Everyone that works in this office are absolute life-saving angels. Over the past three years Ive had the most excellent experience working with Carlos Gonzales and his associate Alyssa Hernandez! I cant recommend them enough - I have felt confident in the insurance plans they have helped me secure based off the life I live (motorcycles) and the income I make (pretty low, and motorcycles). Alyssa takes the extra step to double check her work and if anything looks amiss, she gets in touch with you ASAP to make sure the situation is resolved. This year I had a fraudulent email from Covered CA come into my email, I clicked it open and it changed all my pre-made settings, erasing the work Alyssa and I did in October (its now days away from the deadline!). Lucky for me, she saw this change, alerted me and fixed it so I would have the correct insurance for the coming year! 10/10 will continue to recommend! Thank you, Alyssa!! (and Carlos!)

Best Customer Support Ever, Carlos and Alyssa are always there to support any questions you may have and when looking at renewal plans all questions are answered allowing you the consumer to take the best decision on coverage. After doing the whole bureaucratic, phone call labyrinth runaround with Kaiser and Covered California for an hour too many, I finally somehow got connected to this branch of Farmers Insurance.
