So, I purchased tickets back in November for a Trip in May, however I needed to be there sooner due to my Fiances Interview getting moved up.I called the airline and pleaded with them to move the dates. I already paid 800.00 for the flight. They act like they are going to help me, and keep me on the phone for like 2 hours, and then tell me that they could help me, but it will cost an additional $1800.00. What a Joke, these guys are dumb as hell. I would recommend finding another airline to fly with. I cant believe how little companies care about customer service now days.
Clean, good lighting and lots of electric sockets. Even better if the sockets can take multiple pins. Reasonable selection of drinks and food. Will be nice to have more tidbits.
My first time flight with Singapore Airline was a super.I booked a month earlier, comparing air fares with other airlines to Asia.I picked this airline in Premium Economy seat.In one word, an affordable price with good service during a flight is unforgettable and unbeatable.I ordered my own menu during a round trip. Quality not too excellent but was enough to enjoy a flight meal. The seat is wide, with leg rest, usb ports and nice updated movies to enjoy a long flight. One one thing bothered was a toilet facility which you have to share with Economy class.Im already planning my summer vacation with Singapore Airline 😊The Premium Economy class is divided section with few seats.A convenient pouch with socks, toothbrush and toothpaste is offered and the best is noise canceling headsets which really blocks all noise so you can enjoy a movie or have a sleep.
Excellent airline. Friendly staff on and off the plane. Premium economy is the way to go for international flights.
Best airline. Best food. Best service
We heard of how great service Singapore Airlines (SG) for decades but only till our recent travel to Japan did we travel in business class as it was less expensive than the competition. My first impression of their business class seats were these huge oversize, overbuilt, overpriced at roughly three times the cost over an economy ticket. The climate comfort was lacking for us through SG, lacking individual air vents and the temperature was too warm for us resulting in constant persperation and relocation further back in the plane after mentioning it was too warm twice.I wasnt comfortable lying flat on their rearranged seat vibrating in the flight. Someone had to make the bed and then change it back. The seat tray out cramped my comfort and made it more difficult too get in and out of my seat. The entertainment screen on the back was very good as well as their international film selection was better than the usual Hollywood stuff mostly brainless entertainment. Its enlighting to see films with thought, heart, food for the mind. The food was pretty good, but they ran out of bread rolls. The grilled Arctic Char was cooked beautifully and and overdone.Overall, we werent very comfortable and would not likely choose another SG flight.
Good service and a lot help with us. NenaH
