Honestly, I thought I was going to have to settle for the water spots and oxidation from bad car washes and having to park my car behind LAX for days at a time, with all the soot and dirt from the nearby repair hangers and planes taking off. My car really was showing its age to be only 4 years old.I purchased the complete detail package, expecting to basically get a clean car back, what I got back was a car that literally looked like the day I drove it off the lot four years ago. The paint was refreshed by buffing and waxing with a sealant that gives it a beautiful matte finish, the interior was, fresh and clean as well.I highly recommend Eco Detailing, and will see them again in 3 months to keep my car looking the way I like it!

I always get my two car wash here. they are fast，reliable，do good job every time. Plus price is very decent in this area. cheaper than mobile wash

I went there and paid for the wash and wax. When I left the parking and went outside, I noticed a bunch of spots still with wax, the interior side of the back windshield was dirty, they broke the rubber seal for my antena, and a button in the airco system . It felt they were on a rush to clean the car and I paid 60$, and I didn’t feel they cared about treating the car with care. I would love to hear from the owner and maybe this was a one off, since I read good reviews, but my feelings were very mixed. Looking forward to hear from you guys. I had a red 560SL Mercedes

Id seen on their site that they do paint touch ups so I stopped by in the hopes they could do so with my car. I had some minor paint chips that I was hopeful they could replace.I dont know how they managed to make the paint chips worse than they was before, but alas they did. Whereas they werent as visible before to the common observer, whatever tools they used completely scrapped off whatever paint was remaining.They couldnt explain clearly what happened and didnt want to take any responsibility for their errors. They made no effort to even attempt to correct their mistake.Their nonchalant attitude about the matter was extremely frustrating.Extremely disappointed in this place and this experience. Would not recommend at all.

I love these guys. I have a BMW Z4 and used to go to Santa Palm (until they left circular scuffs on my hood and a friends hood in separate instances) and then moved to the carwash on Sunset (until they closed because of covid). Ive been searching for someone solid that I trust with my car and was told to try ECO Mobile. Very glad I did.These guys are great. My Car always comes back looking dope. I had CRAZY hard water spots from a sprinkler once and I could not get them out anywhere. Reese promised he could get them out with a detail and, though I was skeptical, his guys delivered in a big way. The car looked brand new. They are now my trusted go-to when washing my car - I wont go anywhere else.It is important to note that they are in the parking garage of a sometimes busy shopping plaza. It may take a little longer when bringing your car here but, in my mind, that just means they are being detailed with the car. Theres a ton to do upstairs while you wait (go see a movie, grocery shop, have lunch, buy furniture, get a haircut...). They call you when your car is ready and validate. Cant go wrong here.

Great attitude from whole staff, but a $30 dollar wash and interior cleaning left streaks on all the windows (I didnt see them switch towels from car to car). They didnt clean the rear view mirror either. Theres a lot of potential here to get a perfect servicing, but they just missed the mark on a few important details.

Shortly after my Carwash there I couldn’t find my laptop bag and I asked for their help to look into the cameras. They said they will check the cameras and get back to me every time I called or got there, but they never did. At the end they said they don’t keep camera recordings longer then a few days after they haven’t answered me for these few days. I’m not blaming them with getting my laptop but they make themself suspicious by not willing to help with that.

Gave me a great deal and made my car feel brand new! I had sap all over the outside of the car as well as leaves and sticks underneath the hood. Above and beyond service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Well i found this place from a friend and decided to cheack it out.. im not a big fan of the big carwash places ... this guys did an amazing job... its super detailed washing...a bit extra feom regular places bit trust me its so worth it..!!!!.. i should of taken the before pics it was brown!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! They are the most unprofessional business Ive ever called. First of all they answered my call then halfway through they hung up on me. I called back several times only to be sent to voicmail then when I finally got someone on the phone they told me they are too busy and then hung up in my face. They seem extremely janky. Horrible customer service and seemed very in experienced in handling customers.

