The service at Hans Beverly Auto was fantastic! It was fast and highly professional. After replacing my front light they checked the tire pressure, because the sensor was showing its off. They also repaired my hood, as it was misaligned. I only paid $25 for the light bulb replacement. Thank you, Hans Beverly Auto, for the care you show for your customers!

The mechanics are polite and friendly. Cheap and well done oil changes and they give you A service for free. A service is associated with the oil change.

I always come here for repairs on my vehicle, Mr. Han is the owner and is always there to help. I fixed my drive axle here for my Acura saved me lots of money compared to the dealership price. My car is smooth on the highway now, especially when I accelerate, compared the to worn vibrating axles.

Today Friday the 9th I went to this location after reading numerous great reviews and realizing that it was only 5 minutes drive from where I live.Well, let me tell you, it was not a good choice.I arrived at Hans Beverly Auto at 3:00 pm that day( they were not that busy). A person approached me and ask what kind of service I was looking to have done today. I told him that my car was needing an oil change, he proceed to give me a quote of 45 dollars, which I replied that I only need the labor service since I had my own engine oil, filter oil and air filter, he then replied that it would be only 25 for the labor service then. I gave him the materials and he gave it to the mechanic that was availabe at that moment. He then start writting a receipt, I asked him if I need to pay already, he told me that not at the moment but until the service was done.Minutes later the same mechanic approached me and told me that it would be 10 dollars more for the labor instead of 25 dollars(a total of 35) because the air filter was difficult to change, which I respond that it was ok.20 minutes later the same mechanic asked me to go with him and he showed me the place where the air filter goes, (the air filter goes right on the top of the engine covered by a plastic container) he then proceed to tell me that it would be 25 dollars more instead of 10 dollars,(a total of 50 dollars) which I replied NO thank you, since he already gave me two different prices and had done the oil change already. He dropped the air filter in my passanger side and walk away.What a lack of profetionalism of this person!!I went to the office to pay only for the change oil, since it was too dificult for them to change the air filter. In the office an older person helped me (who seems to be the owner) the older person gave me the reciept and asked for 35 dollars, which I respond that it was originally 25 dollars for labor of the oil change, he then told me that I was right and charged me 25 instead, I gave him a bill of 20 and one bill of 10, total of 30 dollars.What comes right now is the most funny thing I ever heard of, He replied that he did not have change and put the money in his pocket, I looked at him all serious and replied that I need my change!! He then went to grab the change and gave it to me.What kind of place give you different prices trying to charge you extra for little things? This place does.What kind of place does half done jobs? This place does.If you are looking for an sneaky service? This is the place to go.Well, for me I did not let this people to take advantage of me neither you should do.Take your decision wisely, look somewhere else, after this experience I will do too!!

Went into get Regular Oil Change and told the guy that I want it Regular Oil but they replaced it with Full Synthetic that I didnt requested and charged me with Synthetic Price.Who ever know what they replaced it with they couldve changed it with Regular Oil and Charged me with Synthetic Oil Price.DEFINITELY NOT the PLACE to get ANY SERVICE from here.Also, owner and employees are TOO much Talkative while working on customer cars.

Okay Google convinced me to rate my smog check place a little bit ago so I dont want my dudes at Hans Beverly to get left out. This place is the best. So fast, so reasonable, so honest. Just got my punctured tire patched, and a tire rotation while I was at it. Twenty five bucks. I like these guys so much I wouldnt mind if they raised their prices, they deserve it. Is that weird to say about your mechanic. Idk. Sorry not a lot of substance to this review considering how long it is, thats on me

Brought our 99 Honda CR-V in for a vibration. They test drove it, let us know what parts did and didnt need to be replaced and were incredibly helpful and not pushy for unneeded service. We will be returning here for all our car servicing. 11/10 rating

Ive been taking my car here for years with no issues and have referred at least a dozen people to the shop. Today the owner was incredibly rude when I inquired about a diagnostic since my check engine light came on. Maybe he was having a bad day but since there was literally no one there, hed appreciate the loyal business. Nope. Ill take my car elsewhere.

Great customer service but they couldnt fix my car and the prices were expensive. A nice young man named Eric helped me out. I brought my 04 Chevy Impala in with a check engine light that wouldnt go off. Long story short they couldnt fix it and charged me 3 different times. Place had great customer service just terrible over priced mechanics, wouldnt recommend.

I go to this auto shop every time I have the littlest problem in my car. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable and can tell you whats wrong with the car and if they can fix it or not. They dont BS you like other auto shop where they try to make money off you any way they can but here they dont do that and if you have a minor problem they usually dont charge if it was just a simple check up. Overall id give this place 10 stars

Eric is very good at explaining issues to people who are less than informed in the inner working of vehicles (me) & answered every question- several of which I assume were silly.He also warned me not to continue spending money on a car he anticipated to be a money pit (with me attempting to convince him it was worth the fix), versus taking my money over & over.If you have a sister, mother, partner who is not savvy regarding auto repair- send them here.They will be respected & they will not be over sold or over charged.

This was my second time here...1st time: Check Engine Light was on... he checked my truck under the hood... then opened the Gas Tank door, where I was missing my gas cap. Ah... thats the problem... he said. Could have said ANYTHING but sold me a gas cap that fixed my problem.2nd time: Thought I had some gigantic electrical issue but, the battery wasnt righted down correctly. Tightened the battery down and problem solved. I ended up getting new brakes and an oil changed while I was there. Fairly priced and I was in and out in 1.5 hours.

Amazing shop the mechanics there are very knowledgeable.

I went in to get a serpentine belt changed. Although I took all the required parts, the owner of the shop insisted that those were worthless. He insisted that he needed to find parts which were very difficult to find and said it will cost over $300 for just the parts. I took it to another place, who used the parts I had purchased from OReillys and charged me only $95 for the labor (parts cost $35). I strongly recommend against this place.

If a problem os minor enough you can diy, they’ll let you know and give you step-by- step instructions. They don’t hesitate to explain and show what exactly is causing the problems or what the problems are. Han’s is our number one, reliable go-to place for any of our car problems.

Hard to understand broken english and wasted a great deal of my time and money and my car ended up just needing a $69 part change at the dealership. I understand convenience but its my advice to go to a proper mechanic or dealership if you arent sure whats wrong with your vehicle

I recently purchased a used vehicle so I took it here for a full inspection and needed repairs. Eric, the mechanic, was very thorough and explained everything that was needed for the vehicle. As always, he was very honest, did not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs and took care of everything in a timely manner with a reasonable price. This is the only auto shop I can really trust and I will definitely be coming back again...I just got my oil change done here for the second time and all I could say is that the people who work here are genuinely nice and honest. They dont make you wait and the service is prompt and on point. Even though I was only here for an oil change the owner took care of some of the minor issues for free. This is one of those places I could trust to get repairs done without having to worry about getting ripped off so thank you very much!

I visit every 6 months on Saturday for regular service. They are friendly and detailed, and even mention the services you need. There is a standard unit price list and a prior explanation, so I can trust.There are a lot of convenient things because they work until 5 pm on Sundays.
