I have been needing some maintenance that I could count on instead of picking and choosing an auto repair shop, which hasnt worked out for me very well. I was overdue for an oil change, and took a chance on Jiffy Lube. It was an entirely new situation for me. I returned a few weeks later because they had recommended that I replace my rear brakes . It turned out that it was a battery emergency because my current battery had died flat like a lithium battery would die. The precision in the way that these people managed my needs as well as several other cars is nothing short of amazing.

Spent 4+ hours after only being told a 1 hour wait and when they finally started working said it would be only a 1 1/2 hour procedure and now Im walking home pregnant because they need to keep my car overnight. Been here since they opened. Do not recommend

The mechanics were very friendly and helpful. They checked so many things on my vehicle I cant recall them all. They explained what they were doing and why and got a whole lot of stuff done in about 30 minutes.

Fast and friendly, best part is time to wait for A/C recharge was accurate.

These guys were great. Got my oil changed, brakes bled and new wipers for less than $300. They knew how to work on my 1983 Chevy van. Something not all service places will deal with.

Everything was great until they poured oil into the engine and spilled some on the top of the engine. Cleaned it up, but should have slowed the pour down. Over flowed the funnel. 😡😡

Im very picky about my vehicles maintenance. The Tumwater store has consistently given me outstanding personal and professional service. They are so good, that Im forgoing free lube service at a local dealership (Where Ive consistently had poor service) to pay for superior service at this Jiffy Lube.

Super fast! One of the attendants was really great telling me he didnt want to work on my brake valves because they were too tight, and his boss would be able to work on them. He didnt feel comfortable. Thank you for being honest! Ill be back shortly for the rest of the services I need done!

I don’t know what their pricing is based off of, and they have made it impossible to find pricing on their website, but I thought it was very strange that my brother was able to get his work truck oil changed for about $60 and my boyfriend was able to get the oil in his vehicle changed for the cost of about $40, but the price options I was given for my car, for a single oil change, was either going to cost me over $80, or over $100. Just for an oil change... Usually I buy what my car requires and my brother or dad help me change the oil. Someone told me they go get their oil changed for a decent price and it is cost effective, and I know nothing is free but I wasn’t expecting to pay over $100 to get my oil changed when the materials usually only cost my car $30 or less. I am only giving three stars because the service was quick and staff was very friendly, but I will probably not get any other work done here because I feel like they are quoting me at an unfairly high rate in comparison to other people I know who also get services here.

You never know always double check your oil level for some reason they like to fill above the max fill line.

2019 Nissan Versa. Got an oil change with blended oil. Costs $70 after a $10 coupon was applied. Expensive for my taste. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Im giving this location a 2 star review because yes I was very happy with my visit, however i specifically asked them to check my all my fluids. They marked them all Full and sent me on my way. Less than a month later a handful of lights pop up on my dashboard... So I checked under the hood, turns out everyone of my fluids is almost completely empty! I wouldnt care if they didnt fill them and just told me they were low.

Whoever Timothy is he gave my wife full synthetic for her rav4, asking if she wants to get the same oil as before even though she’s always had conventional? Made what was supposed to be a 60 to 70 dollar oil change cost 127? So if your looking to get your old lady up charged when she’s alone because she doesn’t know the difference between types of oil send her here!

Arrived not thinking about the current pandemic and surprised that you stay in your vehicle while you get your service done, makes sense. Arrived to a guy named Cody who greeted me guided me into the bay. I drove into the bay seeing about 5-6 guys working three bays of vehicles in a coordinated effort. These guys didn’t stop the 30 minutes I got all my fluids swapped. They were communicative of what they were doing and the price. I was very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of the techs here. Happy to see that people still take pride in their job and offer excellent service for the price! You’ve gained a new loyal customer.

Amazing service! After our oil change when our car wouldnt start Cody took the time to figure out the problem and resolve it. In the end it was a quirky security system in our car. Their name says it all. But let me say a little more anyway. They are fast. Very fast. Very very fast. They are super friendly and always work in teams which is why they are so fast. Plus that there is free popcorn while you wait. But they are so fast that you dont have time to even eat your popcorn. Lol. Super salesmen....always pushing the sale but only if your mileage suggests it. Or if your car appears to need it. Never seen them push something on me that I didnt need. Always get a senior discount here,or if your military ask for your discount.