My car was not very dirty to begin with, so even minor stains become noticeable. I paid almost $300 for the complete detailing package, because I was selling the car. They worked on it for three and half hours. The car was returned to me not much cleaner than the $25 car wash near my house.My package should include interior dressing, but they barely clean the interior. There are dust on my dashboard, there are stains on my roof window, and there are so many watermarks everywhere. I think they didn’t even open the trunk coz it looked exactly like how I dropped it off. Fortunately I generally kept my car clean at all times, so I only had to do a few wiping afterwards.Most staff here speak little English, or they pretend like they don’t (?) when I asked about the uncleaned spots left on my car. DO NOT recommend here.

DO NOT GO HERE - THEY DAMAGE CARS.They damaged the black paint on my classic Porsche 911. They refused to admit it. They then gave me the number for “the boss”. He called me and threatened me saying he would come to my home and hurt me if I didn’t pay them. Like another customer they refused to give my keys back. I had to call 911 so that I could get my car back. LAPD attended. These guys are criminals with NO INSURANCE.

They are good what they are doing. My beemer was parked outside under tree from past 6 months during COVID-19, it was full of tree saps and bird droppings. They did good job in cleaning and tried his best to bring back the original looks.

I took my car to this place 5 days ago because I read the reviews but I think is all fake first you gonna have to go inside under ground parking lot where you have to pay for parking second the quality of the work is not good at all maybe because dont have good lighting or the employees are not been trained i pay for wax service and I found lots of wax when I got out of the parking lot in the sun light car wasnt vacuum under the floor matts and last the guy who took my car was pushing me to buy thing that my car dont need very unprofessional

I had an amazing experience getting my car washed at eco mobile detailing. The location is so convenient for me. I get to do my grocery shopping at Trader Joes and grab my coffee, and when I come down stair my car has been nicely washed. Ansel is so nice and polite to me, and always makes sure my car is in great hands. It was legit the best car wash I have ever gotten!! My friend recently got inside my car, and she thought that I bought a new car. Its so clean and spotless. I am very happy and pleased!!

I came back after 45 minutes and they hadnt started on my car. I was told originally it would be 40 minutes. Maybe because I was just getting a wash, they moved me down the line.. so frustrating the good car washes are closed in this area. Manager I spoke with intially, was on break...

This is the absolute best car wash I’ve ever been to. They leave your car so shiny and smooth every time and they pay attention to every detail. When I get the wax, it lasts for months. They’re also really nice and fast.There are plenty of things to do at 8000 Sunset while waiting and they’re open really long hours, including on Saturday and Sunday.I do wonder if the fact that they’re “water-less” is environmentally-friendly - I hope so.

I went to this location to ask about the price for fixing my scuffed headlight. Jeff stopped what he was doing and took a look at it, immediately started to work on it and fixed it for me for only $20. I found Jeff professional and I really recommend ECO Mobile Detailing.

I usually wash my own car but due to not having time this week I saw good reviews and decided to try it. I literally just got the best car wash of my life and for such a great price! The second I walked up to my car I noticed how clean the outside of my car was by just touching the handle. Then when I looked inside the car it was pristine! Every corner an inch of my car had been cleaned, exactly how I always wished every car wash company would clean my car. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. I should also make it known that my car was horrendously messy and dirty, and they made it look brand new. They even took all of my junk out of my trunk, no pun intended, in an organized fashion and then placed it back inside for me when they were done. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!

Came to drop off my really dirty car recently. my car interior was a special material so the right cleaning supplies were needed. i got a call a few hours later to come pick it up. the interior was very clean and bright! they laid out plastic so that id be able to drive my car and not get wet since the seats were wet. pleased with the service and would come back again.

I brought my car in after severely damaging the right side of my rear bumper. Ansel gave me a reasonable price that was way better than what a body shop would have charged. I could not believe my eyes when I picked up my car—Ansel made my scratched bumper look new again. I gave him a high five and told him he’s a magician. If you scratch your car, go see Ansel, he’s the man.

