My watch wasnt working well so i brought it here to get it fixed and was very happy to have received it promptly

I left a watch to get repaired and after almost 3 weeks they told me that they need to send it to the Invicta Dealer to get it fix. So I just ask to get it back. Than they call me telling me that they broke the band do the watch so they need it another week to get it replaced, so I say ok(mistakes happens to anyone), but for my surprise when I went to get back the put a different band and also different color and cheap too pretending that I will just take it as is, of course I say no. So I have to wait another week to get the original band install back.Won’t come back anymore

Was looking for a bracelet to purchase for my mother during the holidays. I have visited multiple jewelry stores located inside the malls. I have heard of Ariels jewelry store but was skeptical for I did not recognize it as a national brand name. Boy was I wrong. A very professional, knowledgeable, jewelry clerk, by the name of Rachel, was very patient with me and took the time to show me different options. I am very happy with the purchase. First of all I want to make it clear that the service of the girls who work in the store is excellent, but I made a purchase and had it recorded 10 days ago and they still have not delivered my clothes that is a lack of respect Because when you are there buying they tell you that in 3 days and I am already going for 10.
