Incredible service, my iPhone repair was ready before the time I asked them which shows professionalism, but not just that, they told me it wasn’t what I thought it was and they still gave me a deal ! I gotta say from all the multi carrier stores Simple Mobile is the only store that gave me service with a smile also was able to fix and activate my Galaxy S6. From having water damage the tech made it look like new and the price was reasonable alot less that these other guys. The plus was that i got my phone in a few hrs.. Thanks Simple Mobile

The women that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional she hangs the phone on you and then when I call back she sends me to voicemail. I think this is not fair cuase we spend our hard working money on buying there products for them to treat us like that Im dont recommend this place to no one or at least if u want to feel like crab and waste your money go ahead and waste your time.. The guys workers are good is just that female thats rude...
