DO NOT go here. Was supposed to get my brakes working better, since they were getting kind of low. It took them all morning, about 4 hours to change out a couple pads and rotors, and whenever I drive around ever since the brake pedal has been very soft and it takes just as long to get the car to stop. Cant believe they took so long and the brakes are still pretty bad. Wish they would make it right

After leaving the VA Hospital, my daughter and I went in for tires and brakes. I was told that I did not need brakes, this saved me money. I now have 4 new tires on my car, with money left on my Credit Card, thanks again Patti!!!

I HIGHLY recommend you bring your car to this location for whatever kind of service you need! I have never been upcharged or swindled by these people and have always been treated professionally and with respect. I have been taken advantage of at an Audi dealer, a Honda dealer and another Firestone.... but these people always do right by me. Jovanni is the most honest, trustworthy and friendly person. Ive been bringing my 4Runner here since the early-2000s and they are always reasonable. Last week the Encino Firestone tried to swindle me and charge me $1588 for some emissions tubing. I knew they were full of $h*t so I brought my car here and the emissions leak was fixed for $400. This kind of reliability is a breath of fresh air in our crazy world.

Poor communication and service!!I made an appointment to swap the wheels on my car - custom wheels back to stock. I disclosed that my car was a modified car with air-bag system to the manager brit. He said thats no problem. He asked me to show him how to lower the car, which did and he said thats it and it would be ready in 2 hours. This was around noon. I get a call at 1:45pm saying theyre unable to lift the car and need me to pick it up because theyre unable to get it on the lift. I asked them, why didnt you go over these concerns and confirm whether or not the car would be able to gat lifted while I was there, but he had no answer and just apologized. A waste of a customers valuable time and money. They make anyone a manager these days! Go through your checks when the car arrives and accurately inform them whether or not youre able to provide them with the service theyre looking for.

Been going here for years anytime i have tire issues and have experienced great customer service with their friendly and helpful staff!

The customer service is good, the guys really wants to help you and find a solution.

Maybe guys are good and know what they are doing. I am not complaining on that. However, I had appointment at 4:15 pm to change one tire and now is 6:15 and I am still waiting. Next time I would think twice and probably would never come back. They don’t even bother to check on my car to find out how longer it will take.

Came here with a busted tire and needed a new (cheap!) replacement. Andrew was professional, friendly, and super easy to communicate with and called me promptly when the work was completed. I cant say enough positive things about this place and my experiences here (and this is coming from someone who despises everything involving car maintenance). Customer for life!

So I was keeping from hitting a dog and my car suffered. I hit the curb so hard swerving that I flattened two tires and bent a rim.I would watch these guys. Told tire was busted but it wasn’t at all. Had to return to get the old tire and bent rim.So I it back up and took it to another shop and expected to buy a rim and tire because my rim was bent. The guys at this other shop had me go back because the sensors were on in the car. I wonder why nobody explained this before I left. Now I did purchase one tire from them because one was flat. You would think they would know this but what got me was if they had a rim to match my car they would have sold me two tires and I only needed one. SMH

I had just finished visiting an office nearby and when I returned to my car the right front tire was flat. I called the Auto Club and when the driver arrived he inspected my tire. He said that he could put some air in the tire but I wouldnt make it back home to Studio City. He suggested taking my car just 3 blocks down to the Firestone Service Center and get the tire patched.I went down the street to Firestone, walked inside and was greeted right away. A few minutes later, Kenneth was helping me. I explained that I had a flat tire and needed to get home soon to take my wife to a doctor appointment. After looking at the tire and getting some information about my car, Kenneth found that all of his technicians were busy, so he said he would repair my flat himself. And just 30 minutes later my flat was fixed and I was on my way.Kenneth did great servicing my needs and getting me back on the road as fast as possible. I will always remember this visit and will highly recommend to anyone needing their services, that they go to Firestone Complete Auto Care on Santa Monica Blvd. in West Los Angeles.

I called ahead 20 minutes before they closed (flat tire), and a great guy on the front desk named Brit made sure I got my tire changed same day. He definitely couldve told me they didnt have time, definitely couldve closed on time, but he went the extra mile to get me back on the road.

I asked about high mileage oil change and they said I can drive 5000 miles with that. They changed the oil and I saw on the ticket information on the window shows 3000 miles. I asked why it is 3000 miles and they just changed the number to 5000 !!! I really can drive 5000 miles with that, I asked and they said if you dont drive too fast and dont take break a lot !!! it depends! They supposed to check the tire rotation and air but they didnt.I dont recommend this store at all.

Im a long time & loyal customer of this location.I brought my car in today for an engine/trans mount bushings appointment. Giovanni said that the parts had been ordered & that he the work should be completed within 1 - 2 hours. The work was completed within that time frame.I have always found Kenneth, Giovanni & the entire staff to be very pleasant, professional & responsive.Im proud to be a lifetime customer of this location, as every experience had always been.pleasant.

