I came to get my nails done for my birthday weekend on Sunday 10.03.21 and I showed the woman a picture of the shape I wanted before she started. She said she can do it and got to work. When she was done my nails where over filed to the point the shape of the nails was smaller than my nail bed (shown in pictures), some nails are pointed and some nails are round, and length is uneven; both hands don’t even look the same, and acrylic is way too close to the cuticle. Over $100 for my nails and they look embarrassing I could have done this myself. I will never return to this establishment and will not recommend.

My favorite nail salon! Its clean, professional, and they take great care of you the entire time you visit. Would highly recommend for large parties too. They have endless chairs. Modern and chic. Absolutely love it here.

The second time they tell me they are busy to come back in a hour…. It takes me 20 minutes to get here… busy ?? 3 people in there…. Not coming back ever again

Does not listen to customer. Kept telling her what I wanted and how to do the design but she kept cutting me off and telling me it’s “her job”. Design is too big and not what I asked for. Supposed to be almond shaped acrylics with purple “French tip” design. Instead of using the design brush to create a nice curved tip she painted half the nail purple then used the square nail polish remover brush to make the design. Which resulted in huge tips and the design was uneven.

Absolutely horrible! I would not recommend. I had an appointment. Was made to wait 40 mins after my appointment, only to be told by the nail tech that they didnt have the shade of pink powder I was currently wearing. The manager then comes over and tells me I needed to go back to my original place to have my nails done. I tried to explain that my nail tech was out of town and that if they could file the pink powder down to blend, Id be ok with it. They still refused.

Lovely shop. The ladies are very pleasant. Its nice and relaxing...kinda quiet...I like that.

The mani-pedi was below average, high priced, and VERY short lived. They obviously use inferior products. The workers are pleasant, but management seemed greedy.

Went here with my mom and two sisters for birthday manicures and pedicures. They followed all safety protocols (temperature checks, masks, plexiglass, sanitized, individually wrapped tools etc.) and we felt very safe and welcome. The design of the place is super cool and relaxing as well. Service was great and Kevin was accommodating of all our needs. Highly recommend!

The service is great, I would recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time although they do accept walk-ins & will offer you champagne, water, etc. They do dip powder here too which I love! The place is very clean and modern. The staff is very nice and speak really good English. You do need to be willing to spend some time here which is a good thing in my opinion because they really do take their time, pay attention to detail and make sure your nails are done to perfection. It can be a bit on the pricey side but you definitely will get what you pay for. I highly recommend Images Luxury Nail Lounge to anyone!

I visited this spot after work one night and it was a great experience. I got the luxury pedicure which included paraffin wax and a massage. They also offer a complimentary glass of champagne. I loved the ease of setting an appointment in their website. I will definitely be returning again.

The place is clean. Staff is nice and friendly. They do a really good. You a really good pedi? Make appoint to see Helen. She also does a really nice job on the power nails.

The wait was short, English is great, it was quiet, they concentrated on the customer and not each other (loved this!) they only spoke a lil of their own language in front of the customer ( THANKS) for not being RUDE! clean bathroom, they offer beverages ( very classy) handicap accessible the manager was very pleasant. good quality service Im happy it was worth what I paid today.

The customer service is excellent and the overal work was fine but the attention to detail between the pedicurist varies. Also, there is a $15 difference in price for a pedicure for a woman to a man. Why is that?

The best pedicure Ive had. Victoria even stayed after hours scrubbing and polishing until my feet sparkled! I highly recommend!

I came in last night with my bestie Kim for Valentines pedis and I had a terrible experience. My technician forgot the color # I picked out for my toes, Paraffin was burning my toes 3x I told her, and she dropped 1 of the stones on the ground and picked it up and used it without washing. She really seemed rushed through the whole process. It wasnt relaxing at all. She also didnt ask if I wanted a design in the big toes. Not a happy customer

Went in for a gel manicure with ombre glitter. Initially I wasnt sure it came out how I wanted but it does look very nice. A few nails have sparce edges which is a nitpick of mine but for 60$ plus tip my expectations are high. I like that they use LED instead of the more harsh lights for nails since mine are more thin. Overall like my nails :) would go back.

If you come make an appointment. Nail salon staff are all friendly. Its a peaceful environment, lots of gel colors and they do an excellent job. I will request Duke again for my pedicure!

I work in services I understand having to book an appointment and them being completely booked BUT they did not handle this situation well at all. I booked online everything confirmed went in, everyone seemed very nice my nail technician was a sweet heart Lisa but I don’t think she put a clear top coat to finish and hours later my left big toe was all smudged and dull. I called immediately to see if I could come in since I was still in the area the receptionist said “no not right now but I understand if you’d like we will be more than willing to fix it around 4 or 5 today or you can come tomorrow” what?! Are you serious I had things I needed to do again I work in services so I understand them being booked I also understand mistakes so I wasn’t mad about the smudged nail but how she handled the situation. You’re telling me there is not one person that would be finishing up with an appointment in the next 5-10 min but instead you want me to come an hour or two later or even tomorrow to convenience YOU but inconvenience myself, when if it had been done correctly the first time I wouldn’t have to be coming back in to have you fix it...? So I won’t be returning and I won’t be letting people know about this place I was so excited cause it’s so close to home, instead of driving to my original spot in Huntington Beach Biotone nails and spa on Edinger they know how to take care of you right away! Also this place is ridiculous with prices I was willing to pay for the convenience but obviously they’re an inconvenience

The salon was beautiful, but the service wasn’t. I was charged more than double for a pedicure and a color change.

Horrible customer service! Very rude. Changed an appointment time without notification and then when I arrived was extremely rude and unpleasant. I left and would recommend this salon given how rude they were.

Went in there because it’s supposed to be one of the best in Long Beach . I come from Az . just needed a fix because i had broken a nail, so I decided to do a fill . The guy I got (Vincent) was nice but his work is not the best, my nails are lifting and they’re uneven and lumpy . I paid 40 plus tip and I don’t think the price was bad but now I have to get them re done .&& it’s not like they can fix them for me . Honestly would never recommend to anyone .
