For anyone contemplating an auction of their property I highly recommend Essick Auction Service.Dusty is a man of integrity and was good about touching base numerous times throughout the process and was open to input and suggestions from us the customer.For a rural property located in southwest Missouri it can sometimes be hit and miss as to how much interest the property draws the day of the sale. Dusty strategically advertised the property to where it received optimum awareness. We chose to auction the real estate Friday night in town at a rented space and auction the personal property Saturday morning at the farm. Events were well-attended both days at both sites.The week of the auction, Dustys wife Jacque, and rest of the team were instrumental in organizing and staging everything for the sale. Both Friday night and Saturday the entire Essick team was dressed in matching attire and showed up ready to go to work.The real estate was auctioned in numerous tracks which by the end of the night resulted in one of the neighbors becoming the new owner of the entire property.By the time we went through the entire process and sold everything we felt that we not only contracted with a best in class auction service but gained some good friends!

Essick Auction Service sold my family home in November of 2016. Wonderful family owned business with extra care for their customers! We had a great turn out and Dusty did an excellent job selling our home. They even came to our home to take all of the junk away before the auction so we didnt have to! HUGE HELP!
