I wanted to write a glorious review. However I need to be honest, since my bf was not thrilled. Paul is a very nice person, and will try to please as best as possible.

The staffs are professional, the did a good job in cleaning my car.!

AVOID!If you prefer your car damage-free, you should avoid Main Steam Car Wash like the plague. They recently caused almost $2,000 worth of DAMAGE on the front end of my car (tearing up the underside by parking it right across a cement block) and have refused to fix it.When I explained to the owner what had happened all I received in return was a series of far-fetched excuses that kept changing to fit his needs. Insisting that I cant prove anything anyway (even though his staff had reported the damage on the receipt) he even refused to look at the photos Id taken. When I pointed out that such unprofessional conduct would eventually alienate other customers I was told that that wouldnt matter because his business had been around long enough and therefore had plenty of clientele.So, even though the employees are quite friendly there I suggest you save yourself a ton of trouble & cash and get your vehicle washed by one of the other car wash businesses in Downtown.

The Price is RightCome On Down!! How much would you like to pay for this car wash?! Um....the price thats noted on the giant signs above your head? Nope. The employees will charge you whatever they see may fit during that moment. Maybe the sky is blue so they feel like charging you $25 for the Express Wash thats supposed to be $14.99. Maybe a black cat walked by earlier so they want to charge you $35. Who knows?!I went in even after seeing the reviews about how the employees change the prices on customers, giving them the benefit of the doubt (because thats how I am). I told them I wanted to Express Wash ($14.99) and the employee said, its $30. To which I replied, it says $14.99. and he says,No. Its $30. I didnt even argue. I was born at night...but I wasnt born last night buddy. Nice try.Shady...SHADY Business Sami.Sami, I see that youre replying to a lot of these bad reviews about the same shadiness thats occurring at your business. I see nothing is happening about it. So heres the reality of it Sami, either youre a shady guy who runs a shady business, or you need to fire your employees.
