Had this insurance and had a car accident still fighting them to reimburse me for my car to be fixed.

So sad my car got rear ended last night and it looks bad. they are coming over today to check the car, said it didnt lok so bad over the phone. Ill update

Not helpful, I called to ask questions and they didnt help me at all, instead they suggested I call at a different time.
