I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to Zerorez! My poor car had an incredibly persistent odor of cat urine that I could NOT get out no matter what I tried. And I had tried SEVERAL things. My kitty had an accident on the way to the vet and it had soaked into my cloth seat on a hot day. Other treatments and products I tried made a small dent, but it was absolutely not enough and I thought I was going to have to replace the seat or sell my car (in the winter…). I decided to try one more thing and called Zerorez. The scheduler was so kind and he set me up for the very next day (a Saturday even!). They actually came to my home to treat my car seat with shampooing and a Biological treatment. It was so nice to be able to stay home and let them do their work in the garage. The guys were so so nice and explained everything very thoroughly. They did an amazing job, and MY CAR IS FINALLY ODOR FREE AGAIN! I’m so happy I could almost cry! I had Mark come out from Zerorez to clean my carpets that had met their match with a couple animal accidents. The spots were no match for Mark. He came in ready for action, was super friendly and walked me through everything he was doing. He took care of all the spots and left all the carpets n terrific shape. He was a delight to work with and would highly recommend him and Zerorez.

Alex did a great job! She was punctual, friendly, professional, and straightforward. She discussed several options for cleaning up pet stains but wasn’t pushy or try to sell me something I didn’t want. She made short time of cleaning my home and couches, but still did a thorough job. At the end, she did a walkthrough with me and explained what she did and found. At the end, she explained the Zerorez guarantee and options if the pet stains needed more intense cleaning. I would 10/10 recommend Zerorez!

Chose Zerorez because my girlfriend had a great experience with them in Spokane… This experience was anything but good… First visit the technician did a good job in one room and rushed through the other three and it didn’t look much better in those rooms… So anyway, we called back and they sent the same person out who spent more time and the two of the three looked better but one room had pet urine and was suggested we buy the deep clean and extra treatments. Was told it would dry in 24-48 hours. It was a week before it dried and then it smelled worse and had a heavy residue. It was like just putting your hands on the carpet you had to go wash em from the smell and residue on your hands and the stains were worse than when we started…. The bill was more than $700 for 4 rooms. We ended up going spending an hour with our portable carpet cleaner and stains and smell are gone… We should’ve just saved the money and used our own cleaner…

Nick and his coworker he was training did a wonderful job. I appreciated their timeliness, professionalism, attention to detail and general personalities. Both men were very kind. I have a door sign asking people to not ring or knock due to my overprotective dogs, but to please call or text. So many people ignore my sign-but they did not and I really really appreciated that! It’s the little things. My carpets already look markedly better, my vents are clean, and they gave me a rough estimate on cleaning my couch too. I look forward to future business with them!

Super friendly technician, did a good job. I’m only giving three stars because I feel like they’re way over price for the service. 30 minutes of work and my bill was $211. I believe if you shop this out they are probably the most expensive place in town. Also customer service told me when I booked that the technician could make an adjustment on my bill when he saw the actual size and work he did, and their manager came by and said no adjustments. We will be using another company moving forward.

I used Zerorez to have my carpets cleaned after a year of having a puppy (and messes). They were very professional and communicated with me every step of the process. When they showed up, they did a thorough sweep of my carpets and used a black light to find the hidden pet spots. My house is now odor free and my carpets look like they did when the house was built. I’m so happy with my experience!

Update- as soon as they saw the comment about the truck, they texted me and were prepared to send him back to clean the small oil spot in the driveway. I had already taken care of it but good on them for their proactive response.The carpets look great, but his truck left oil in my driveway.

Carpet cleaning tech was very respectful and fun to talk to. He made it clear that some stains depending on what they were caused from may not get removed fully, I understood and am still happy with the results. The smells are gone and most stains are removed.

Arrived on time, courteous, followed Covid protocol, explained process before and after, respected floors and corners by placing guards up.

Paid the online price for carpet cleaning. When the technician came out, he upsold us something that would help if any pet smells were brought up by the cleaning agent. Knowing the previous owners had pets, we added it on. He told us to contact them if it smelled and they would fix it. After calling the company to fix it, I was told it would be a minimum of $65 per room to fix any issues, and they could not tell me what the cost would be until they got on site to do the work. Now there are smells that were not there prior to the cleaning and I am out the initial cost. Would not recommend.

Worst experience of my life . Left dirt all over the place . Washable kids paint didn’t even come off and aside from that it smelled like dirt . On his way out he yelled at me nd told me I didn’t give him the right amount even tho I specifically asked him what it was going to be so I could go get change because he didn’t have any . I gave him what he said it would be he counted the money and screamed and stormed out saying I didn’t pay him what he was owed . I am shocked. And have never been treated so rudely .

Not impressed. I had high hopes because of all their ads and reviews but they could not even do basic cleaning that needed to be done in my living room as it is a higher traffic area. When pushing the furniture away you could see the difference. It looks like they did nothing. It still looks dirty. Will use someone else in the future. Too bad.

I called these guys to see if they could get stains out of the grout in my shower and was told absolutely. I let them know I had a previous company try and they couldnt do it. The gentleman on the phone who set up my appt told me that if they couldnt get it out there wouldnt be a charge. The zerorez cleaner showed up and looked surprised it was vertical tile. He had to call someone to see how to clean grout on a wall in the shower. He told me after speaking with there specialist that he was good to go and started working on the job. After about 30 mins he came to me and said he tried but couldnt get it cleaned. He then told me his boss said to charge me because he was supposed to do a little area but tried doing the whole thing. Not sure how its my fault that he wasnt trained properly or knew that he shouldve tried a small area but its laughable that I should pay for a Jon that wasnt completed and for a guy that didnt follow directions. I will never use this company for anything as I found out there mistakes will be placed on the consumer.