These guys are the best. I save my pennies to pay a little more for a wash that’s thorough and detailed. I also have a car seat in my car that gets really gross and they clean that every time I ask, with no hassle and no extra fee. Parking is validated with the wash and you can do your grocery shopping at TJ’s or grab a Starbucks to kill time while you wait!

Person in charge who must of been the owner was very pushy and trying to sell me services that I didn’t want and he became upset and rude because I didn’t want to buy extra services.

The guys did a great job. My car was a mess inside and our as I just did a road trip and moved. One hour and a half later my car was ready. The blonde guy (forgot his name) gave me a great deal and everyone was so friendly. Worth every penny.

In comparison to last year service I’m highly disappointed. I asked for my seat and floor on one side of my car to be shampooed to remove the vomit smell from my car.As I walk to retrieve my car I noticed my car was turned on. I was told by an employee my car was turned on to dry the floor and seat of my car. So when did car washes consist of wasting gas in their car?In addition, my car floor, floor mat, and seat still smelled like vomit. The car did not smell like shampoo or any product that was used. As I removed to mat to get a closer smell I noticed the smell edges of the mat still smelled. How does a removable floor mat smell after being shampooed and steamed?Moral of the story, this car wash company provides basic services for more than they should charge. Please wash your own car or find a car wash that will “detail” your car.

I scuffed a pole in a drive through a day previous and the team at ECO Mobile Detail made it disappear like nothing ever happened. Took an hour and a half to complete as we had a lite Starbucks breakfast sandwich and coffee, then we followed with our weekly shopping at Trader Joes. Convient and top notched work with a polite crew that had great experience. Job done perfectly and saved me a $500 deductible with my auto insurance. 👍

This place knows how to detail a car and does it Eco friendly. I brought my jeep srt 8 to these guys after a trip to Vegas covered in grime and bugs. I baby my automobile. They did such a great job including polishing my aluminum wheels the car looked brand new. Id come back to these guys in a heartbeat. Plan for a little time if you baby your automobile as I do mine but the attention to detail is first rate and top notch. Great professional detailers Ive used for a long time. They did a great job with recent buffing and clay bar treatment to remove some #&*! over spray from a house painter that got on my new car. After the detail, paint looked like new...Thank you guys!!

I took my car to get detailed this week and what a great job. I purchased a Mercedes slk 280 about 6 weeks ago.I think the previous owner neglected the car somewhat, and it had some fine scratches and the black paint was somewhat dulled. After about 4 hours, I picked up the car and was floored. The paint is now almost flawless and the interior is super clean and conditioned. Hats off to Eco Detailing. Terrific job!

Best detailing and waterless car wash all in one! Im so glad I found this place. They are eco friendly and big on saving water. I love it! They went above and beyond to detail my car and managed to get out water spots plus restore my headlights for a reasonable price! I would def recommend this place to family and friends and and will return.

First they forgot they were supposed to come by so we pushed the time back. Then they showed up to the new time almost two hours late and tried to detail an entire car in the 15 minute window that was left before I had to leave. I’m also pretty sure they stopped answering my calls on purpose. I don’t usually leave reviews about anything but jeez this was ridiculously bad service.

Rude. I will never go there. I parked in the Subterranean parking lot to get me some coffee from Starbucks and the guy at Eco mobile car wash told me park there. There was no sign that said it was reserved for him. Yet he decide to call parking enforcement give me a ticket. He yelled at me to move the car when its not even his parking spot. This morning I find out he types one star review on my Plumbing business on Facebook. Hes never called my business or had anything to do with my business. Leaving a one-star review for my business is malicious. Hes just angry at me for posting review on his business and to get back at me.

Fernando was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the place in the parking lot, gave very friendly service, and he and his team had my car looking and feeling brand new!! Will dedinitely go back and I highly recommend it to others for interior detail and their eco-friendly exterior wash :)
