Great service and was able to reserve the truck needed to get the job done in one trip.

Located near downtown L.A. on the industrial area, super efficient, courteous staff, they even helped me to put the car on top of the carrier; the truck and equipment are well maintained and work as promised; I drove from L.A. to Houston without any problem. They have many truck sizes for any carrying needs. Parking on site.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help you with all of your issues. They were very nice and helped us get the right vehicles at a fair price.On the weekend there is only one person in the office so if you call you may never get an answer.Be aware if you call the 1 800 number and they quote you a price make sure you get them to make to add that price to the notes.Otherwise there will be a discrepancy

This Penske is horrible they take forever to come fuel up your truck even when you go ask them to waited 10 minutes so I went in and asked for assistance for that they told me I’ll send someone over waited 20 minutes so I just left

We reserved a flatbed truck a prior week, when we came to pick it up it wasnt available. Forced to rent a enclosed truck, had to wait again so they could fix the flat tire. One hour later just to get out of the Penske lot.

If I would be able to not give them a star I wouldnt, the device suck, they take to long and they dont have anyone in the office, I waited 15 to 20 mins to get assistance. I would not recommend this place
