I personally think 🧐 people in Long Beach do not appreciate this nails salons work it is not every day you will find someone to be able to create something you find online. I will always be going to this shop I drove one hour and a half for the work these women did and they did a meticulous job on me boy did I ever feel pampered . I have been to so many salons with a disappointing nails I over pay and I don’t even care enough to keep it on and I live in Hollywood but I was impressed with the work I love this place you get your money’s worth tip ladies they do a great job and deserve it they give there time and sweat making you look pretty and their hands are golden coming from a family of beauticians I know what I’m talking About great work .

I have to give this place low stars because omg they were so rude... I was sitting there at my lunch and I heard one lady tell a customer loudly that she had fungus and then the other lady told another young girl if she was running in dirt cause her feet were dirty! I could not believe what I was witnessing. Thankfully the person doing mine was quiet, I was dying inside thinking she was going to say something about me.I will not be returning it was super unprofessional and a stressful experience.

The nail shop is very clean and upgraded. Tina was very professional even offered me an iPhone charger and pillow for my book. She also rubbed essential oil on my neck for a soothing massage. Left so relaxed, definitely coming back again!

Great service and best pedicure I’ve had in a while, but be advised they only take cash, Venmo and Zelle no cards.

Found them on Google maps and they had the best reviews in the area... the shop looks amazing and is very well kept, the ladies are all super friendly!! I made the mistake of saying the wrong shape of nails (it had been a while since I got them) and they started that but were able to fix them into the shape I actually wanted when I realized my mistake, theyre a little shorter than I normally get but theyre great for work and everyone loves them!! Looking forward to having my fill and seeing how the dip powder comes out next time!!!

They worked very fast without any quality. One of the nail techs saw 3 people before me with the same gloves and wasnt planning on changing them when it came to my turn. Im definitely not returning here. My friend went here and was very unsatisfied as well.

Was desperate for a mani/pedi and was driving by on Clark, saw NailsBB providing nails service outside due to Covid19. I’ve been back several times, they were clean, took temp, super friendly and appreciative of customers. I will continue getting my nails done there and recommend to anyone looking for a salon.

Today was my first time visiting Nails BB. I got a Pedicure and my Nails done. What a great experience! There are a whole gang of nail salons in LB. Im so happy I chose this one. The ladies really take care of you. This will be my new go to every three weeks. They deserve five stars 😁

Jenni did my nails so well. Visited her on a Monday morning without an appointment. She took her time, looked at the nails every now and then and filed them to perfection. She was patient when I was choosing colors. She gave me short nude coffin shape and I love them. $38 for a fill and a one nail design. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely coming here for now on.

I have gone here twice and I have received absolutely exceptional service both times. The ladies that work here are extremely kind and and always make my $42 set look like a $200 one. I tell everyone who asks to go here!!! 1000/10

Was on vacation so was nervous since it wasnt my usual go to place. The lady I had (unfortunately I forgot her name) did a great job. Made sure I got what I wanted. Also, cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

If you live near CSULB make this your go-to spot. The ladies are very friendly and very talented. Ive been getting the gel manicure and I could not be happier. They do a great job and the price is just right. Appointments are good but so far Ive done walk-ins and there was little to no wait time. Complimentary drinks available and large parking lot just outside.

Love this place.. Cathy always does so well on my manicures, and i love having Bella for my pedicures. What i love about this salon is they always listen to what my requests are no problem and they always accommodate my crazy schedule.

What a relaxing experience. Nancy gave the best Presidential pedicure. She spent an hour and a half on my feet! Happy feet!!

Make a point to try this place! Located in a small shopping center with lots of parking. Very friendly and I can tell they really want their customers to be happy. It is really great how everyone remembers my name, every time. Very clean and they always have he best programs on their large TV. Relaxing and someone hands me a cold bottle of water as soon as I sit down! I recommend this place highly. Last time I got a new set of acrylic s with an ombre French manicure. I LOVE THEM!!!

I give 1 star for my pedicure, other than that the lady did a horrible job on my powder dip nails. She didnt ask how i wanted them, then shaped my regular nails in a circular shape, as well as my dip powder and made them extremely short. I said something to the owner about but she told me thats what I asked for 👀 yeahhh, NO i didnt. Will never go back, the next time I visit LA

She messed up my eyebrows. They were crooked and patchy. Also not a single employee was sanitizing between sessions.

Place is amazing, great customer service and they work one on one with you. Makes you feel at home, and not rushed. Very relaxing atmosphere, complete with great people.

I went for a pedicure since its around the corner from my house. Ive been twice. The first time, the pedicure was awesome and the foot massage was terrific, but the toe polish began to fade after 3 days! I thought it was a one off, so I went again. This time it was different technician and the pedicure was meh, but thats okay. The polish lasted 2 days. The salon is clean and very nice. The pedicures are expensive so I would expect the polish to last longer. IF and thats a big IF I go again, I will bring my own OPI nail polish. I know it lasts.

