Sam is very skilled and knows how to work with different types of shoes. I took a gamble and went here based off the existing reviews. Took an old but favorite pair of boots of mine. And he worked his magic. Resoled them. And added a conditioner to the leather. Really appreciate his work. Will be back!

After going to many stores I couldnt find new luggage with wheels. I decided to repair the damage. I needed fast. I gave it the gentleman on Friday and it was finished the same day. Thanks Bedford Luggage I am very satisfied.

Sam is extremely talented and did a phenomenal job repairing a vintage designer bag from the 80s. It looks brand new and he helped restore the quality of the bag.

I came in to my a copy of a key, and Sam noticed my stroller was wobbly, he fixed it and then helped me put my stroller in my car, when he noticed my bumper needed adjustment. He fixed it too. Super nice guy! I came in for a key copying and tipped him $30. He save me almost $280 in repairs.

Great location, plenty of metered parking. Takes on all kinds of repairs -- not just on high-end items. Consider bringing cash to take advantage of cash discount. Ended up not getting work done since the work needed to repair my luggage was more than the item was worth, but would come again for other needs.

Super friendly. Very honest about the work that would be needed to fix my issue, what options I had, and what the least expensive would be—which would in fact be from an alteration shop and not his. I greatly appreciate his honesty and genuine care that I get the best service at the best price.

A strap from my sandals broke off on my way into work this morning. I made my way over to Bedford Shoe & Luggage Repair and they were able to fix in in about 5 min and for only $15. I was impressed. I thought I was going to have to buy new shoes to wear for the rest of the day. I will update this review if it breaks again any time soon, though. :)

Found this listing on google maps when I searched for luggage repair in my area. My wife has a great leather trunk suitcase with a metal clasp that had broken. I called ahead and they said they should be able to help but would need to see the luggage in person. I drove over that day and the guy at the counter (Sam) was extremely friendly, recognized the style clasp I needed and said if he had the part he would fix for me right then. He looked in the back and 15 minutes later my wifes suitcase was good as new. Price was reasonable, work excellent, I think I found my new go-to guy for leather, shoes, suitcases, etc. work!

Good place for shoe repair.I brought them two ~10-years old pairs of good quality shoes (Allen Edmond and Church) that very much needed some repair. They did a good job fixing/replacing the soles and the heels.I will use Bedford Shoe & Luggage Repair again.

Fantastic experience. Sam was extremely clever about repairing a pair of sandals my dog had chewed. It turned out that a small piece of a strap was missing, and he had to get creative. He fixed a strap that had pulled from an awkward place on a camping chair as well. Wonderful service!

I took my husbands shoes to get new heels put on. He showed me how he would do it. He finished the job a few days later. Workmanship was excellent and price was lower than a shoe repair place in Irvine. At the time his shop was in the back of Steves Detailing, down the street from Benihanas, a little had to find, but well worth it.

Quick and reasonable, had to have a zipper slider and pull replaced and was in and out in about 15 minutes.

This place was so wonderful! The owner Sam & his daughter are both so friendly, and they were able to help me with a quick job in 10 minutes! Would recommend them to ANYONE!

Bedford shoe & luggage repair Wanted $80 to replace 2 sliders on my samsonite suitcase. I took it to Ben’s who charged me $24 & fixed it while I waited.

Brilliant service while you wait! My heel fell off on the way to work and they fixed it perfectly!!! 4 stars all round!

The best in the business right here, we use them on multiple buildings. Kery Bruzzo is always professional, prompt and courteous. We have used about a dozen other exeterminators in Los Angeles and these guys are by far the best, hands down.
