Rented June 15 for a vacation. Rental van already had front damage but the man said it was noted. Paid for roadside assistance, tolls, extra insurance. On the way home their tire blew out on me On I95. I took pictures of the vehicle at the scene with State trooper present to document the damage. It took roadside assistance 3 hours to reach. Finally got home after I had to drive 50 miles per hour. When I turned it in and it was submitted to my insurance, they wanted $6000+ for the damage for a 2011 van. I submitted photos to my insurance and they were paid $200] which I think is too much,but hey. Then after a month I called for my deposit and was told it was 88 bc of a toll (crazy right) and gas. They told me I should have received something. I was there! 4 adults watched the toll say Easy Pass. I wasnt charged. My personal vehicle was charged because I didnt have cash on me. I have the letter from Florida with the pictures of my personal vehicle. So all in all they wanted to keep my deposit. Its the principle for me! Why rob people just to get off the ground. Danville! Obtaining legal counsel this morning. Janky Janky Janky. And Im reporting to my insurance and the better business bureau.

Ive rented from Ride twice in the last year. Got a 17 Toyota Camry the first time, loved it, the second time I requested the same car and got it. It was great working with Jonathan in the Danville office. I recently wrecked my car and I need a car for a couple days, but getting through is a hassle. Im restless and dont know what to do!!! 😥😥😥😥

I had a family emergency and needed a vehicle quickly. They came to pick me up within 30 minutes, worked with me because I only carried liability insurance, and quickly got me into a vehicle. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

The male receptionist is very disrespectful to guys who bring their women there to rent cars he peeps around the computer in cracks mysterious jokes and he has too much information about their workplace and their phone numbers and emails I think hes inconspicuous and do not want to come there anymore and were not let my woman come there anymore. Even further when we brought the car back the windshield cracked that morning from impressions on the windshield there were three impressions like gravels had hit the car previously they bring all a photo of another windshield on another car I saw the gravel impressions on the windshield the day we got it well its okay they got pictures of it and the windshield cracked that morning turning on a defrost they denied it all in am I experienced they went to the back and switched photos of the car windshield guarantee you it was not the same VIN number of the VIN number of the car we had rented very unprofessional and basically thats like deceiving people The whole routine with all the comical and everybodys in your business thats not waiting on people having conversations with the people who are renting cars is not very polite its very historical and confusing to the real matter at hand theyre just trying to get that extra $150 for damages to the cars they are trying to come up as a new business but that is not the way to do it We were more and willing to rent cars from them but not to be treated in a disrespectful manner and the customer is always right but they act like we was lying

Having never used a car rental agency before, Ride Rentals was a wonderful experience! The staff, including Taylor and Veronica, were extremely helpful and took the time to explain the whole process to me. I felt very comfortable talking to them and they answered all my questions. The rate is the lowest around and the vehicles are clean, while also very fun to drive! (I rented a Chevy Impala.) Their goal is to make sure us locals have a ride when we need one, goal accomplished!

Great service, cheap rentals. However there wasnt a selection at all when i rented from them, i was forced to take a sub compact (small car) and there wasnt even a 20$ a day opinion as advertised. It costed me 26$ a day which is still affordable considering i rented for whole week. Follow up: the 100 deposit i was supposed to get back I was only given 77$ so i called them and the lady i spoke to said it was bc i didnt return it with correct amount of gas (which was incorrect) i actually returned it with MORE gas than i picked it up having so i brought to her attention to simply chk the amount the person in front of me returned it with to prove I retured it with more than nessary so after she further investigation she said your correct, im sorry for the error I will correct the payment and release it to your bank today. (That NEVER happened) i wasnt given the additional 25$ that I was owed, its been 3weeks and the only reimbursement i received was the original 77$.....I was lied to directly and ripped off by this company in not 1 but 2 ways, (1) i retured the car with a qrtr of a tank EXTRA than the amount i picked it up having & (2) i never received my down payment in full. Be alert & fully aware when doing business with this company so the same doesnt happen 2 u. Now that its all said and done, im VERY displeased w this company and its ability to function at the most basic of levels.

Went in today 8-10-21 to renew 20 dollar car. All cars now double the price no notice wow what a shock.

Don’t go here the prices are cheap, but the rip you off in tolls fees that you have no control. One associate will tell you a price and process then the next associate will tell you something total different..To stay away from the headache just go to Enterprise

This place limits things for liability insurance. Cannot return vehicle on a Sunday so you are forced to pay for two days.

TERRIBLE ! they gave me a car that battery was not even connected properly or correctly ! The tires also had too much air in them and the car continued to say “tire pressure low” the rubbers on all 4 doors was hanging ! and I was all the way in Georgie . ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY THEM HAD US ON HOLD FOR 2HRS !!!!!!!!! Would not recommend
