Yesterday on July 20th at 9am, I opted for the mini detail because of the leather conditioning. For $130 you expect a certain level of service and cleaning. Not a lot of customers either, so attention to detail and a thorough cleaning is expected. For $130, not including tip. I looked over from time to time at what they were doing and after running the car through the automatic car wash, someone was lazily rubbing something on the outside of my car.After 30 minutes, my car was “done.” Windows still streaky. Interior still dusty in areas. I took a look inside and my seats still looked dirty and I had to point out areas in the car to the workers. They used a dirty rag to clean the areas. Where was the leather conditioning? Just a simple go over of the interior of my car with a rag. And no air freshener included, mats were just vacuumed.Waste of money. Would have been better off getting the basic package and saved the money for what I got.

Our car was really dirty. We went for inside and outside car wash. It was worth for the money. They cleaned deeply and it was shining. They did a great job. I am very happy with their work.

I dropped two ten dollar bills between seat and console yesterday. It was too narrow for my hands. I was going to go home and get wire hanger to push it out after getting the car washed. When I got back in the car I looked and the bills were gone. Retrieved and stolen by the detail guy. Be careful!!

This place always does a flawless job of detailing. We have talked our daughters car to Expert Car Wash several times when were visiting Los Angeles. They always do a perfect job.

Its a normal wash, but dirt will still remain there. After washing, we need to wipe it. One advantage is free vaccum.

I just took my car here. Its decent but for 22.00. The windows are still dirty and it looks like the seats were not vacuum thoroughly. If i spend 22.00 I should still have a quality job done. Its like because you didnt spend the extra money on the more expensive packages they do not do as good as a job. Still dust on the console as well.

I’ll admit my first time here I didn’t get the best service and I went back and had the complete opposite and it was the best experience I ever had which was on the ambassador car wash. I highly recommend it

They are who cleans up my boss car every time is needed. Very great place. Workers dont still Nothing. I like how good they work. The working crew doesnt still Nothing from you in the car. Or bother your money in the car.

Please check what you are charged on your bill if you do wish to try this place. After I dropped my car off I walked home 5 minutes to see an email from my credit card company saying that the $1880 charge that was attempted was declined. I thought this was VERY odd as the cashier - who is actually the manager - did not tell me he had accidentally run through $1880 instead of $180. What he did say was that the till had run out of paper and that he had to replace it...I went straight down there and asked him did he try and steal $1700 off me hoping I wouldnt check my receipt properly? He said absolutely not, that when he realized his mistake he canceled the transaction and ran through the right number. So I asked him to be 100% clear - that he did not actually hit send on the $1880? He said absolutely not.I showed him the decline from the credit card company which of course can only happen if he had actually attempted to run it through. Then I asked him why didnt you tell me that you accidentally almost ran $1700 more - he said he was sorry and that he should have told you.You be the judge.

They always do a great job, but I always get harassed by the salesman when I get the basic package. Last time he even told me my car was too dirty and it wouldn’t look good if I got the VIP Package. It looked the exact same as when I got the more expensive one.

The only reason I went to this car wash like I did a few months ago I was able to sit in my car and drive it through No one else got inside my car I didnt Want anyone inside my car that was the only reason I just wanted the express Outside watched.now they change their policy after I got there you can no longer drive it through they drive it through and The price went from 1199by time was finished it was $19 plus Tip will take a to a regular car wash Since you no longer drive your car yourself .take it to a regular car wash cheaper...I will never go again...!!..

Worst overpriced carwash ever. Avoid at all costs. They did not clean my seat right even after I told them what to look for and refused to give me a refund even though the guy saw the problem was not fixed. They leave streaks on your rear views and rear window. Clearly the employees are unmotivated and it makes you wonder if they are paid very poorly.

For some reason a lot of people give negative reviews about this place on YELP. I decided to check them out on Goggle Reviews and it was the opposite ! So I thought I gave them a try. The staff was awesome, Mel the Manager was very courteous and helpful, the cashier was polite and nice, the office manager was so cool and also have a great personality making you feel like youve been a long time customer.. The service is at par to what I expected to be . They just got a new customer for sure . Keep up the good work and let us support our local business .

