I went to the car wash today and chose the purple package. It cost $70.After washing, I found that not only was it not clean, but also the rearview mirror of the car was broken.I asked where’s my small add on mirror and they answered they don’t know. So I asked see the security camera, but they say they don’t have the authority and ask me to come back another time. Through it all their attitude was very bad, unfriendly, unprofessional, and unapologetic about broken my small rare mirror, (they even questioned if the mirror exists) I was very angry, This is my first time to wash a car here. I didn’t expect it to be so bad. I really don’t recommend choosing this place to wash the car. It’s bad beyond words.

Went to get my window tinted and front bumper covered by the clear bra. Fernando and his brother Joseph are really cool and straight forward. They were patient enough to explain all the details regarding the works being performed despite its always busy in the shop. Prices are reasonable for the quality of work, and everything was done on-time as promised. Highly recommended!

I dont write many reviews,but when a business really does a great job, I believe in acknowledging them. Fernando was excellent. He responded to my multiple text messages about the service quickly even before I was a customer. I had my brake calipers painted on my new Tesla Model 3. His price beat everyone else in town and he did a beautiful job. He also did it all in one day, when other estimates I got wanted to keep my car for 2-3 days at twice the price. It was a delight to deal with these guys. And even though it was a hastle for me to get there(almost 2 hour drive from Santa Monica in traffic) it was worth it, and if I need anymore customizing I will definitely be back. The do excellent detailing on your vehicle.

Disappointed. Something made me think this place would do a good job. I paid $250 plus tip and it took me another hour of my own work to finish the job. They didn’t clean the door sills, didn’t clear the leaves out from under the hood, didn’t spray the dust off the motor, didn’t remove the baked in grit on the horizontal surfaces, didn’t buff out the marks on the bumper, didn’t clean the back window. They did a decent job on the interior but I think they barely touched the exterior. $290 bucks for interior detail, is about what I got. Was I supposed to instruct THEM on what to do? Was I supposed to tell THEM about claying the paint? Supervisor needs to check their work! If they offer to make it right I’ll edit this review to reflect that.

Tried this place for breakfast while visiting SF. The food was all fantastic. I especially enjoyed the eggs benedict. We also saw some of the items on the lunch people other tables had ordered and it all looked really delicious and fresh. The service was mediocre at best though so that was a bit of a bummer. I would probably give them another chance if I lived in the area.

Been to this place 3times the first two I paid 50 each and the cleaning was good. The 3rd time I paid 70 so they can do more what they explained but it was worse than the 50 job. The inside of my car wasn’t completely done. Seems like it was just wiped . It’s too freaking expensive and it’s not even detailed. Overpriced

A real spa for the car. It takes quite some time and money, but totally worth every penny and minute, the guys are awesome and the job they do is outstanding.

Place was clean so I decide to see how much they would charge to tint my windows. Let me tell you a little about my 93 Chevy PU truck. This truck was me and my husband first vehicle we bought together. We babied it but the window tint was getting pretty bad looking. We pulled over and I open my windw, with my mask on. I asked how much to tint the pass and drive windows. He says to me hold on, and he looks at his phone. And said Aah $350, I said WHAT? $350 again I ask him how much? For tint just a tint, He say $350, Okay if he was changing the windows I get it but $350 for TINT, 1 on the pass side and 1 on driver side. I guess he thought we were to old to figure it out. So I called other places they start at $70. Get your workers to be honest or youll lose the ones that will come back again and again. I wouldnt.

They spent a good amount of time on my car and it looks like new again vs the mud car that we turned it into from driving to the Alpaca Farm and carrying the kids gear to and from softball. I hope it stays clean at least a day... Lol The kid has practice tomorrow! I thought $30 was quite a bit, but it looks good, and there are no scratches from the machine bc theres no machine for my car to go through. Plus complimentary tea and coffee.

Like the way guys working at this place. Use to wash two cars at this car wash for about a year and was always satisfied with the job. The docked star is for just a bit high price.

