I had a horrible experience at this place with JACKIE and MARIA. Rented a 12 passenger van for 24 hours. Upon receiving the van, it had a stench of cigarette smoke. When I returned the van, JACKIE claimed there was cigarette burn damage. I then asked her to show me the damage. There was no damage it was just some ash under the center console. She then proceeded to tell me that I was going to be charged a $100 cleaning fee for the damage caused, however there was no damage. I tried to reason with MARIA, but was unsuccessful. She was extremely rude and condescending towards me. This is just another place looking to extort their customers for as much money as they can, in any way possible. Mind you no mention of anything about smoking was ever mentioned to me when I picked up the van, nor was there any no smoking stickers in the van anywhere. If you are considering renting a van, there are many options out there, do not choose LAX VANS, unless you want to get screwed over like I did!

We just returned from our family vacation in Santa Barbara . We rented a 7-passenger van: the van was in perfect condition and drove well, the airport pickup and drop off were done efficiently. Be sure to read the fine print. If you reserve a van in the middle of the night but dont call them with your credit card IMMEDIATELY they will not honor your reservation.Anna and the other ladies in the office are extremely rude. If I was a manager they would be fired. Take your business to another van rental who appreciates customers.Make sure its NOT affiliated with LAX Van Rentals - as they use several names. This is bait and switch!
