We were on the search for a Le Vain Chocolate Diamond wedding ring πŸ’Ž and striking out everywhere. Honestly, we were starting to get discouraged when we started calling various jewelry stores. Laura answered and she was so enthusiastic when we asked if they had chocolate diamonds at Jared, that it made us so excited to check them out. This was our very first experience ever with Jared. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly greeted and Adrian ended up helping us. Now, first off I can be picky and we were looking for that perfect wedding ring. They had some very nice chocolate diamond rings, but they just werent thee one. So, he carefully listened and started showing us other options that they could get in. During this search, we found some very nice rings, and then we found thee πŸ’ one! Adrian was very knowledgeable about the chocolate diamonds and Le Vain. He explained and showed us the differences with the grades of the chocolate diamonds. Something we had zero knowledge of ourselves, but made us feel even better about the one we had chosen. He also shared with us where they were discovered and when and even when the mine sadly dried up (as the chocolate diamonds are absolutely beautiful). It was quite interesting and impressive. We did have a little bit of a concern about maintaining this ring, as we had been told by other jewelers that no one could fix or maintain the black rhodium that was on the chocolate diamond rings. They quickly reassured us that was not true and they have the ability right there to service the ring and to repair the rhodium if ever needed. At that point, we were totally sold and purchased this very beautiful wedding ring. So many other places were so pushy to get that sale, like a used car salesman. Not here. They were all so pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive, professional and no pressure what so ever. It was very reassuring to find a business with those qualities.Honestly, without the amazing customer service experience from Adrian we probably would have left and just thought about it, as this was a major decision.Additionally, during our search of the perfect ring, I had asked about the Le Vain company and Adrian shared with us the history and where they are currently located along with where they began and their envolvement with the chocolate diamonds. (Im sure I could have found most of that information online, but it wouldnt have been the same) For us it made this ring even that much more special on top that it is a custom ring. Another thing is that Le Vain names everything after food, so my ring is a strawberry gold ring with chocolate and vanilla diamonds! πŸ’ŽAfter this wonderful experience, Jared will be our first choice when looking for jewelry.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Jared. Pricing seams fair shopping around. They have repaired at no cost and no wait on a couple items including a broken necklace clasp. Free jewelry cleaning in the Sonic cleaner and steamer. I never feel pressured when I stop in to get jewelry cleaned and checked. They always have coffee and bottled water available.

My boyfriend and I came to the Lynnwood location, looking for an engagement ring and were very nervous since we had little experience in the jewelry department.We had the best experience with every staff member, especially the manager. He took the time to explain different kinds of diamonds/bands, helping us choose the right one. We felt very welcomed and we are very happy with the service.I highly recommend this location, and will myself be going there again.

I had purchased a ring on line which did not fit. We were welcomed into the store and treated extremely well. They not only took the ring back, but ordered the correct size which was delivered to our home in 3 days. While the order was being processed they took both of our wedding rings which were purchased elsewhere and cleaned and polished them! I have never seen them sparkle so much!

More and more I see businesses losing me as a future customer over bad customer service, why is it so hard to find? I called about getting five items looked at to make sure they were real and not a fake. I even offered to pay for the service before the gentleman on the phone asked how many I had, I told him five. Then he said I would do 1-2 but not 5. I dont even know how to respond to someone like that. Did he really have to get back to candy crash that bad? This was only my 2nd time doing or attempting to do business with them but I can tell you it will be my last.

If you need an appointment I completely understand and am more than willing to comply but nowhere on their website did it state that an appointment was needed so we didnt think twice about it. We drove out only to find out they cant see us for over 2 hours! Completely ridiculous! If you want people to schedule an appointment let them know! The person I talked to on the phone was very nice but his answer was because some stores dont need an appointment and others do, they dont put it on the website. Thats absurd and backwards! At least put that some stores require an appointment and to call to confirm. That seems to be logical but apparently not. But thankfully we went to Shane Co. instead and they were wonderful, we purchased what we needed, and they got a repeat customer.

