God Bless Tom (our technician) and AN Roth! When our heating system died on a Friday morning, we were worried no one would come out and if so, they would charge us a ridiculous emergency fee and, because of the weekend, we would need to go to a hotel vs freezing in our house until the part(s) arrived days later. But thanks to AN Roth, they responded quickly, dispatched a great technician who quickly diagnosed the problem and had our heating back running in a few hours at a very reasonable cost! We, like most of you reading this, have had problems with companies being rude on the phone, not showing up, trying to upcharge us for unneeded repairs, not having parts on hand and charging ridiculous additional fees and I can honestly say that I could not be happier with AN Roth!Everyone from Susan(?) who answered the call, to Tom were friendly, PROFESSIONAL, honest, and I will highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

$600 bill to replace a control board that cost $100 all day long at the furnace shop is just a little ridiculous. Called them and politely asked if there is anything we could do to get a little taken off and the guy was rude about it instead of simply giving me a reasonable answer. Never using them again.

They get out to your house which is a trip charge which is understandable but then they tell you this ridiculous price to fix it and you dont want to call someone else due to another trip charge and you need it fixed, so they Got you. After the work was done I called another place and it was HALF THE PRICE!! Thats just Ridiculous. I wish I paid another trip charge to a different repair service company. Plenty of other places in southern Indiana I will be going to next time.

A.N. Roth has taken care of our homes HVAC since we moved into our house 7 years ago. The equipment and services they have provided us has been outstanding. Recently, I had a tree fall on the house and take out my current A/C unit. They didnt blink an eye and had me up and going again in no time with a new unit. Josh W. is an excellent employee that I have had the pleasure of working with for both the replacement and services of our HVAC. I would highly recommend A.N. Roth for all your HVAC needs.

Our heat went out on a Sunday so I understand you pay extra for them to come out, but I shouldnt have to pay FOUR TIMES THE PRICE for the parts needed!!!! Bad business. DO NOT USE!!

I have a friend that recently had this guy come out and do some work on his furnace. The guy over the phone was a complete jerk and he over charged for the parts! crooked guy right here. dont use him, dont think of him, and dont even consider him. Hell rob you blind while youre at work.
