Wow, what a pleasant experience! The staff were very knowledgeable, and took the time to research a technical problem my DP was attempting to solve.Upon arriving at the facility, check out was quite smooth and efficient. Theyd actually put a rush on our paperwork, and were issued credit within 30 minutes of completing it.The gear was itemized and bar-coded in a simple manner, and the technicians were friendly while we waited for check out.Upon return, the staff recognized us and greeted us by name. Well definitely be renting from Alternative again!
