Came here yesterday for a tune up. I arrived at 7am only to be told that the guy who takes care of the service wasnt in till 9am. Didnt mind the wait. When 9am rolled around they took me in right away. The person taking care of my car went above and beyond and kept me informed every step of the way. The oil change was done in a timely manner, my spark plugs were changed super quickly, and my brakes feel so much better than when I rolled in. The price wqs more than fair for the labor as well.. Definitely will continue to come back to this location.

I needed a car battery. I was sent from one place to the next telling me they had the battery and then when I got there it wasnt the truth. Service availability was pushed back from Sunday to Wednesday. I called Jiffy Lube. Not only was the person on the phone the best customer service experience, but the service only took me 15 mins! Jiffy lube went over and beyond their duties. Excellent team 👏 ✔

The level of series really slipped. The staff took.a long time to even acknowledge me and treated their interaction with me.like a chore. Then they took.a.long time to actually service the cars - I could see this because I sat in my car. A real disappointment given my prior experience.

This is the best jiffy lube because they actually care about their customers. I love that everytime I come its the same people. Service is usually prompt and everyone is friendly not creepy.

Love this place!!! The people working here are friendly, sociable, and incredibly hard workers. Stephen and Jeff helped me with getting an oil change and they talked me through what was happening every step of the way. It was very busy when I got there, I was still in and out within 45 minutes.

I love this place. It’s across the street from us and the staff is so kind and personable. They’re truly genuine and care about their customers which is something I find lacking in Los Angeles at times. Not to say that the customer is always right, but they are just really understanding and honest. I took my car in to get the fan belt fixed and they said they didn’t have a mechanic in but I was welcome to bring it back and leave it. And the dude was just so nice about it, I will definitely go and drop off the car when I have the time. Just such great people.

I feel like they truly care about providing great all-around service, and I dont get the hard upsell tactics you see at other auto care places. The efficiency was good, but the upsell tactics are frustrating. I specifically asked for the least expensive oil and when the worker brought out the invoice, it was $30 more than expected. He said, I just pulled your record and billed you for the oil you used last time. I said, Is that the least expensive oil (like I requested when I drove up)? His, reply, No. Had to ask him to change the invoice. And another guy tried to get me to buy a new air filter, when clearly I didnt need it, sounded like a broken record. I asked him 3 separate questions, and his response each time was, This helps your gas mileage. Like he was reading a script and not even listening to what I was asking. The young lady there was great and very professional.

Who does an oil change and does not change the filter for $149. I thought it was a joke but they was for real

Okay so everyone was nice and eventually I got my car taken care of in a way but they arent doing the cleaning service I specifically came here for based on the email coupon I had recieved for this location and they forgot to top off my window washer fluid so I had to drive all the way back and Ive had other issues in the past at this location this one is the closest to my home but I might venture out to the one on La Brea next time around

I used to go to this location on pico and san Vicente blvd since 2012 until today, I put over 400 thousand miles to one of my cargo use for Buisnes and over 200 thousand to my other business car, I am a driver, imagine going there every 5000 miles, how many times I use this service, but today, I was on real need of restroom, I went there today December 24 2020 and the manager start screaming at me because I used the restroom, and I reminded him that I am a costumer, he told me that he have millions of costumers and he don’t care about me, I just told him, that he loose my business, that’s bad costumer service, he have to courtesy and no loyalty, he don’t deserve Buisnes.

I went to JiffyLube to get an oil change and my rear differential topped off and didnt mention the latter because it came with every signature service. 20 miles later my rear dif went out and I needed to take it to a body shop. Would not recommend.

As other locations go this one is inferior to the other ones. You have get out to pay and their stickers for oil changes are unreadable. An they do take longer.

Timely and excellent service for me, a senior - put air in my tires and told me where I could go for tire repair!

We were in line for a long time and they made us let someone get in front of us and didnt offer a discount or anything after wed been waiting.I do not recommend this location.Customer service was not a pleasurable experience.

Poor customer service--I called in advance to check availability. Its first come first served and there was plenty of time when I got there to get an oil change before close (45 min) but the guy who greeted me was annoyed about the timing of my arrival and let me know--very unprofessional.