I understand we are dealing with COVID-19. They gave us the runaround and put us on a waiting list that didn’t exist. Just make sure you have an appointment. If they tell you one thing it’s going to be the other. I don’t recommend dealing with them during COVID-19. If you have a warranty issue I feel bad for you. Good luck

We called Jared after we were treated poorly at Zales in the Alderwood mall. The moment we walked in we were greeted and offered services. The gentleman ensured that the could fix the prong on my ring and clean it with out problem. It would only take a week! Which is quick in my books. Another couple walked in. Instead of leaving us along he the other couple know one of the sales members will be with them shortly. My husband must have truly enjoyed his customer service because I was able to pick out a few necklaces I liked to try on and my husband did not contest. He even found a new wedding band. My husband is a in and out kind of guy when it comes to shopping especially at jewelry store. Safe to say we will only be coming to Jared for all of your jewelry needs from now on.

I have absolutely no idea what these other people are talking about. Every time I walk into this store I am treated like I am The Queen shopping for exotic jewels. Gary Lee is the absolute best in the business and he understood what we were looking for in an engagement ring. We had gone in several times, and the last time at the La Vian trunk show as soon as I walked in the door he pulled out the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. He had seen It when It came in and set it aside for me. It was like it was made for me. And we were shopping on a budget so its not like he was going to make a mint off of commission from us. I do not give my word lightly but I so very highly recommend this Jareds. They have a customer for life in me.

NO more purchases from this company. My husband bought me a $10,000 necklace for Christmas. The necklace was gorgeous but not real practical for a gal like me. Unfortunately my husband had to undergo back surgery twice in the month of January and I was 3 days late in attempting to return the necklace for something a little more practical. Assuming they would be understanding I took the necklace back and was told sorry our store policy is 30 days for returns. I explained the situation and was told the same thing. Interestingly enough, when I went to the store the first time the gal helping me told me only her manager could make that decision and she didnt think it would be a problem but he was out of the office until the following day. When I returned to the store the next day the manager told me only his manager could make the call. Sounds to me like in some situations they do adjust their policy. Just not for us. That is our last purchase from this company. They do not believe in customer service, or give a damn about their customers. Signed, Bills wife.

If I could I would give negative stars. Waited 40 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I had walked into the store. I just needed an item repaired. They said it would be no problem took my Id took the lady another 30 minutes to figure out how to write it up. Then when I go to pick it up they said even with the receipt that I dropped it off and my ID I couldn’t pick it up only the person that purchased it for me. Warning don’t leave your jewelry here for any reason especially if it was a gift because your not getting it back. I even have the receipt of when it was purchased.

Lack customer service skills. Took a piece of jewelry in for a repair with our extended service plan. Another Jared out of state fixed a similar issue for no cost while this one wanted $200 to fix it even though it is an issue of shoddy workmanship. Go somewhere else.

The staff is very helpful and kind, but the store manager is very rude. He was rude to me and my son in the store and my husband over the phone. We talked to the general manager and he was very nice, apologized, and fixed our issue. Its sad that one person can cause such a bad experience. I still go there for my ring inspection, but avoid the in store manager.

I received a gold chain, as a Christmas present, that had been ordered on line. It had a broken piece right out of the box. I went to the Lynnwood store to get it fixed and sized.Turns out it broke 3 times total, in a short time, needing 3 repairs, but I lost interest after the 2nd break. I think might have been a return, that was messed up, but could look new, till worn. It was a bad situation for me, long drives and grief, but in the end, customer service was good, I was able to get a total refund or exchange. I picked out a beautiful bracelet, with expert help. I’m happy now, and in the end, that’s all that matters. Wasn’t their fault I got the lemon of bracelets, it wasn’t from that store.

Heres my awesome story: I swear this review is for JARED but it went down like this....We are referred to Shane Co with our close family and friends because the warranty and the quality is the best they said. Me and my husband are newlyweds. We recently got married and purchased our wedding bands to ShaneCo. I ordered a separate wedding band with diamonds which will cost my husband 1200. I just have to wait 6-8 weeks, basically it needs to be resized because of my fluffy fingers. During this visit, we were told that we dont have to pay for the other wedding band, until its completed and we are given a tentative date of feb 7th. Well, from Dec 27-Feb 23 nothing happened. Feb 22, for the first time, we were told that we need to pay upfront in order for my wedding band to be made. Theres a lot of miscommunication and people involved that I walked out of Shane Co in tears.After the event at Shane Co, we went to Jared. At their parking lot, I was in tears. I tried to wipe away my tears but i cant stop it from falling. We went inside Jared and was greeted by Gary. I explained to him that my husband didnt made me cry and it was the experience from Shane Co. So we told him, what happened and it was the best experience after that. He made sure that it will be HAPPY tears by the time i walked out of their store. He only made me wait 6 hours for my ring this day and not 6-8 weeks. He actually listened to what i wanted and understands my husbands budget. Of course, we went over lol but my husband just wanted me to be happy (Thats why i married him!) and Gary helped him.Thank you to Gary and to (Jared Galleria of Jewelry) for making my dream ring come true!GO TO JARED instead and see Gary Lee (Jewelry specialist). Hes the BEST!

