I was so excited about moving in until I was told that they passed my apartment over to another family bc of HR taking to long to send over my employment history from my old job. I had no idea of what had happened until I called the office a month later back in October of 2018, I’ve been waiting for my apartment since they started building Brenner Crossing when it was nothing but dirt and rocks. My heart was broken into a million pieces, my hopes where so high and excited about moving in.

Yes they may have the leasing sign outside, but they dont have any units available due to both waiting lists. They have a waiting list for the income based housing thats two years long, and a list for the non-income based thats basically a year long. Also the leasing agent wont bother telling you this before you give her your $25 application fee. The apartments are nice but the office staff isnt up to par when it comes time to do their job. If I put an application in almost two months before Im expected to move out, I wouldve thought by now my background and application would be done but no... they like to take their time.

The inside of my town home is amazing. The community is clean and peaceful. I love our home.

There is always shootings, someone has been murdered in the last month, unsafe area for kids. They dont fix situations that you have, i have been down to the office multiple times for the same problem and it hasnt been fixed. Ive been dealing with this problem for 9 months. Most times you call you cant get them on the phone. Homes are nice but the area and service for the residents are awful. Tried to find corporate number but it seems they arent reachable.I thought this would be a nice place to live but it turned out to be the complete opposite.

I cant wait to move in, the apartments are very beautiful.

They will not work with you if you are going through a hardship and possible bout to die .

Clean place and beautiful apartments. There was a crime case but it was an isolated case and I am not complaining about the response from the staff and the complex along with the police. Still I feel safe where I live. Until now it has been very quiet. I like very much.
