Corbin is amazing! I noticed a large nest of bees in the front and called Corbin. He came out an hour later and fixed the problem. He also noticed another nest on top of the roof. He was very attentive and professional. This company is great!

CRegular service which was 5 months late. Having trouble contacting the Terminix service in Boone since all calls evidently go through the triad - Winston-Salem area. I am having trouble getting in touch again to talk to a wildlife person about squirrels in my mobile home - 3 contacts already and no answer. Receptionists are nice and seem helpful but no results. The technician, I believe his name was Dave; Ive had him once before and he does a great job. I am disappointed in my service and I have been a customer for 11 yrs.

Excellent customer service and very professional staff. You can’t go wrong working with this team. They take care of two of our homes and are very responsive whenever we call. Love them!

We live in a rural setting with pastures and woods all around us and have ongoing seasonal pest needs. The folks at Terminix have always responded in a timely and professional manner. They have treated for multiple critter/pest issues and I have, especially, appreciated their willingness to take time to educate me about the critters and pests and ways to keep them at bay. Great service. We had a huge yellow jackets nest last summer and the person that takes care of us came out within an hour. Always prompt friendly, and takes care of any bug issues we may have. Would highly recommend

Weve been Terminix customers for 11 years and Kevin has been our service person for most of that time. Not only does he keep us carpenter ant and spider free, weve gotten to know him and delight in following the progress of his little boy. When we ask, he produces photos and we feel like hes more than a service guy. Its nice to do business with somebody whos on time, polite and has made the effort to see us as people, not just customers. In turn, we see him that way, too. The office staff have been great, too. My mountain house is located off-the-grid for all practical purposes; but the service techs have always been able to show exactly when they say that they will!

I have used Terminix for many years. I am on the quarterly program. If there is ever an issue that arises in between scheduled visits, they are prompt to get out to my home and take care of the issue. The technicians are all super friendly and passionate.

My experience with Terminix has been great! They are easy to get in touch with, and punctual. Most important is that the treatment they decide upon works!

Our Terminx technician always does a great job. Asks if we have any specific problems. Cobwebs on the eaves are cleaned off, basement is treated with a citronella product so it isnt toxic, and exterior of home is sprayed. Definitely, less bugs than previously. Thanks, Terminix.

Due to the very damp spring and summer, this year, carpenter ants found themselves a new home. Terminix in Boone was wonderful and so prompt in coming each time they were called! We could not have asked for better service! Thank goodness the carpenter ants and uncles are no longer with us. Thank you Terminix!

We were home and met the exterminator who visited on 5/14/19. He was very nice, professional. Explained what he was looking for on his inspection.Seemed very knowledgeable.

Great service! They came out immediately to knock out a couple of wasps nests, which was extremely helpful. There is still some remnants of some of the wasp nests in certain areas; but no wasps live there.I was persuaded to join their quarterly plan and havent regretted it a bit. They come out once a quarter, and I hardly ever see an unwanted pest anymore at all! Its truly peaceful living in this house!

Service is great, always on time and the staff is very professional, including those in the office.. We discovered we needed major work done in our crawl space. Daniel, and his crew, worked tirelessly for over 2 weeks to get it done and done right! They are a dedicated group of people and we highly recommend them.
