process. Excellent customer service.

As a contractor and business owner I run into job situations all the time where I need an HVAC company to perform services prior to or after our portion of the job. Holders is always quick to respond and takes care of all of our heating/air conditioning needs. They have helped us keep our existing units in great shape and do fantastic work when a unit needs to be replaced. Wouldnt dream of calling anyone else.

Left us without a repair or a solution. Not responsive to 20+ calls while waiting for parts to deliver.Not politea customer service standpoint when there is an issue. Got set up through our home warranty. Took 3 weeks to get a fan Blade and that was not the issue. Threw it on and bolted and did not check to see if it worked. Now at square one in the middle of June with no idea what the problem is and no help. Starting back over at home warranty. Pretty terrible service our opinion. Freated us like we should have been happy they came at all .. but did absolutely nothing to help us. Same as 3 weeks ago...no ac.

They showed up in spite of the weather and fixed my ac unit, unlike the previous contractor who wouldnt return my call!

Holders was amazing! The home warranty company gave us someone else at first and they were awful. Holders called within an hour and fit us in same day! The gentleman that came to work on our furnace was so nice and polite and fixed our furnace with ease! I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone!

They were amazing! My furnace went out on a Friday, and they sent a team that afternoon. They worked diligently with my home warranty company, pushed to get a quick resolution, and had me up and running with a new furnace before the cold front hit the following Monday. Their team worked into the evening to make sure I had heat. Great team and customer service approach. Will definitely use again.

I had not heard of Holder’s prior to my home warranty claim. Holder set up the appointment and was able to make it out the same day. The technician was polite, friendly, and completed the work without issue. I don’t know anything else about their company but I had no issues with them during my experience.

Wow! I highly recommend this company. I was in need of a hvac technician to fix a furnace for one of my tenants and Holders hvac came through for me. I called them at 4:30 on a Saturday and the furnace was fixed by 7:00 that night. They didn’t gouge my eyeballs out with ridiculous prices like some company’s would have. I requested a service tune-up for a Trane heat-pump through my home warranty service at 0600 hours on 16 October 2018. The folks at Holders Heating & Air contacted me at 0930 on the same day. The appointment was set for 1700 hours. At 1705, the team arrived and began checking my system. After a complete diagnosis, my system was given a 100% rating. This is a good company that follows through with their promise. Thanks to them, I know my heat and air system is top notch for the weather. I appreciate the quick response and recommend giving them a call for any HVAC needs your home requires.

I recently moved and used a different company to install heat and air. Although i will not say the name of that company i can say Holders who i used on 6/14, 100% blew them out of the water. On multiple occasions i was able to speak to people, if they didnt anwser i recieved a call or email on the same day. The price for my 2000 square foot home was not double the cost of prior house like we were dreading. Brandon, Adam, and their team were friendly and professional. Most importantly my job is done and i got exactly what i paid for and more in a VERY timely manner. Holder family thank you so much for cooling us off and your patience with my multiple questions. We will recommend you anytime to anybody.
