What a great experience. They accommodated us better than I would have expected. The van was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.
I think this company only did one thing right which was to have the van at the airport on time for us to take it to Disneyland. This was for our trip in the summer of 2017.We asked for 2 car seats for my 4-month-old and my 23-month old. They dropped off the van without any car seats. We called and asked them to bring us the car seats and they said it would be an hour before they could get back to us. We told them we were trying to get to Disneyland before open and that wait would delay us; who wants to wait for an hour in a parking lot? The person on the phone offered to reimburse us if we would buy them from a place nearby. I was not a fan of that option because that would mean driving unsafely with my kids on our laps.He directed us to a Target nearby and said that car seats shouldnt cost more than $75 a piece; he clearly does not have kids. We purchased the cheapest ones that we could find that were appropriate for my kids sizes ($90 and $150 approx.)When reserving the van, we told them that we would be returning it on Sunday for our flight around 4:50 pm. They asked that we have the van to them no later than 3 pm or else they would have to charge extra, which isnt unheard of and reasonable. My dad takes the van to their office after dropping us off at the airport around 1 pm and the office was closed! He calls to find out what he is supposed to do with the van and the guy who answered said he was on his lunch break. Ok, thats also not so outrageous. The guy who said he was on his lunch break gave my dad another phone number to try. And when my dad called that new number, they said they dont open on Sundays. So who was the guy on the lunch break?This new person on the phone said to drop off the van at the airport which my dad refused to do because he already went out of his way to take it to their office. My dad also pointed out that we told them we would be dropping off the van that Sunday and they said somebody would be there and that we should drop it off before 3. My dad left the van at their office with the key hidden where they asked us to hide it.When we got back home, we emailed them the receipt for the carseats. They called us quickly and accused us of buying the most expensive car seats we could find. We told them to walk through Target and to find appropriately sized car seats for less money.They then asked us what we did with the packaging. We told them we threw it away because we needed room for our suitcases and told them we never were asked to keep the packaging. They got upset because they wanted to return the car seats for refunds. Being in retail myself, I just got sick to my stomach hearing that these guys would want to get refunds for something that was used and in good condition. Its completely unethical.Do not use this company for your van rental!
Very Bad experience! Made rental 4 months out from a major event. They Blackmailed us into taking the insurance three days out saying that we could cancel but they would not rent to us even though I have my own insurance. Cost us $550 more. To add to this they made us pick up the van in a parking lot and had to pay $30 more to get it out, which they said they would refund and they did not. Worst service ever and they did this to a group of first responders.
This damn company sucks ore than any i ever had. They told us at eight they would be open for us. Its 8.43 and they barely opened the door. Now were late to our appointment. Ant yo top it off even i complained. The female in the front. A latuna with an ugly look on her face. Started to argue with me. How unproffesional. They need to fire her and get themselves netter employees.
