Well they should move quicker in regards to processing paperwork. Most of the times my cargo is TD Flash but they still treat it as regular cargo it happened before that I stayed over 2 hrs just to process docs with cargo priority + 1 extra hour to be received at the whse. Thanks for reviewing.
Terrible service... Slow, uncaring staff, they dont care if you have to wait for three hours. No restrooms, have to wait outside.
Unbelievably slow. 3-4+ hours to pick up, and guess what, they keep bathroom closed...
All in all its not that bad compared to China eastern air France or qatar
The lady who was at the reception, main office was so nice!The guys loading freight are faster and responding to questions positively.

The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because they have a very clean restroom besides Delta and hong kong but service wise they are slow so be prepared to wait 1 to 2 hrs with attitudes
Use a different shipper. This place needs to update their customer experience. There is little to no guidance through any of the process.I have come to the conclusion that the office workers are completely inept. After they checkYou in, you receive no further instruction.

Their cargo system is broken. As a customer, you want things as seem less as possible. They are quite the opposite. They spend 10 mins opening and stamping menila folders and entering comp data for another 10 mins, just to send you to another warehouse in a cage like a dog to wait another 30 mins for them to get your cargo. All other LAX cargos like American, southwest, United, you just read them a number and they immediately retrieve your package. I cant stand Luthanza, headache and waste of time, everytime!
Rude and slow staff. when you take a ticket to the queue it does not mean anything, because the whole queue will pass in front of you according to the coupons and your number will remain behind, there is no order and logic. Just awful

Waited over 4 hours then was told they stop sign in at 11 and to leave. Now they are charging me 800 dollars for storage. This place is full if lazy and slow moving people. Lufthansa is a horrible company to do business with. The genuinely do not care.
