Great place to workout when on vacation and if you live there. Clean, friendly and good equipment selection. Will gladly pay to workout again when we are back!

Great gym. Staff is very friendly. The gym stays clean. Open 24 hours. Great price. Plus they have a massage chair and sauna. What more can you ask for?!?!

Love it! Generally I go late at night so it is never crowded. Pretty much any machine you could want, free weights, sauna... they also offer personal training, bootcamps and tanning. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Truly grateful for this gym in Perdido. They would do just fine Im sure without being awesome but they are anyway!

Gym itself is nice, but getting out of your membership is harder than breaking a rental lease in my opinion. They told me they outsource their billing and used that as an excuse. I was charged for an additional month despite losing my access to the gym as well as being charged the same annual fee twice in a 6 month period. No other gym seem to have these issues so there is really no excuse.I have sinced lowered my rating to a 1 and filed a complaint with the BBB. They took my contact info from when I was a member and sent a harassing message instructing me to remove this review.

We enjoy it there. Friendly staff, not a ton of people crowd it, it is always clean. Would recommend.

First time there. Troy gave me a thorough orientation tour and I tried several pieces of equipment. Gym is spotless and all members adhere to sanitation requirements.

Just joined. So far I really like it. Not to crowded. 24 hour access. Enough equipment to take care of most anyones workout requirements. There is a good mix of ages here also. Young to senior. Ladies can workout here comfortably because the equipment is arranged to give them respect while doing certain types of exercises. No matter your fitness level you can feel good here as far as I can see. Family atmosphere.

This is a nice small gym thats open 24 hours. They have a sauna booth that can comfortably fit a single individual, a shower, etc. If you keep really odd hours this gym would be a good choice, but it can feel crowded with just 10 people in it.

Happy I found a nice, clean gym very close to my new home. Staff is phenomenal!!! Equipment is wonderful and they have everything you need to workout and maintain a healthy physical life style.

Found this place while I was on vacation for a week. At home, i belong to a larger gym but i paid 35$ for a week. They have a bench for bench press, and a squat rack and leg press plus dumbells that go over 100 lbs. They have plenty of machines to supplement your compound movements which include a cable machine. The cardio equipment was well kept and clean and included a personal tv to watch while you did your cardio. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked and the sauna was a nice touch. The staff was very nice when i signed up for the week and it was nice that you could go at any time during the day.

Expensive and not a fan. Its nice to have 24 hours if you can afford it.

Such a reasonable gym and very affordable for military given that theyll break a contract if u present orders. Not too crowded, friendly diverse group of people, and great staff that arent just employees, they take ownership and are very helpful.

Small gym but definitely has the equipment to get in a real workout without to much of a crowd and wait time for a machine to open up. Also open 24/7 with a key card
