Danielle, usually store manager from Livermore, delayed her lunch so she could not have provided a better first cut in the Tri-Valley! She looked dazzling and listened to most of my suggestions. Hard for anyone around here to top.

Easy to make appointment and good quality for an, admittedly, easy mens hairstyle to cut. Good social distancing and friendly service. Nothing exceptional but everything that I needed.

Great haircut. Even with logging in before hand and getting an approximate time, it was still a half hour wait. Not really their fault as they cant know who is going to show up or not show up. There was a person in line ahead of me who never came. Good COVID rules in place--temperature, hand sanitizer, masks, plexiglass between stations.

Very disappointed with my experience with sport clips! The check in lady was awesome, but my hair lady was rude and short. Her excuse was she was tired . I don’t care how tired or how hungover you are . If you’re in the customer service industry don’t party the night before or whatever! Happy face when you open those doors or get a different job. Pearl was a complete disaster! My whole experience with her was a complete joke. She needs to go back to training . She completely destroyed my hair. Now I have to wear a hat for a week or two to hide my horrible haircut! I could have went to a nail salon for this haircut! Best thing about this place was the woman’s soccer . Go somewhere else!

I love this store. The staff is very friendly and knows me and my kids by name when we enter. We are always greeted with a smile and a hello. I appreciate how they keep accurate notes about how I like my haircut and ask me if I want to do the same thing or change it up any. I give this place the highest recommendation possible. I have never been disappointed; they always exceed my expectations.

Ive been very happy with my haircuts from Amberlyn as well as from the service from the team at Sport Clips Pleasanton. Theyre very friendly and attentive to my needs. Reasonable priced with friendly Stylists. The place looks and advertises hair cut for men, but they also cut hair for women.I also like that it is walkable distance from my work.

Perle did a great job on my hair. Check reviews before you arrive and book online it appears Perle and Jaime are the all stars. If Im ever in the area again Ill be back.

Been going to this spot for years and Jamie has always keep me and the boys looking good. So why the two stars... simple. Since they’ve transitioned to their new online check in feature the appointments are a mess.4 of the last 5 times I’ve booked an appointment and received a text stating my stylist will be ready in 10 minutes. Yet upon arrival I’m still left waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to just over an hour this last time.The idea behind online check ins is legit. Their execution has been horrible and seems to be getting worse instead of better. Sad as I’ve always liked Jamie but since Sports Clips doesn’t respect my time I found a spot that does... Golden State Barber Shop in Pleasanton is the new go to!!!

As a first timer at this location, got free shampoo/hot towel. I usually get very simple buzz cut. Sport Clips is perfect for that.

Got me right in. Jamie was my stylist. Haircut, beard trim, shampoo and a pretty great scalp massage. If I lived in Dublin/Pleasanton area I would come back like clockwork to this place.

Good cuts at a fair price. Some stylists are better than others of course, so if you find one you like, stick with them.

I went into Sports Clips Pleasanton soon after they opened. Kristen and another employee came out of the back room and Kristen told her employee she was taking this one. She used the clippers on my left side and cut cut all the way to where I parted my hair, She use used scissors on the top of my head and cut my hair 2 from my scalp. She also used scissors on the right side of my head cutting chunks at random. After this butcher job she told me to close my eyes so I wouldnt get hair in them and then used a blow dryer to blow the hair off of me. She asked if I wanted jell and I said ok. She never used a comb at any time. She went to the check stand and opened the drawer and took out 2.00 dollars. I gave her a 20.00 and she told me it was 18.00 for my hair cut. No receipt. I even tipped her not knowing what she had done to me. I couldnt go out of the house for a month till my hair started to grow back. My hair was a mess.They have no concern for their customers, No contact phone number except the shop. How do they screen their staff, what protection does a customer have after they put the cape around your neck? DONT GO TO SPORTS CLIPS. I have had bad hair cuts and Im sure everyone has but nothing like this. Maybe Ill seek legal help.

They offered a coupon on website. Dishonoured it saying they are no longer Sports clips. Fraud.I followed up on email for 5 days.. after that they chose to ignore. Rude.

Good stylists, standard Sportclips setup. It can be a bit of a long wait (upwards of an hour) at times, so make use of the website to check wait times and book into the queue.
