They never stop being great. I had a few questions regarding coverage and Vic Cruz was on top of it. I had to share the agents name because he is the type of person thats comforting to talk to. We talked about possible situations involving insurance, pros and cons of approaches to making decisions in tough situations, he suggested beneficial services that can be added for particular situations, he was all around great. I am a satisfied State Farm customer, they need more people like Vic around.

I come from a family that will just wing it when it comes to end of life coverage. I decided that I would break family tradition and be responsible. Tara has been so wonderful! Tara is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I bought our first home so we shopped over 5 insurance providers, including working with an insurance broker, and no one even came CLOSE to Tara. It was obvious she was the one from the second we started speaking. Since insurance is a sales-based industry, I expected people I called to try to win my business, give me competitive rates etc. It couldnt have been further from the truth! Some people didnt call me back, were rude, and none of them fully explained the policy, even though I told them we were new home owners. Tara took almost an hour out of her day to explain all the policy details line by line so I could understand what they meant and where there was wiggle room. We ended up bundling our car insurance under Tara and I gave her a goal monthly number I wanted to hit - she was able to get it to that number without compromising any coverage that was important for us. Since then, any time I have a question or concern, she is prompt and super helpful. I couldnt recommend her more!