My car had been acting up for a while and finally called it a night a few weeks back. Im very apprehensive about trusting others to do anything I can do for myself but I feared this was the transmission. I didnt really know where to go.On my walk home from the gym I stopped into this Jiffy Lube just to see if they sold transmission fluids. The manager, Ramon, greeted me immediately. I explained I was having car troubles and was apprehensive to drive it. He asked if I lived close by.Not only did he give me a lift home, he check out my car for me without charge telling me a number of things it could be and making many professional suggestions. He told me how to manage the car for short distances, mainly to get it to the shop where he could do a full examination and take care of me.I work in customer service and I believe in good vibes and positive energy. I have never encountered such a great combination of both as I did today. I will definitely be going back to Ramon and I recommend him to anyone having troubles. He knows his stuff and he truly is there to help you.

I came in for an oil change, it wasnt busy so I didnt have to wait for my turn at all. They checked and topped off all my fluids, cleaned the windshield, and Cherise was amazingly helpful by offering me a coupon to save me a little money on the oil change. Very friendly staff, and all the work was done quickly. Id recommend this place.

Tony and the crew do great work. They are very knowledgeable and will always answer your questions. They can get busy sometimes but the service is worth it. The waiting room is nice with a TV and vending machines and a bathroom.

I have came to this location and this company for a couple years now and always had a good service but a few months ago when I received my oil change, the invoice that they gave me said things that were supposedly done to my vehicle but upon revision, more than half of the list wasn’t done and I paid for. So that really left me upset at the service and pride of this company. And to top it off, now I’m at a different location with still the same company and the most interesting thing was brought to my attention by one of the mechanics here. Recently I’ve been smelling a lot of weird smells on my car that worried me and based on my hectic work schedule I never had the time to really looked into it. According to him since my last oil change which was at this Pico location, the person who worked on my car “forgot” to install the oil gasket. I urge other car owners to always check their vehicles after they get it serviced no matter where they get it at because safety always comes first. It might not be a big issue but who knows someone can be far off worse.

Last time I went to the Studio City jiffy lube and they tried to upsell me on hundreds of dollars worth of work. Luckily This crew has been so great and honest- told me exactly what was good and what needed fixing and was honest about how soon everything needed to be replaced. Super friendly staff and got the job done quickly- Very happy with them!!!

Be Warned of price deception (fruit of evildoers) :I went there for oil change.I was nice. He was nice. Got talked into trans service, $163 the Total quote.Signed, got my copy.MINUTES later, OK, total is $223.With only $250 in the bank, I had made soft decision, based on quote/need...After pointing out his price mistake correction was made to $157 with oh yeah we, blah blah blah.SPIRIT said, never trust this place again greatly sensing spirit there was ill intended.So consumers be Warned.

Really quick service & really cool employees. Everybody I encountered from the lady & gentlemen outside to the guy at the counter were happy & upbeat early in the morning. Even after some guy was giving the employee at the counter a hard time he just patiently-professionally helped bro out & laughed it off afterwards.

Came here with a simple request. Change my oil and replace a light. Write down my info and sign some papers and wait inside. After some time I hear names being called but each time not mine. I finally check outside and my car has been finished. I ask if they are done with my car and they ask if I am “Sean”. No, but fine we will change that info for my receipt. Gentleman says the total and I ask if they replaced the light because that seems lower than it should. He goes to check but the guy who just did my oil change is on lunch (fine) but another guy says, “We were calling your name about the light, but you never answered.”So the light wasn’t done because of what reason? I asked specifically when I got there for this to be completed. And of course I didn’t answer to another name that you got somehow. And for some reason no one thought to ask “owner of the Prius” in case they got the name wrong.Will not be returning. Highly recommend that you don’t either. They are ask you to get more done to your car in a very rushed manner as if you’re inconveniencing them. Go to another Jiffy Lube if you still want to go to one.

