Amazed at the incredible quality of workmanship. I so wish Id taken a before photo as the heels on my 15 year old boots were shredded and the sole was paper thin. They came back beautifully polished and raring to go for another decade! Thank you!!!!

Robert is a very courteous, mild-mannered gentleman. He began preliminary work on my shoes to first see if the damage is reparable. After confirming with me the first sign of progress, he made clear that hell need a few days to complete the work in detail. I appreciated the transparency of his work (which is self-evident as the workshop is fully exposed to the customer). Also, the price was reasonable.