Yesterday I noticed that the rear passenger window in my Jeep Liberty 2003 was not working quite right. I could hear the motor trying to move the window up but it wouldnt budge once it had been rolled. The highest I could move my window up was about 2 inches from the top when I pulled it up with my hands. I really didnt want to take it into a repair shop just to pay a $180 diagnostic fee to tell me the window was broken, nor did I want to scour youtube for a video that could simply explain how to repair the window. Stuck between a rock and a hard place, I remembered I went to jiffy lube to help me switch out a hard to reach headlight in an old ford expedition a few years back. I recently went there for a oil change and was impressed by the helpful and accommodating nature of the employees. I decided to head back to see if they could help me with this problem. When I rolled up and explained the situation, Cody did not hesitate in forming a plan of action and within 10 minutes he had removed the panel on my rear passenger door, popped my window back into the motorized track and replaced everything so that you couldnt even tell that the panel was ever removed. He did all this free of charge and on top of that, took the time to explain what he was doing step-by-step should this ever happen again. I was blown away by Codys professionalism and dedication to his clientele even when the situation was outside the scope of their usual service. He has secured my business at this Jiffy Lube as well as my customer satisfaction. Made my day! BOTTOM LINE: Great service and even greater people!

The crew was timely and efficient. The experience at the Tumwater Jiffy Lube was one of the best I have experienced when it came to fast-service oil changes. Cody was very professional and did not push me in anyway to get a service I did not want. I read some reviews before going here some weren’t good reviews but it was Saturday and I just dropped off my daughter to cheer and this was closeAs I start to pull in I see 2 cars being worked on and another car pulled in front of me but as they walked us inside to sit and have coffee and popcornIt was done in about 5 minutes before I knew it my car was outside and I had 4 guts washing my windows they even vacuum the inside and it took them 5 minutes to do both carsSo this is a great place very friendly and quick I’ll be back

Good place for oil change and minor maintenance. Price is competitive but I love having the free top off service. When I need to have my oil checked between changes they will check for free add whatever needs to be added including washer fluid radiator fluid oil. Very friendly and great group of employees. Im a customer for life!

I went to Jiffy lube in tumwater today. My car was smoking. I had my kids with me. I took it right to them. They was very understanding, caring. I didnt have the money to fix my car. They all stepped in a fixed it. The manger told me not to worry about it they have it. I highly recommend them! Thank you again for helping me.

This location has been the best one I’ve ever used! I’ve visited other locations for stop ins and no other location compares to the Tumwater location. The staff is all very friendly and great at what they do. This location is the most consistent in quality, from vacuuming the car out to the smiles on the employee faces as you arrive. Definitely our go to shop!

I was out of town this weekend, and pulled into this place for a quick oil change. I was very impressed with how fast, effective and professional the staff was. Ian and James were especially fabulous.

After I got to Jiffy Lube it was apparent that my radiator had just blown some pin holes was spraying all over the engine compartment. I had to drive across the state after the oil change but was in a bind from not having a functional radiator. They called a parts store, found a new radiator and installed it for me, along with changing the belt and the oil change so I did not have to call around town to find a shop that could fix it last moment. I dont think I was there longer than 90 minutes and they took care of everything. I know that is not something they normally do, so I just want to say thank you and show my appreciation. Ill be back many times over. Thank you!

While on a solo trip from the Portland area to a retreat center on an island in BC, Canada, I had some bad and out of the blue car trouble. I rolled into this Jiffy Lube, hoping to get some help or at least some idea as to why every warning light on my dash was on! I had a reservation for a 12:45 ferry out of Port Angeles and had to check in by 11:45. Cody R. and his crew were pretty much my heroes, identifying and fixing the problem within just over 30 minutes, sending me on my way to check in at the ferry, literally at 11:46..phew! Im beyond grateful to them and so very happy to have made it the rest of the way to my destination and home again safely! Thank you so much Cody. Your help was immeasurable and youve got a great crew. Wish I lived closer so I could make this my regular Jiffy Lube!
