Dealt with Rob on a trip from San Diego to Phoenix. Met us at the airport, van was clean, as described, and easy drop off at other airport. Easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend and sue again!

Great experience! They delivered the van to our home and picked it up after our rental period. The van was in excellent condition, clean & spotless. We had to change dates a few times but they were easy to work with, responsive and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Ive now rented 2 times from Sprinter Rentals out of LAX and cant say enough about them. The are great.Doreen helped me both times and was awesome and friendly too. Quick and seamless, over the phone and a couple of quick emails and it was all ready for me. I think it took a total of 15 minutes or less to have the rental process complete.Their Sprinters are very new and spotless. They are the Mercedes ones not the Dodge version! I had never driven one before my first rental with them. I drove to Palm Desert and back from LAX plus some city driving yesterday and averaged a little over 21 MPG with about 700 lbs. of cargo and 2 people and I have a heavy foot if you get my drift! My review is AAA+++ in every aspect. They drive like a car and have lots of power for going up hills. No special driving skills required at all. I mean it.Forget about renting a plain old van.
