This is the best Gym I have ever been too. Better than most in the big cities as well. If your training to be a beast they have the right equipment, and if your looking for a good gym to get you and your friends started they also have classes with the best personal trainers in town!! I have joined dozens of health clubs and gyms since I was 16 years old. Ive been very happy with my membership at Natural Fitness since I moved to Sandpoint.The key observations about Nature Fitness are as follows-1) The local owners are always onsite and are friendly.2) The equipment is well maintained. There is rarely anything that is out of commission.3) There are no pricing or membership games. The pricing is readily available at the club reception area or online.4) The club is open 24/7, 365 days per year via key fob access.

Really great gym, never too busy. Sauna in mens room is up and running again. People are really good about racking weights and not holding others up. People tend to get in, work, get out.

Fantastic old-school style lifting gym. Excellent quality and very well maintained equipment with some hard to find options. Spotlessly clean and organized. Owners are very in touch with membership and have a high attention to detail.

I WAS VISITING SANDPOINT AND WANTED TO GET A WORKOUT IN. WENT TO NATURAL FITNESS AND REALLY LIKED THE GYM. IT IS VERY WELL-EQUIPPED AND HAS A NICE ATMOSPHERE. CLEAN AND INVITING. ANYONE FROM ANY FITNESS LEVEL WOULD BE COMFORTABLE WORKING OUT THERE.

Natural Fitness is a fantastic fitness center in Sandpoint! The owners are the most amazing people and the environment is always comfortable. I would make this your first stop if you are looking for a place to work out and relieve some stress!

Cheap memberships and has every kind of equipment youd need. Spinning classes are here too. Its very clean inside and very nice. Showers, lockers, and saunas also.

I love working out here. Great rates, kind employees and good equipment. The center is 24 hours so I always have access to the gym and showers. Other gym members ate very kind and respectful so they allow you to work in with them and theyvdont sit on the equipment and play on their phones.

Very great gym, it may be small but the staff is really helpful and friendly and Natural Fitness has a added bonus of being open 24 hours. Ive had a great experience going every chance I get. If you are moving to Sandpoint or if you are here on Vacation you cant go wrong with going to workout at Natural Fitness, they may not have a pool but with all of the other added perks they offer they dont really need one. So if you if your in the area you should go and check it out. If you have any questions the owners will be more than happy to answer all your questions.

I dont know why everyone says it is a small gym, I moved from Boise and went to a huge Golds Gym and there seems to be more space and open equipment at Natty Fit. Everyone is approachable and allow you to work in, in the rare occasions that the machine you need to use is taken. Honestly the only thing i have not been able to find is a weight machine that you can do reverse flys on, i just use free weights or the cable machine and it works just as well. Seems like they are always cleaning the gym so it stays clean. 2 locations, 24/7, not sure why you would choose a different gym....

Nice gym. They have a lot of machines and a large collection of free weights. Was told the sauna is nice, havent been in there yet. As a geezer I was able to sign up for a year for $50, which is a great deal given how pricey Sandpoint West has become.

Great gym, 24/7 access for two separate locations is nice. Building and equipment is kept clean, and the vending machine has a fantastic selection.

Friendly staff, nice equipment, clean locker room and friendly customers. So glad I joined this place. Ive lost 21lbs so far.

I workout here. this gym has a lot of room and i am pretty sure its the only gym this big that is 24/7 in town. also they have 3 personal showers so you dont have to shower with a bunch of guys. lots of open weights and machines. best gym in town.

Natural Fitness is by far the best gym I have ever been to! The fantastic staff always makes sure the members are taken care of, the equipment is well maintained, and the atmosphere that goes along with it is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend Natural Fitness to anybody that is looking for a great gym!

Low key, but well equiped gym.

Great gym. Been going here for almost a year. They have 2 sites which is astonishing.

My family and I are fortunate enough to spend several weeks in the Sandpoint area every summer for vacation. Finding this gym has really made our holidays all the better. Being able to work out with my son anytime I want in such a well equipped and clean facility is really a privilege. There is everything you need here for a serious workout from two squat racks, real benches, cable crossover machines, heavy dumbells, you name it, its here. As a bonus, the locker rooms are clean and spacious and there are three separate showers. If we had a gym this good in my hometown I would certainly choose it over franchise big box gyms. The owners take a lot of pride in their facility and are very friendly and welcoming. Maintaining a high level of fitness is very important to me and I feel very fortunate to have a facility such as this to help me with my goals while on vacation. I have read reviews that have said it is a small gym. Im not sure what the comparison is but its definitely not small, especially with the upper area offering even more equipment.

They have all the real lifting equipment to achieve the success you desire. This is a serious work out gym.

Clean nice set-up

I love this gym it has all if the workout gear I need.

I no longer live in sandpoint, but i worked out and taught classes at the gym for almost five years. It was a great gym with a great staff, they always did there bestto make everyone happy, they always kept it clean, lots and lots of equipment!

The choice of equipment is evenly mixed, separated by the uniqueness of layout and locations. The main gym, located adjacent to City Hall, has a varierty of top-notch free weight & nautalis equipment, sauna, showers and 24 hour access. The father - son team who run the gym did an excellent job maintaining a Golds Gym aesthetic while expanding the family, women and mature adult workouts. Perhaps you want to workout in an ambience of less free weights and more time tighting - 2 miles away is the new gym in Ponderay. Both locations included with membership (no signing fees)

AWSESOME place . Its my second home. Shawn and Kasey have realy made it the best gym in town.The equipement and the facilities are second to none. Go check it out for yourself and see all that they have to offer.

I have moved from Sandpoint & still havent found a gym I liked as much as Natural Fitness! I went there for over a year before I moved & its still one of my favorite places to work out. For someone who is not naturally fit at all & who was starting completely brand new, it was overwhelming & a bit scary to look for a gym. But Natural Fitness was the ONLY gym in Sandpoint where I felt not only welcome, but embraced! They made sure I was happy & informed. They made sure i knew about classes when I got bored, their place was always clean & taken care of, & above all, they told me if I was doing something wrong that could end up damaging instead of building muscle. This not only came from the staff, though! The people here are genuine & classic example of what Sandpoint is all about, people helping people. I made a lot of friends at Natural Fitness & I know that when I come home, ill be registering with them again!
