These guys fixed up my beloved combat boots better than new! I wish I had a before pic -- they were torn off the sole, scuffed up, partially melted (campfire), completely falling apart in places. Theyre now in one solid piece, new soles, polished up, and reinforced in the back where my insole had damaged the boot. They even filled in the melted bit! With John and folks involved, Im sure these boots are going to last a lifetime.

So glad Shoe Wiz was finally open after months of being closed due to covid. My sandal needed a fix since the brown rubber was coming off, then a week later the brown rubber of my other sandal came off. The second time I dropped my sandal is when everything closed. The guy was friendly and gave exceptional customer service. It was my first time getn a pair of sandals repaired and definitely wont be my last!

They are the best in the game. No matter what county I end up moving to I come back here to get my shoes repaired. Apparently I am too hard on my shoes :-). Ive been going here for years, and Im always surprised by how much they can do to make my favorite pieces look like new. They also tell you when you when they dont think the fix is worth it!

I brought in a pair of shoes for re-glue and they did a great job at that but, i also brought in a pair of shoes for cleaning and when i get them back it seems like all they did was unlace my shoes.. doesnt look like they cleaned them at all! would only recommend bringing in leather shoes for cleaning.

Excellent craftsmanship! I brought him two Allen Edmonds to repair. One was mostly good, just needed a new interior heel and the other was nearly destroyed. Both came back in incredible condition. He even took the time to ask why the shoes became so worn and made suggestions on how to improve longevity. Pricing is fair. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Will definitely continue to use.

We brought my wifes shoes into be stretched for a better fit. It was done in a timely manner for a very fair price! The owner is super personable and welcoming. Its one of those places you can feel confident and recommenced to friends. The shop feels like your shoe repair place. The app is very cool looking as well. Havent tried it yet though.

Very unprofessional staff. I brought the pictures of my shoes to get the quote - I didnt want to bring the shoes for nothing, so I showed them photos of my problems and asked how much it would cost. The first man couldnt give me a quote. Then, another man came up and it was obvious that my questioning about the price really annoyed him, so he just rudely brushed me off with the attitude. But the final drop was when the third guy, the older man with short grey hair and glasses on, asked me what kind of material my shoes were made of and I replied Im not sure, its fake leather. He started laughing hysterically saying that there is no such thing as fake leather. Then he continued laughing very loud - the whole store could hear it. Guess what - there IS such thing as faux/fake leather, faux/fake lashes, fake fur, etc! Im not a shoe repair man so I dont know the technical term for that kind of material! Its very obvious that the staff at this shop hate their jobs because they serve mostly rich people (thats why they dont tell you the pricing on many things). Oh well, so much for all the good reviews

This place is awesome!! The little tip on the heels of both of my high heel boots came off so I stopped here quickly at 2pm and they fixed it in 5 minutes for $10. Lifesavers!! Im definitely bringing in my 5 other pairs of heels that the CA streets love to ruin :)

These guys do great work. They are generous with their time, not charging for minor 1or2minute work; they treat everyone who comes in kindly; and of course the work they do is spectacular. Ive been coming here for years for all of my shoe repair needs, and maybe Im too lazy to go shopping but I havent bought new shoes since I walked in. I bought a pair of heels and could not get the zipper up to save my life. I called around town hoping something could be done, just to get disappointed. I went here because the cobbler I usually go to closed early as it was a rainy day & their business is located inside the car wash store. I feel like I was way over charged for the 2 shoe repairs I got & my shoes still had dirt on them when I received them back. For the price I paid for 2 I got 6 repairs at the other cobbler. Shoe Wiz wasn’t an instant turnaround & I could have just bought new shoes for the amount they charged me.

Great quality work. I came in to replace my soles. Instead he recommended doing just the heel and a patch for the inside heel. He made this recommendation because to replace the whole sole would almost match the price of buying the shoes new. I appreciate that kind of transparency.

These people are incompetent. They refused to fill out a form stating the condition of my shoes for my credit card’s insurance. This was a paid service and they denied to fill it out. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. A vendor should cater customers needs.