I brought my car in for some stains on the backseat and I was nervous there would be some kind of strong chemical smell from the seats being shampooed but the employee assured me there wouldnt be. The low price compared to other places and quality of work from 3-G Lux really surprised me. They even vacuumed the interior of my SUV even though I just asked for a backseat cleaning. The stains all came out and my car looks and smells amazing. I hardly write reviews, but I had such a good experience at this place and really good customer service that I thought I should write one. I will only come here for detailing services now. Thank you 3-G Lux!!!

Love the way they leave my cars

The price you pay for the car wash is well worth it. I came in a few weeks ago with my other car and they did an amazing job that I drove over from Hollywood to this location just to have them take care of my car. I arrived at 11:30 and they gave me a wait time of 1-1.5 hours to finish my vehicle. They offered to wax my car but I was short on time and told them I cannot wait for a full wax and I would bring it in in about a week or two. I told them I was short on time and that 1-1.5 hours get reasonable since I know they do a good job. I told them that I would be across the street grabbing lunch. I returned 1.5 hours later and I didnt see my car being dried. I thought maybe they had parked it somewhere since It was just a car wash and shouldnt have taken them so long. I then found out they hadnt even started my vehicle yet. apparently someone had misplaced he keys to the car in front of me but they could have just moved my car around. I saw cars that were there after me finished before mine. The manager was very nice and told me she would get two people on it but it felt sloppy compared to the first time they washed my car. When I drove off the water started coming out from the mirrors and the moldings. Last time they took their time and used compressed air to get it all out. They tire dressing look uneven and spotty and there are some streaks on the window. Overall once they started in my car they finished in about 15 minutes but it just get sloppy I didnt even see them use a spray wax. At he end I still paid full price and even bought an air freshener from them. I wasnt expecting to get it for free, if they would have just told me before they started and asked me to return tomorrow or another day I definitely would have since I had an appointment at 2:00pm. My car was finished at 2:05 pm. 2.5 hours for the standard wash. Yikes! The first car wash felt like a bargain for the service this one has me feeling buyers remorse. I might still consider taking my 2 other cars back for the wax but probably plan an all day thing where they can keep it there for the day. If they had a 3.5 star rating thats what I would have gave but it was closer to a 3 than a 4 this time.

They violate California law that says gift certificates dont expire. They refused to honor my gift certificate, claiming the business had been sold. This is illegal. Manager, Fernando was very rude. I will be taking them to small claims court. DO NOT BUY GIFT CERTIFICATED FROM THEM, OR PATRONIZE THEIR CROOKED BUSINESS!

Amazing! My car hasnt looked cleaner!! I have 2 dogs who ride in my car a lot and usually car washes dont get it all out and Im left disappointed and $40 down... But overland did not disappoint! Also the guy gave me $30 off the hand wax because he knew I needed it but didnt have that extra $30. Great service, they pay attention to detail and know what each car needs.

New owners. They are very nice and it truely is an Auto Spa... which to me is ridiculous. My car soaked, sun bathed, got massaged. It took them 2hrs to wash my car from start to finish. This did not include any special detailing or any other services. I have no idea how they can have enough customers to stay in business.

Spectacular customer service and detailing my car had some stubborn tree sap on the hood and they took extra time to get it off! There is always a line but its worth the wait they even offered waters and apologized for the wait. All employees are very fast friendly and work non stop! Came out to $16 and about 45mins will definitely be back!

$25 for a basic wash and spray wax but their work left a lot to be desired. Im not saying they did a bad job, but at that price one would expect dash shine or at least a fragrance sprayed in.The car looked good after, they vacuumed everything and cleaned my wheels pretty good.Wait wasnt too bad but this place can get pretty packed.Ill stick to the other hand car washes though, its too bad theyre so close to my house!

Went here for the first time because I just moved in the area, wash was okay. They are pretty quick for a hand wash, but my car was left with a lot of water residue that I didnt notice until I got home. Most likely wont be coming here again

I love the guy that runs the place and all the people in it. There used to be free coffee but the machine breaks all the time and is expensive to fix. You get free wifi for an hour. However, everytime I go there it takes over 2 hours for them to wash your car. They are always busy and in demand. Great for those that can work while they are there. Not that great for those that want to do other things than sit there for hours. This last time it took 2 hours and 45 mins for me to get my car. Plus they forgot to put all my rubber mats back into my car, so I had to drive all the way back there to get them. It was 3 hours and 20 mins before I got home from the car wash.