They are very thorough here! Been using them for several years now and never had a problem with any scratches or scrapes, staff is friendly and their prices are better than most in the area. Its why i keep coming back! Keep it up!

Amazing Service. I went in just looking for a regular car wash. The guy checking me in was able to evaluate my car, recommend services and guess what.... THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB!... They got the water spots off my car like he promised.. They were able to buff out scratches.. and practically had my car looking brand new!

The guys here do a great job if you need any interior work done. For exterior, its comparable to any (less expensive) drive through wash.

$14 to wash the exterior of my truck. Best price Ive seen since the car wash in West Hollywood shut down. They did a good job. Not Great, but for the price, you cant beat it.

This place does amazing work! After a week of abuse from the birds, my clear coat has had it. The manager Jeff was very attentive to my car care needs all I had to do was call Honda to order a sample of my paint color. When I got my car back at the en of the day, it was pristine! Leather was soft like butter and so was the paint.Expert Car Wash.

I got a hand wash with clay treatment. It was over priced. Also despite my request that the floor mats not be washed, they washed them and then put dripping wet plastic, form fitting mats back in over carpet -- a guaranteed recipe for mold. Stick to the machine wash and resist the upsell. Also watch the finishers as the instructions you give the front man are haphazardly relayed.

Got a very nice full detail, interior, exterior, engine (I think they call this Expert Car Wash). It was done conveniently and on short notice. The price is about 1/3 less than what youd pay at AJ Auto Detailing in San Jose, where I used to go, for the same quality. Superb.Expert Car Wash.

I just had to change my 5 star rating to one because apparently the more you frequent this car wash, the worse job they do. Very disappointing. I had to take my car back twice to get the interior cleaned and it still looks the same as before the wash. Not coming back here again.

7/18/2019 - I took in my Acura TL for a detail (inside and out) and this Armenian guy who I think is the owner tried to pull a fast one on me by quoting me higher prices that was not even listed on any of the advertised or packages displayed at this business.He could not even truthfully respond to my questions as to why he was planning on charging me a price that was NOT advertised and kept beating around the bush.I would not TRUST this business especially since the owner was shady.Use this business at your own risk.

This place is awesome. They really do an excellent job. I took my car here to get detailed before trying to sell it.i got the full detail and the engine cleaned and it looked like a new car! It was definitely worth the price and got my money returned when I sold it.Just took my new car in for a wash and am just as happy!!! I highly recommend this car wash!

First time to this car wash and I will now consider it MY carwash. Every employee I came into contact with was friendly. Even though they had a lot of cars already in line an hour before closing, the wait time was very acceptable. They have three reasonably priced options before you get into the higher priced options. They have a nice waiting area inside and outside, I took advantage of the massage chair inside. When my car was ready, I was very happy with the outside wash and wax. The interior was very clean, you can tell they really took the time to vacuum the floors and clean the seats and upholstery. I even checked my cup holders and found they were cleaned very well. They even placed all my loose change and lighters I had lost under the seats and down the sides in the center console. They did a great job and were rewarded with a great tip. They deserved it. I highly recommend Expert Car Wash.

The car wash that mostly gets it right.They have accepted competitors coupons, and they dont mind if you need a few minutes to clear out all the kids junk from the back seat before they start vacuuming.Theyll even let you pull your car over to the side where you can get ready for a thorough vacuuming including blowing out the dust with high power compressed air.Wheather you want no tire treatment, extra tire treatment, carpet shampooing, hand wax, or a full detail; whatever you need theyve got you covered.I would have given Espert Car Wash 5 stars, but they patched some cracks/holes in their parking lot with some kind of cheap black material that melts in the sun, and it ruined my shoes when I stepped in it.I recommend Expert Car Wash, but be careful when walking in the parking lot.

Im fairly sure they put some SIGNIFICANT scratches in my paint. Is it POSSIBLE that they were there before and I didnt notice? Yes (hence two stars). But highly unlikely. Were talking about several blemishes on a 4 month old car. Also, very quick, incomplete job of drying car and dusting dashboard.