I have a stubborn ingrown and Kathy was able to get out massive amounts of nail and skin with no pain. My big toe feels so much better now!

I saw all of the great reviews and decided to try it. I went in to get my nail tips removed and a new gel manicure. The lady started hacking at my old polish with a fake nail and was ripping off the polish instead of soaking it in polish remover and scraping it off. She ripped off half of one my real nails off in the process. After she ripped my nail off I had her stop and then she decided to do it the proper way and use polish remover. Her brother attempted to make up for it by doing my gel manicure and dishing out little compliments here and there. Absolutely rediculous. They got my nails jacked up.

I went in for a gel fill. There was some confusion as to what I was looking for but I just went with it and assumed she knew what she was doing.She nailed it! I wish I would have gotten her name. She did a dip powder with gel polish. She suggested a chrome sparkle over the top (I was going for a Mardi Gras theme).Perfect job shaping the nails. She was very gentle on the edges.Cost: $42. I travel all over the US and I would put that at the lower end of normal for what I had done.Tips:Make an appt. I did and they were empty when I got there but filled up quick.I went during happy hour for an extra 10% off. This information is on their website.Credit card charge is $1Pay cash and save 5%

I came here to get my manicure, love that its a new management .They have this Organic BB package which it comes with a scrub, mask and paraffin and hot stone . Havent tried it yet but coming back on sat . ill get 20 % off only 2 days .1. great service . love checkin system2. they offer red wine, white wine, coke, diet, and water.3. they always use disposable buffer and file and pumice . if you like u could take them home after its use .4. love there new OPI gels, over 400 colors of DND same color for hand and feet .Ill be back, awesome .

I did my research online and on yelp bc I wanted a find a permanent nail salon I can like and stick to, so I picked Nails BB bc of all the great reviews. I called and made an appt with lady named Elaine a week prior to my appt date June 10th. She quoted me $24 for gel mani and I booked it. Let me add that I called again before my appt date to CONFIRM the date, time and price and let her know that I already had a gel on from prior mani that I got elsewhere, bc I heard sometimes they charge u to take them off. So she confirmed everything... Sunday comes, I go in and front desk lady says Elaine is not there and that shes been out sick all day. I was little disappointed I told her but I confirmed w her and no one called me back to let me know she called in sick. So she looks in her appt. book w a puzzled face and says my name is not there and there is no appt. made for 3pm. Really? I said I even called twice and confirmed... Another gentlemen walks near they start speaking in their language for good 5 mins, long story short he says hell take me. Ok whatever I was already there so why not. He started working on me and about 5 mins later here walks in Elaine. Another 5 min discussion w the man working on me (think his name was Ken or Kenny? Not sure) in their language and next thing I know she says shell take over. When I proceeded to tell her about my appt not being booked and asked her if she remembers speaking to me she low key denied it. I asked her that front desk told me she was out sick all day and she, with a puzzled face, said oh no that she only went out for lunch. So she HAD BEEN in earlier? I didnt get it. Then after another long convo between her and front desk lady she changed her story to I went out bc I had a headache but whatever I didnt care any more, just wanted to get my nails done. Then she brings up other better options for gel mani... dust something? I didnt really understand it so I said no just a gel mani would be fine, besides she already quoted me $24 so thats what my budget was. Here comes the kicker- She flat out says oh no the price is $29 not $24, because I had a gel on prior. This is where I got upset and reminded how I already informed her of this fact on the phone and she agreed to take me for $24. I asked her flat out how she can not remember I even called her twice and how come my info was not even in the appt book when I left all my name, phone #, etc. Tbh, I was ready to walk out at this point, she hadnt done anything major anyways but all of a sudden she REMEMBERED talking to me and admitted that she did agree to $24. Really? Ok whatever... Everything after this was downhill. Her performance was so poor and unsanitary I question myself why I continued to stay. Who scrapes the entire old gel mani out with THEIR OWN NAILS? Ive been to many other nail salons and all of them use cotton balls, nail polish removal and sometimes wrap it in foil. She flat out scraped them off with her long gross nails. I could have done that at home. Im sorry but thats not only disgusting but it also damages your nails because youre also scraping off real nail particles. She was not a pro at this at all. She cut my nails uneven, she kept asking me (very nicely I might add) if they looked ok so I nicely kept telling her to even them out. When its abvious to the eye... She also did not file them good because afterwards the edges of my nails were very rugged. She didnt clean my cuticles very well either. Overall I was extremely disappointed in her service. I felt bad for saying anything because it seemed like she was trying to make amends after the whole appt. & price mishap, so I didnt say a word. If she did a great job I would not let that get in the way of coming back but with a disappointing customer service and a bad job that was my first and last time coming to this place. It just goes to show you how reviews can be tricky. I also read stories how salons trade high reviews for low prices, so who knows? But this is just MY experience. And its all there on camera Im sure. Thank you.
