First of all, he answeted the phone. That alone was a plus. That was great since I dont like to deal with answering machines reverting me to different places. He asked a couple questions and I tried to answer as best as I could. He was patient with me while I tried to get the answers he needed. He was able to get me a good quote for both my car and home insurance in a matter of minutes.

Girl complaining about the identical twins response. Nice. Ive actually had Anthony say the same thing to me, but he means no harm. It actually points out a valid point. unless you have the same days of driving experience, date of birth, and gender, rates for insurance will be different. All in all its a good office, and the people are sociable. Been with them for about 3yrs now. Thanks

This place gave me a low quote for two cars. I went in to sign up. The agent was sociable we talked during the sign-up, u know, about the policy, life with two new cars etc.A month later, the bank calls to say they cant finance the car without insurance. It turns out, the agent left a car off the insurance! When I call, he says, oh I thought you had one, I can add it for a whole lot more. Headache!In the next few years Ive suffered raised rates, false claims like the DMV says my driving history is less than 3 yrs, when Id been driving clear over 10 years LICENSED.

Ive had my insurance for several years from this branch and I cant even believe that type of service I received from one of the supervisors today. My friend and I were comparing insurance policies and I was surprised to find out that she was paying significantly lower for full coverage through State Farm. The only difference was that her deductible was $500 and mine was $1000 and she had medical coverage and I didnt. Which could potentially lower my coverage - this is what I wanted to get clarification on . Also, Ive had my car for 4 years and have a total milage of 28k, I dont drive much.I decided to call State Farm just to get clarification on my policy. Well, Mr. Villeda answered the phone and when I explained the purpose of my call his first question was So are you and your friend identical twins? Wait, what?! I asked him to repeat that question and he did. I asked him to say that again hoping he would realize how ridiculously rude and unnecessary that was. He asked again. ARE YOU IDENTICAL TWINS?Wow. Yes. He did use sarcasm to answer my question. While I understand that insurance cost is based on different factors I dont need this type of response when all I wanted was to have a conversation about my current insurance policy. I consider myself a pretty good customer. I never complain and always pay on time and this is how Im treated. Unbelievable.Your sarcasm made you lose a customer.

Michael Chien might be the worst insurance agent I have ever worked with. From the beginning when I requested quote from him I should have known it wouldnt be a positive experience. He is extremely hostile when you have a question or ask for clarification. He talks down to you when requesting more information and his administration gives conflicting advice.My previous State Farm agent in Arizona is a wonderful person and professional. Working with Michael was such a disappointment that Ive already switched renters insurance companies.

The agent that processed my claim was professional as time went on the level of customer service went down. I had a hard time getting stable service with this particular office. The owner was particularly devoid of general courtesy that comes with satisfying the concerns of the customers. Once i called in to make a payment because we had coverage on multiple vehicles and a home..in this particular time i wanted to make payment on the house ..the owner was not only lacking in his communication skills, he was cocky. As a result a car payment was made instead of the homeowners premium...when i ask if wed completed the payment for the homeowner he stated no, that was for your 05 jaguar i was disappointed of course but i kept my tone and this guy was completely detatched and unapologetic as a result i had to make 2 payment back to back...very inconvenient for me. My car ins premium went 66.00 when i called in to inquire what happen no one seemed to care, not even my intial agent therefote i found cheaper rate elsewhere.
