JetBlue is my fave airline and I’ve taken the red-eye home to NYC multiple times. Before COVID, there were many options for food. For this flight, we only had this Mexican spot open. Food and experience were OK, but lots of frustrated folks in the terminal.

My first time flying JetBlue. Seats are a little snug but good thing middle seats are empty. So that makes up for it. Great leg room as well.

Worst experience Ive ever had with an airline. My connecting flight was delayed and the counter personnel lied to us about the issue. We waited 4 hours to be told that the issue is fixed. Then, delayed another 12 hours because they wanted to let the flight attendants sleep (though the pilot just started his shift and was well rested). This was a red eye flight, they offered nothing to compensate us and just called it an extended delay. No hotel voucher either. I had to sleep in the airport. The other people flying almost started a riot at the ticket counter. They were booing the staff as they walked off to sleep. It seemed so unbelievable but the hard reality is that its true and took a day of my vacation away from me. The worst part is that jet blue just gets away with this terrible service...

Fast Efficient and convenient services offered with seat amenities. Free wifi all flight long kept me connected to family, free in-flight entertainment, free electric charging ports, and the seat spacing is honorably mentioned to be generous. Crew is knowledgeable and willing to assist and answer any question. Best flight experience to which look forward to the next time I fly.

This trip was a breeze. Flight attendants were attentive and kind. Empty middle seats for a comfortable flight. Nice choice of snacks and drinks. Screens and content were great. The flight was smooth. I flew with 3 kids (13, 10 and 5) and they didnt complain once!

The manager stated the flight is delayed due to the weather for 3 hrs. but the other jet blue flight is on time departing half an hour later to the same destination. She mentioned you have to stay here for 4 hrs just in case our flight could be leaving earlier. otherwise youre missing your flight. Later an agent told my wife that the aircraft left Florida and will be here 1:16 AM. If you know our departure time why you are playing a game? well, obviously money is more important than passengers. We were late for the work for four hours. Who pays for that?

The parking at LAX was horrendous this morning, and I ended up missing my flight...luckily the staff at Jet Blue walked me through the process of rebooking. Lance Love was the representative who helped me, and he turned my whole day around! They got me on my way with no hassle. Another customer even came up to thank him while he was helping me; it seems like he makes a habit of making everyone’s day! I’ll definitely be flying with JetBlue again.

Jet Blue SFO what can I say your customer service is overwhelming terrific. It starts when you first arrive and you have electronic check in. As you proceed to bag drop you are courteous and friendly. Than once at the gate you quickly start the boarding process. You do not call the next group until the first group has completely cleared. Thus minimal wait standing and once onboard quickly seated. On this last flight I witnessed an unhappy passenger whos seat did not go back as they did not realize the first row in the exit row never does not to block the exit door. They were accommodated with a different seat and made happy.They give unlimited snacks and soft drinks. Being it was such a long flight I purchased a soba noodle and grilled chicken. Along with a sparkling wine for $18. Than went back to working on my laptop enjoying the free internet. When I was done I had a choice of many shows as well as a nice music selection. It makes the nearly 6 hours fly by so to speak.

First I want to THANK everyone for the great attitude and the great response to my moms needs, she has high blood pressure and diabetic also her first time traveling by her self, the trip was long but everyone was very attentive THANK YOU AGAIN.NOW I think the prices for the 3rd baggage is completly unreasonable $150 to $200 for a 3rd bag is way too much.1st bag $25-- 2nd bag $40 but the website does not specify the prices after that unless you actually spend sometime reading and clicking every single link.Im sure if your prices dropp a little bit like $75 a lot more ppl will consider Delta more often it will make you more competitive.

Sitting and waiting for more than an hour after landing in a few hundred feet from a gate just because they cant find a free gate and park us. Nothing heard from the crew... Nothing from the capitan... JetBlue, just rediculous service...