Pour customer service.After going in to cancel a lay away it took 2 weeks to get my money back.2 weeks ago my girlfriend and I put a ring on lay away, so we could shop around some more.We discovered someone we know is in the jewelry business, so we decided to give her our business.That day we called to cancel our lay away, and our sales rep, Leia, told us we had to go in person to get our money back. Ive never heard of such a thing, but whatever, thats fine.We go in, she asks for details about what we got instead, and processes the refund. We sign, shake hands, and bid farewell, planning to return in the future for non ceremonial jewelry.2 days later she supposedly called and left a voice mail.5 days later she calls back and tells me she left a voice mail (not appearing on any of my phones (work, cell, and home.)) and she informs me that instead of refunding my deposit, she had charged my card a second time, and Id have to back in, again.I didnt want to go back in a third time, so I spoke to the manager. I live more than 90 minutes away from that store, but am in the area, 45 minutes away, weekly. I do not drive, and would have to Uber to their store. He understood this, but claims there is absolutely nothing I could do, and they couldnt compensate me for me $75+ in unexpected Uber fair, ore my 90 minutes round trip in time, to correct their mistake. He was very unhelpful in telling me to call their corporate office.I call the office, and after finally getting ahold of someone, the staff was able to convince the store to send a check to the head office, and then the head office will refund my card. I use future tense, because they say it could be another week before I see my money.They refused to over night the check to the main office, not caring that theyre holding $400 of mine for 2 weeks after they were supposed to have refunded it.The head office was great, very responsive, and I feel they were doing the best they could to help.I liked a fair bit of the jewelry they had on offer, but I would never purchase from this store due to my experience with Leia and the manager. Gary was fantastic to deal with, and I feel as if he was my sales person, this mistake and subsequent sluggish solution surely would have not happened.If you have to buy from one of the big stores, go to Blue Nile. They have the same clarity of diamonds, with better cut, butter color, and equal price. Furthermore, while they do not offer lab stones, they do ensure all of theirs are 100% conflict free, and tracable to the mine they were pulled out of.

When purchasing my ring, I was told the guarantee was contingent on my visiting the store every 6 months for a short inspection. My most recent visit, I was told it would take over 40 minutes to do the inspection and the store would be closed at that point, so I would need to leave my ring there and come back again (1-hour round-trip by car).I asked to speak to a manager and waited 15 minutes only to be told that the manager was probably too busy to see me. Ive spoken to Jared customer service and they were not very helpful and told me they cant promise that the ring can be inspected in any sort of time frame.Unless you want hours of your time wasted, and really poor customer service, you should avoid this place at all costs. Its really not worth the frustration and hassle. We bought another ring nearby at Zales and have had no issues there so far.

I had a wedding set diamond that the jeweler at Jared cracked the main diamond during cleaning and lowering the prong with his drill, the prong fell off in the store when I picked it up and they had put rhodium on my prongs of gold. Why would they do that to my ring? It was very poor workmanship.The manager was rude they did not honor the replacement policy and would not respond at the regional office. They also covered my gold with rhodium and complety ruined my wedding ring. I had to take my ring elsewhere.They are rude and I would not take a Cracker Jack ring for them to clean or repair or buy anything there at all if you want them to stand behind it. I will never buy anything there again.

Was going to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring here. As soon as we saw the no firearms sign on the door we did a 180 and left. Any business that is idiotic enough to think a sign will keep out criminals does not deserve my money. The only people you keep out with that sign is law abiding citizens. Since I am a member of the military and have a legal concealed carry pistol permit I will always avoid a business that has this sign on the door. You are putting a bulls-eye on yourselves to criminals who know there will be no one like me in the store to protect you. Hope the manager/owner or whoever came up with this idea realizes it is hurting their business and putting their employees and customers in possible harms way. I will go elsewhere to buy my girlfriends engagement ring.