My car looks fantastic after every time I stop by this place. The service is very nice and the price is incredibly reasonable.

Ive been coming to USA Car Wash for a few months now to get my 15 GTI cleaned up. Jairo, along with the rest of the crew, did an excellent job in getting the car nice and clean after a road trips worth of dirt & grime. Raffi, the owner, is always really nice, friendly, and it goes without saying that he truly cares about what he does. The guys never fail to put in the extra work to make sure you leave satisfied and it definitely shows. Ill keep coming back to USA Car Wash for years to come!

30 minutes to get a very clean car -- great vacuum job on the inside and perfectly clean wash and wax on the outside. Looks great and is a great price.

I just bought a brand new car and like most people who save up to make a big investment like a vehicle, you take care of it so it looks and drives new as long as possible. I started taking my car to Lux Auto Spa every 2 weeks since i got the car, which is the only time it sees water. This time was no different, I took my car there August 24th to get the same wash and later that evening I noticed hard water spots on my windows that couldnt be removed. I park my car in a garage every night, never park next to sprinklers or even drive it in the rain so Im sure these werent there before. I took the car back to the carwash the next day for them to look at and Henry told me I could have a seat in the waiting room while he took care of it. He then comes and trys to tell me it was tree sap and that I must have been parking under trees because the spots were hard to remove (mind you Ive only driven my car from parking garage to parking lots and have not once parked it under a tree)....I then notice he has a METAL RAZOR BLADE in his hand which he was using to try and remove the spots!!! I look over my windows and not only are there still water marks but now a few Fresh New SCRATCHES on the drivers window and passengers window on the drivers side!!! I pointed them out to Henry right then and there and he said, Im not confirming or denying that I scratched the glass, but the method I use allows me to use a razor blade against the window and not scratch them. YET MY WINDOWS HAVE SCRATCHES THAT WERNT THERE BEFORE YOU TOUCHED IT!!!!! I wanted to speak to a manager however the manager wasnt there yet so i left to get information about the spots on my windows(which they confirmed to be hard water spots) & estimates on window repairs from a car window specialist before coming back. I then dealt with manager Raul who offered to polish the windows to remove the watermarks and hopefully the scratches too. Long story short, the scratches did not come out and Raul said he would talk to the owner Chase about what they could do make up for the scratches Henry put in my window. Raul never followed up with me.....Every time I call to speak with him I get a passive response about how he reached out to Chase and how he hasnt got back with him about the matter. The last time I spoke with Raul was a week from today August 31st, when he took down my number and said he would have the owner give me a call. I have not heard from anyone since.......................................... This place may offer good services but when it comes to costumer service and making something right that they did wrong to loyal and patient clients, They Show Little To No Interest!!!

There really isnt a better hand wash in the area. They dont have perfect shammy cloths but who does. Its hand wash and its thorough. Takes forever though.

Great place to get a wash. They dont take too long to wash your car, these guys have everything they need to remove water spots from your clear coat, they have done that twice for me due to my sprinkler system going off and me not moving my car out of the sprinkler area. The reason for the 4 stars is because I have gotten fabric peaces stuck on my wiper blades and my windows are not always cleaned right, also my rims are glossy black and they always come out looking like a matte finish. When I get home I always have to do extra work to use clean microfiber rags to remove any water haze from the wheels and carefully remove the stuck on fabric off my windshield wiper blades as well as properly clean my windows, for $170.00 the job should be well done. But we live in an age where we now have to pay a lot more if we want better service, so its either 1. I do the work my self and have my vehicle look exactly how I want it to look or 2. Let someone else do it if I just dont have the time to get it done. So, you pick. Either way its still a good place to get a wash and again I came here to get water spots removed and they got rid of 90% of it.

Super recommended, the carwash is 100% by hand, Fernando received my car, it took about 45 min to finish it, I went to the mall opposite while I waited, when I returned I was surprised by the professional way of the boys to do their job, my car It was shiny, super clean and vacuumed. Pay $ 50 + tip. Happy customer!