Got there this morning no one was in the bay, everything was open. Went into the office it was empty. The guy was outside talking on the phone. After he realized I was there, he asked me did I want an oil change. I told him I need a Lube. He said they dont have a Lube gun that works because the newer cars dont need lube jobs. This is the worst place I have ever been to. Go to the one on N. La Brea

After purchasing a discounted oil change from groupon at this location, I arrive here and get bombarded by excuses on why I cant do my oil change. Only one car at the time and at least 4 employees where standing around just talking. I left and then called another jiffy lube location that also accepts groupon and asked how it works. They told me as long as I can see it on my phone Im good, which I could. Very unprofessional and ended up getting a refund and doing it myself. Manager was there that day and seemed okay with me being turned away.

They hooked me up. It was pretty packed in there, they had me in there for 30 mins. Facility was comfortable. Bathroom was super clean. I give the staff 10 stars. Give the Place & 5 ***** stars on Google Maps. West Coast forever. California Los Angeles.

If i could give this place a 0 i would. I spend 165 on oil changed and my car started leaking. I went back and told them and they said a top is missing? Like how and why is a top missing ? Sooo put ine on because i sure didnt bring my car without one. Very dissatisfied and customer service is horrible.

They dont do only oil change, they check every lube or water in your engine and they fill up to the proper level if your car need some. They also clean your windows a d vacuum the whole floor of your car. When I get my car after service at jiffy lube, I feel like I have a brand engine

This is my first time coming to this particular jiffy lube, and I have to say that the only person who spoke to me was the girl who worked there. She was nice and patient but her coworkers didnt speak to me at all, which is a serious turnoff when I come to someones business. I have to say that they did wipe my windows though. Im sure I wont be going back to this location, because of the unfriendly feeling I received from her coworkers. I give 3 stars because of her personality.

I come here all the time. Just got upsold by Fabian for a filter i didnt really need yet. he offered me a discount. but when i went to get the discount for my oil change which is all i really wanted, he would not apply it, leaving me to spend much more than i planned. the trickery with customers will not help your business especially w. so many other and cheaper options. jiffy lube has lost a few customers today

Came here for an oil change and they tried to upsell me on a transmission flush that I just got done 6 months ago. When I mentioned it they said that they recommend it because of the mileage on the car but that the fluid itself looked fine... no thanks.

I will most certainly NOT BE returning to this place! I went in for a an oil change of course. They also suggested I change my filleter and try to sell me on there things. I wasnt interested. But here is what really pissed me off to no end!!!! So, less than a month later I went to a Mercedes specialist. Why? because I needed my brakes done and they checked all my fluids and what do you know everything was low. The guy even showed me about where my oil was?!!? The guy had to put oil in my car because it was so low (didnt charge me for it).Dont bother going here, they clearly dont know what they are doing. They also dont care about giving good service and having customers return. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Up sell specialists is what they are. They will find the most expensive option oil possible for your vehicle, then try to upsell you things while they are changing your oil. Brake fluid, power steering fluid, and air filter, all things I just had worked on less than two months earlier, they said I needed changed. I say no and I still ended up with a $120 oil change which in the past costed me $60.

My husband and I have taken my car to this Jiffy Lube the last three times we needed the oil changed and I have to say, we will not be going back ... EVER.Because of the close proximity to our home I chose to endure their over solicitous up sells while I was on my phone, and even put up with the comment well, its your car! when I said no thanks, but the straw that broke the camels back is that they damaged my car the last time I was there, and refuse to own up to it.Having just recently gotten quotes to have some body work done, I was well aware of the damage spots on my car that included areas on the drivers side front and rear bumper... and nowhere else. As I was paying for my oil change, the cashier nervously started to make mention of damage on the passengers side, and then stopped speaking. I thought this was odd, but paid no mind. I drove off and made another stop and then noticed damage on the passengers side front bumper. I called immediately and left a message with the manager.The manager told me to come in and he would show me the tapes. The tapes, however, are shot from only one side and only show the car in segments. I found the tapes inconclusive, except that at one point, the guys in the garage gather around my front bumper and gesture about the damage [you cant hear what theyre saying]. I was told that the men were merely noting the damage. I asked why they dont note the other damage on the car, to which he had no answer.I know accidents happen, but what I find infuriating is their lack of accountability. Its why we have insurance! Since it seems I have no recourse, I thought I should at least warn others to stay put with their car as it is driven in and out of the station!!!