All I needed was an oil chang. Two hours later at closing nothing was done. When I asked about my vehicle 30mins prior the clerk said its not ready. What he should have said was - we havent started. Then I could have left. When I say this to the clerk he just shrugs and says he wasnt the one who checked me in. What a missed opportunity for good customer service.

I like to bring my car exactly to this location.The employees are efficient, and very professional. For 9 years, these guys have been working on my Prius. However; today when I need to talk to someone nobody is answering the phone. Did you guys changed your phone number? Help!

Theyre always honest with the work that needs to be done and they get work done in a timely manner. However, their inspections arent always consistent in terms of thoroughness. Sometimes they check things more carefully than others, so we arent always notified of work that will likely need to be done in the next couple upcoming visits.

A bit on the expensive side, but a really good shop for tires, brakes, batteries, etc. Big stuff, Id go elsewhere. Great guys overall, though, and that counts! Make an appointment if you can... cause theyre good theyre always crowded.

Got a flat tire when I was in the area. They got me right in and replaced the tire quickly. I was only there for an hour. They were frendly and able to get me a cheep tire so I could get home.

Very helpful. Very professional. Fare prices. On time. Good suggestions on future maintenance needs but not pushy. Highly recommend this place. The staff is professional and genuine. :)

Love our tires from here last a long time

I had bought lifetime alignment so I took it in. It took 1 1/2 hours and still it is pulling to the right. So I called them and was told it was probably my tires. Now I have to take my car to the dealer to have them check the alignment because I know there is nothing wrong with my tires.Also while it was there, I asked if they could change my brake light bulb which was out. They did and charged me $12 labor!!! The bulb itself was $2.99. When I questioned why it was so high, I was told they charge $130 an hour for labor and it took them 10 minutes to change the bulb. Really? $130 an hour? They charge more than my doctor does. Ill do it myself next time. If they had given me an estimate, I would have declined...

First experience with this crew and they do a fantastic job taking care of their customers. Corporate will try and sell you on various packages and this is one of the busiest Firestone’s in the state, so be patient and you shall receive :)

They are close to my house so it is convenient to get oil changed. They seem less fair and not trying to sell you a bunch of dumb things like the dealer, but they will try to sell air filters and things that probably do need replacing which is expected.

Came in for an oil change. Got an oil change.Great price. They didnt try to get me to replace a bunch of things in my car that had been slightly used.

Ran over something and tire was leaking air quickly. I called and put me on hold for 6 minutes. During this time I drove in . I asked if they could replace tire and they still had an hour left before closing. The guy said no and wait for another day while my tire was leaking. He was very rude with no customer service. I immediately called another tire shop close by and they helped me immediately. I dont recommend this place.

I juat needed a battery and expected to have to leave my car. I was out in a little over 30 minutes and was a very pleasant experience

I honestly never leave reviews on anything but I had such a bad experience here. Everyone is very nice and seem to be good in nature but I honestly think they dont know what they are doing. I have been to them 4 times now in the past 2 months and each time they have misdiagnosed my 2005 Volvo. These misdiagnoses have cost me an arm and a leg and they never fixed my problem. I recently went in there due to an engine shaking issue and they told me it was the spark plugs and ignition coils going bad and the total would have been $2,000!!! I decided to get another opinion at Pepboys down the street and they told me that Firestones diagnosis was completely incorrect and the correct issue would only cost me $350. I dont like saying bad things about companies or people but this was such a sham and I want to make sure everyone is fully aware and warned to stay away from them!

Bad service!!! Had an appointment to replace my brake pads because I have a lifetime warranty on my brakes with them. Said it will be done in 2 hours, ended up over 3 hours. Went back today, because they forgot to put a clip on the pads and thus making noise when I go over bumps. Told it will be done again in 2 hours, spent almost 4 hours there. The service advisor named Rhyan, told me It is, what it is. They have the parts available there, its not like its out of stock and they had to wait for the parts. They shouldnt be telling their customers what time their car will be ready if they are not able to meet their deadlines. I shouldnt be wasting 4 hours of my time if they did their job right in the first place. Very unprofessional and inconvenience to their customers.

Convenient location and the manager is a decent fellow. Not inexpensive, but I think youre paying for the location.

Dont ever try to go there to repair your car. They will try to ask you to replace everything. Very bad attitude and unprofessional.

Always very professional and friendly every time we come in. Usually with an appointment, but on occasions when weve had a sudden problem and needed to come without calling first weve always had the same response, never made to feel like it was an imposition that we just walked in.

The two times that I have been there they have gone out if their way to help me out. Even for free sometimes