This place is a block from my house, and a decent wash, but I rarely go because I’m so tired of arguing with the guy about the upselling.$24.99 basic wash? No you need the $36.99 because you have leather seats (even though I said I don’t need the interior done)$89.99 wax? No you need the $149.99 wax.Every. Darn. Time.I get so frustrated with the arguing that I choose whatever will get me out fastest: a basic wash and a reminder of why I don’t come here even though it’s a block from my house.

*DISCLAIMER* I am not and have not been a customer so this review is not based on their quality or service. I am just here to make sure any one who happens to have a high end vehicle knows that the cost is $44.99 for a wash as that price is not posted anywhere on their website. They told me my car could not go through the general wash cycle and had to be handled outside, all by hand (but I thought this was a 100% hand wash establishment??) and the charge is $44.99. I have had people come to my house and wash my car for less. Melrose Strip (true 100% hand wash, no machines what so ever) only charges $23 for the same thing. I am sure they do a good job as they seemed busy, I just wish their website stated that there is an extra charge for high end vehicle so I wouldnt have wasted my time going down there. A MESSAGE TO THE OWNER, I gave you 4 stars instead of 1 as I know how negative ratings can affect a business this day and age but it is your responsibility to know the same and know that if people are not satisfied or feel mislead their voices will be heard by others online. This can damage a business. Take it upon yourself to over disclose all cost and fees so there are no discrepinces. This will lead to less negative reviews and more business. No, I am not a business expert but I am a consumer. Best of luck!

Owner seemed like a complete jerk when I pulled up to get my car wash. Said my car was too low for the normal wash cycle machine and I would need a hand wash for $50 bucks and then proceeded to try to up-sell me for another $30 for wax spray.. unbelievable. The worst part was his attitude about the whole thing the entire time - did not provide my business and recommend looking elsewhere if you dont want to be hustled

They left my window open although I closed it, so when I left I notice the window was completely wet when I closed it. They didnt clean it so now i am driving around with water marks!!! I can barely see while driving

1. CARELESS CLEANING, THEY NEVER VACUUM COMPLETELY.2. Had a got car wash subscription which gives unlimited car washes a month... was using it 1-2 times a week.One bright day I came to wash the car, the manager came to me and said we no longer accept got car wash for Uber drivers, no advanced warning, told me to either pay $15 or to leave with my car. I am still paying for the subscription till the end of the month didnt get a refund.

My Husband took his car here and they stole his Dewalt Drill. DO NOT COME HERE, DISHONEST and was not worth it.

The Sun is TOO Hot & their out their for hours under the Sun without Shade. When I Go I hand the guy who Dries my car a Cold Water Bottle. It wont kill non of us to spare another $2 to buy a Cold Water BOTTLE.Bless U from another customer.

Absolute swindlers. I went in to get some bike dust cleaned out of the backseat, and thy didnt even touch the dust. They also left the windows down and didnt even dry them. Streaks for days. I could have sprayed the outside of my car with a hose and thrown $20 out the window and it wouldve been the same thing. I was so pissed that they didnt touch the inside that I went back, but they completely ignored me. I grabbed a rag from one of the cars and finished it myself.

Brought my week old Mercedes Benz here to get washed... and just like the reviewer below me, my car came out with A BUNCH of scratches. My rims and the sides are EXTREMELY banged up from the conveyor belt. Not only that, the cloths they used to wipe down the car is extremely abrasive!!! My new car has so many tiny scratches throughout!!! Very disappointed to say the least.

This is normally my go to place, Since its in my neighborhood actually live just around the Corner .I usually get the Vip wash which is $21,And its always OK never great but never horrible .I do find if you spend more money they seem to do a better job on the initial Wash, Any time Ive had a full Detail Or wax theyve done a great job, Been going there for about 6 years And its been hit-or-miss Sometimes light Surface dirt is still on the vehicle, By Light I mean you can rub your finger across it and it just comes straight off.Its never been bad enough for me to complain about it, But this last time was probly my last time going there .There is only a minor difference in the way my car looked before I brought it in. and upon leaving it was still just as dirty, And their prices are slightly high compared to other car washes, Took my car to the car wash on Santa Monica and Gower right after for $14 they offer the same is the VIP service here, And they did a really great job, Sorry to lose the convenience of having a car wash in my neighborhood these guys just arent cutting it .
