I went for the first time- got a silk dress, a $600 wool sweater, and a $700 wool jacket cleaned. First of all the sweater and jacket came back still w stains and smelling bad- they redid it for free but they completely shrunk both items. They literally are 1-2 sizes too small and I have to sell them now. These are designer pieces. Ruined. the people there are very nice but obviously I won’t go back because they ruined my very expensive clothes. I didn’t even bother complaining to them because what’s done is done. The silk dress was ok, so maybe just don’t give them anything wool. in a perfect world they owe me about $1,000 for this but obviously that’s not happening.
